Hotel con parcheggio a Reims

Aveva cambiato piani e non poteva fare questo viaggio a Reims e quindi voleva cercare di cancellare con Trip.com nonostante la prenotazione non cancellabile. Infine, purtroppo, non è stato possibile, poiché le parti interessate erano disposte a ospitare, così alla fine ho dovuto riorganizzare il mio calendario per evitare di perdere 200 dollari.  Quando siamo arrivati, il signore al di fuori del divano era amichevole e accogliente, e suggeriva di usare l'ingresso con la rampa per portare il nostro bagaglio, invece di portare più vibranti.  La stanza era a 6F e era ok. Per il prezzo spero di avere più spazio. C'è una strana condotto di cassetta contro il muro dove la TV è che si è spinta attraverso pareti multiple che era annoiante e pericoloso dal momento che è stato fissato a circa 1.5 metri alti dal suolo. Ho fatto un po' di battito sulla spalla, quindi è davvero un pericolo e dovrebbe essere rimosso se non è utile.  La stanza è dotata di un appartamento moderno e semplice, con pavimenti in legno e piastrelle di parete piatte che lo rendono pulito e ben tenuto.  Le strisce di illuminazione LED nelle pareti e nei tetti sono distrattive e sarebbe meglio rimuoverle.  Non sono stati inclusi i servizi minimi e la colazione.La pressione sul doccia non era forte e quindi ho preso più tempo di quanto non fosse normale. In generale, immagino che questo sia 20-30% più economico per ciò che è stato offerto in termini di esperienza e mobili.

Very clean and spacious hotel. The staff were super friendly. The bar and restaurant is open late until midnight, they have a snack shop. The breakfast was nice also the hotel is spacious and beautiful. I would defenitly go back if staying in Reims. It's not located directly at the city center though, but at least it's quiet. They have a parking place for those coming by car. I recommend it

Oltre a ciò che ci aspettava! nonostante le riparazioni in corso e nessun parcheggio nelle stanze, tutto su questo hotel d'affari è a posto. La stanza tripla che avevamo appena ristrutturata e senza posto. Anche il asciugacapelli funzionava bene e ha fatto il lavoro veloce. Abbiamo dimenticato alcuni oggetti nella stanza quando si sono verificati e l'hotel ci ha contattati immediatamente via il sistema di messaggistica dell'app. Il prezzo era un po' alto, ma per un ultimo minuto, questo posto è un gem. 10 minuti alla cattedrale di Reims a piedi. Non ho ricevuto il colazione, quindi non posso commentare.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

Fantastic location right next to the cathedral !  Easy to get around the city center and many restaurants options near by.  The rooms are a bit old but considering the location it may be the best option in the area.  Highly recommended !

персонал стал сразу решать проблему с нашими российскими переводами, не стал нас особо напрягать по этому поводу, мало того, нам бесплатно дали второй номер (аппартаменты), потому что, когда увидели рост нашего ребенка, сказали, что на софе (диване) ему будет не удобно, по росту он впритык помещался…, короче, мы в шоке! Приятном шоке!) апартаменты огромные, отлично укомплектованы, очень просторная ванна-душ, супер чисто! До центра- мах минут 15 пешком, лучше пройтись , чем в шумном, проблемном центре снимать жильё (в историческом центре проблемы: вода, канализация, грохот). В общем, этот отель рекомендую!

Do consider staying at this hotel if you’re visiting Reims with a car. With a 7-minute drive from the city center, you get a more spacious room with facilities much more than a 3-star. We couldn’t manage to arrive on time for check-in, but they have kindly found out an alternative to work it out. Attached photo displays the outdoor patio to our room!

Check-in at Hôtel des Arcades was easy, and the staff were helpful, friendly and very welcoming, which made a good first impression. The room itself was fine, although it was warm. However, the bathroom was disappointing. Taking a shower felt a little like being in a caravan, with the curtain touching the toilet, and once the shower had been used the toilet area was wet. The door also did not close properly. Overall, the hotel could definitely do with some TLC. Given its location in such a great city, a few thoughtful touches, such as photographs or local artwork on the walls, would really help give the place more character and make it feel more connected to its surroundings.

Simplico, pratico per un breve soggiorno. Ambiente tranquillo. Parcheggio vicino all'ingresso, colazione nel principale edificio, che era accettabile. Il bagno aveva un bagno e una doccia in esso. Il vetro per evitare la splash non funziona, perché è troppo piccolo e il pavimento del bagno diventa bagnato e si rischia di cadere. In ogni caso non è un cattivo hotel per il prezzo pagato.

L'hotel è molto buono nella città antica e è facile da trovare . Il Spa appartiene non all'hotel, ma è situato nella stessa casa e alle 14:00, quindi non potevamo usarlo. Accettatevi così velocemente professionale. Non abbiamo usato la colazione perché si può fare colazione in giro all'angolo francese nel bar stradale. Purtroppo non c'è un parcheggio utile per noi perché siamo arrivati. Ma la ricezione dell'hotel ci ha reso possibile trovare un altro. In generale abbiamo dormito molto bene l'aria condizionata era anche ben regolata.
