Hotel con parcheggio a Chester

siamo rimasti 20-27 Dic: ＞＞＞Il buono - caldo piano di bagno, atteggiamento di servizio della signora di ricezione di giorno (la ex-infermiera), aria condizionata, piano piano tranquillo, caffè e croissants di mattina, tende di scarico, finestre/visualità di corsa ＞＞＞il cattivo - errore di prenotazione di Roomzzz - hanno cancellato le date sbagliate quando ho fatto un cambiamento (anche se ci hanno compensato con l'aggiornamento grazie), nessun parcheggio gratuito (e l'app ringgo ci ha costretto a pagare GBP15 per 24 ore per parcheggio solo a parte), Abbiamo dovuto ricordare al personale di pulire la stanza due volte, la ricevitrice notturna non era amica del cliente e era sempre ascoltato anche la TV a alta voce, le letti di letto avevano alcune tinture quando abbiamo controllato in vista di pic.

Solo un breve viaggio di notte non ha usato nessuna delle strutture, ma il colazione era buono, la sala da pranzo era troppo piena, quindi doveva andare nella sala conferenze, che doveva essere organizzata in modo adeguato per usare e non abbandonare sedie ovunque. Doveva avere anche cucina e condimenti in quella stanza. In generale rimarrebbe lì di nuovo

Il piacevole hotel e la grande posizione, tuttavia, la stanza era deludente per il prezzo, una delle sedie era gravemente danneggiata e l'altra tintura marrone sul materiale. Il tavolo di ferro era anche rotto e dovevamo farlo su una sedia; la stanza che abbiamo prenotato non sembrava niente delle immagini sulla pubblicità e dovevo controllare con la ricezione che avevamo la stanza corretta. Per 330 sterline di notte non mi sembra che abbiamo avuto una sala premium, ma il personale era carino e molto accogliente.

The location of this hotel is great, very close to Chester and all the attractions around. In terms of the room, our room was very spacious and the bed was very big. However it was two singles joined together, so a gap between the two. This is probably where the good bits end. The size of the room and bathroom really was a positive though, especially travelling with a baby. We had to pay £5 to hire a travel cot and in the end we didn’t use it. The cot mattress appears to have never been replace and was very thin and lumpy, making it redundant. The wooden slates at the bottom of the crib could be felt very dominantly through what was left of the mattress, meaning our baby was waking up uncomfortable and we had to transfer him to the bed. In terms of things that could do with improvement: Cleanliness The room floor was very dirty and could have benefited from an additional vacuum. Initially I put this down to arriving on New Year’s Day and then having a lot of people check out that day, but the whole hotel appeared a little bit grubby on closer inspection. The spa pool was exceptionally dirty. The floor coming out of the changing room covered in hair and general dirt. The showers looked like they hadn’t had a good scrub in months, with yellow build up all over the floor and walls. Not what you expect from a spa! To top it off after swimming I have contracted the Norovirus. Service Our first encounter with the reception staff was great the lady very welcoming and friendly. We met the cleaner as well who was also lovely. The rest of the staff we encountered were not so great. Either rude or disinterested, I get that it might not be your dream job but service with a smile goes a long way. Facilities The hot water takes a while to come through at busier times, this is signposted in the room. However, the water does not get very water at all. It does come through at a pleasant temperature, but not great if you like a bath or shower on the warmer side. There are three times a day when you can go swimming with children. It would be great if these times were restricted to children/families only, as there were quite a few adults sitting around the poolside and in the hot tub. Breakfast was ok, but a lot of the time left uncovered. Overall not a great stay and would be unlikely to stay again.

Personale accogliente. Grande posizione. Camera grande e bagno moderno, ma non la più pulita, capelli in cuscini vestiti, capelli in doccia, molte polveri nella camera. Aspettato un po 'più bene da qui.

Per un normale colazione di dimensioni dovete pagare un'altra, il riscaldamento era rotto nel bagno, così era abbastanza freddo. L'hotel sembrava un po' tatuato in luoghi. Il servizio era mancante, doveva sempre cacciare i membri del personale. Bella costruzione e buona posizione.

Come grande fan delle Premier Inns, mi sentivo che questo non era al loro standard normale. Le letti erano sempre molto comodi, ma il letto non era adeguato, leggermente mal adattato. Anche la stanza era fredda e l'aria condizionata non funzionava. La TV non ha funzionato neanche nella nostra stanza, la connessione aerea è stata citata aa la ragione sullo schermo. In un po' meno e più personale, mi piace l'opzione di uova scrambled al mattino, ma solo uova fritte sono state offerte al colazione.

Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo, è stato una delle nostre celebrazioni per il nostro 50° anniversario e il personale è stato grande. Ci hanno assicurato che avessimo una stanza in fondo alle scale e hanno trovato un'altra sedia per entrare nella nostra stanza, come avevo bisogno di una con le braccia per salire. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante venerdì sera e il cibo e il servizio erano veloce e eccellente.

Incredible from start to finish. Slight mix up on the booking system but sorted within minutes. Couldn't have been better looked after! Excellent value, staff that go the extra mile made our 1 night stay so enjoyable the children didn't want to go home!

Handy location for travel to North Wales and an easy drive to Chester. Hotel rooms are dated. We only had one bedside cabinet and lamp in a double room.The wardrobe door was in danger of falling off. Room looked out onto another part of the building. A storeroom or something. No window in en suite. Felt a bit claustrophobic. Breakfast was of limited choice but adequate. The public areas and pool facilities were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
