Hotel con parcheggio a Reims

Ben situato vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Buona per un breve soggiorno. La colazione è molto buona e deliziosa! 15 minuti a piedi al centro, la qualità privata è buona. L'unico sconvolgimento è che per raggiungere il centro della città, è necessario attraversare la stazione ferroviaria. Ma il prezzo lo compensa!

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

Questa è una stanza molto pulita e in forma di busta.La lettera del personale è anche buona.La posizione è anche buona e molto conveniente.

персонал стал сразу решать проблему с нашими российскими переводами, не стал нас особо напрягать по этому поводу, мало того, нам бесплатно дали второй номер (аппартаменты), потому что, когда увидели рост нашего ребенка, сказали, что на софе (диване) ему будет не удобно, по росту он впритык помещался…, короче, мы в шоке! Приятном шоке!) апартаменты огромные, отлично укомплектованы, очень просторная ванна-душ, супер чисто! До центра- мах минут 15 пешком, лучше пройтись , чем в шумном, проблемном центре снимать жильё (в историческом центре проблемы: вода, канализация, грохот). В общем, этот отель рекомендую!

Do consider staying at this hotel if you’re visiting Reims with a car. With a 7-minute drive from the city center, you get a more spacious room with facilities much more than a 3-star. We couldn’t manage to arrive on time for check-in, but they have kindly found out an alternative to work it out. Attached photo displays the outdoor patio to our room!

La garanzia del marchio è importante. Era che la prima notte di transizione a Lance, il parcheggio preferito era gratuito e sicuro, che è ancora importante in Europa attuale.La residenza di bellezza in un giardino doveva iniziare più di 1000, il rapporto costo-beneficiario e la colazione può superare tutto.

The hotel is perfectly located, near to the Train station and all main attractions. The building itself is old and chic, very beautiful. We had a room with windows to the street, so it was a bit loud since the street is busy. Anyway, our stay was great. The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. We payed for 2 breakfast at hotel, there were enough food, coffee is a bit odd, but other options are great. Orange juice is freshly made. We recommend hotel, thank you!

Cheap, clean, on the outskirts of the city across from a Donald’s and a 3 mile walk from the cathedral. Quiet at night, secure parking, ideal if you have a motorcycle as it is in a locked compound. Sleep well, bed comfortable and shower good and hot. Ottimo valore, facile da trovare su Apple Maps.

Check-in at Hôtel des Arcades was easy, and the staff were helpful, friendly and very welcoming, which made a good first impression. The room itself was fine, although it was warm. However, the bathroom was disappointing. Taking a shower felt a little like being in a caravan, with the curtain touching the toilet, and once the shower had been used the toilet area was wet. The door also did not close properly. Overall, the hotel could definitely do with some TLC. Given its location in such a great city, a few thoughtful touches, such as photographs or local artwork on the walls, would really help give the place more character and make it feel more connected to its surroundings.

Simplico, pratico per un breve soggiorno. Ambiente tranquillo. Parcheggio vicino all'ingresso, colazione nel principale edificio, che era accettabile. Il bagno aveva un bagno e una doccia in esso. Il vetro per evitare la splash non funziona, perché è troppo piccolo e il pavimento del bagno diventa bagnato e si rischia di cadere. In ogni caso non è un cattivo hotel per il prezzo pagato.
