CC K LEEHotel near the rail station and at the edge of the city centre. We were fortunate to secure a car park space in the hotel’s own car park although initially the staff said that it was full and we had to park nearby.
The room was reasonably large. The breakfast was OK but the hot food was slightly disappointing during the first two mornings but improved on the day we checked out.

UUtente ospiteIl posto favoloso vicino alla cattedrale è così bello e si raccomanda di avere un balcone davanti alla cattedrale. Il personale è andato sopra e oltre per rendere la pausa perfetta (per prenotare un ristorante per noi per parcheggio valet e essere semplicemente amichevole e utile)Abbiamo sepolto champagne davanti al ristorante dell'hotel fuori con una goccia posteriore della cattedrale. Devo solo menzionare anche il delizioso colazione.

OOlgaBelozubперсонал стал сразу решать проблему с нашими российскими переводами, не стал нас особо напрягать по этому поводу, мало того, нам бесплатно дали второй номер (аппартаменты), потому что, когда увидели рост нашего ребенка, сказали, что на софе (диване) ему будет не удобно, по росту он впритык помещался…, короче, мы в шоке! Приятном шоке!) апартаменты огромные, отлично укомплектованы, очень просторная ванна-душ, супер чисто! До центра- мах минут 15 пешком, лучше пройтись , чем в шумном, проблемном центре снимать жильё (в историческом центре проблемы: вода, канализация, грохот). В общем, этот отель рекомендую!

CChiuThe hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel.
Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours.
The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch.
That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

UUtente ospiteHad a change of plans and was not able to make this trip to Reims and therefore wanted to try cancel with Trip.com despite booking a non cancellable reservation. In the end, it was sadly not possible as the parties involved were unwilling to be accommodating so in the end I had to rearrange my schedule to avoid losing USD 200.
The gentleman at the front desk when we arrived was friendly and welcoming. He suggested we use the entrance with the ramp to bring up our luggage instead of the more conspicuous swing doors.
The room was on 6F and was ok. For the price I was hoping for more space. There is a weird shelf ledge against the wall where the TV is that was spanning across multiple walls that was annoying and dangerous since it was set at around 1.5 meters high off the ground. I bumped my shoulder a few times so it really is a hazard and should be removed if it isn’t purposeful.
The room is otherwise furnished in a modern and simple way. Wooden floors and plain wall tiles make it look clean and well kept.
The LED lighting strips in the walls and ceiling are distracting and would be better to be removed. It’s hard to watch TV with the glare and reflections off the flatscreen.
Minimal amenities and breakfast not included. Shower pressure was not strong and so I took longer than usual.
All in all, I would imagine this to be 20-30% cheaper for what was on offer in terms of experience and furnishings.

Mmiss banzaiFor those who want to be in the center of Reims it is perfectly located. However be aware that you will be in the middle where it's happening, and you will hear the noise through the window. Staff are friendly. Room was ok, it was a quite old and small but clean. The choice for breakfast was limited, make sure you go before 8am otherwise you will have limited choice.

CC. GellingsSimplico, pratico per un breve soggiorno. Ambiente tranquillo. Parcheggio vicino all'ingresso, colazione nel principale edificio, che era accettabile. Il bagno aveva un bagno e una doccia in esso. Il vetro per evitare la splash non funziona, perché è troppo piccolo e il pavimento del bagno diventa bagnato e si rischia di cadere.
In ogni caso non è un cattivo hotel per il prezzo pagato.

UUtente ospiteBuona per dormire e per fare doccia, ma mi dispiace di dover stare più di una notte. E'una da una tenda. Camera da letto doppia è un letto sopra un altro letto sul piano mezzanine con una scala rigida per praticare l'ascensione montana. Il suono è un problema qui, perché si trasferisce dalla porta accanto all'esterno.

MMichaela RegineL'hotel è molto buono nella città antica e è facile da trovare . Il Spa appartiene non all'hotel, ma è situato nella stessa casa e alle 14:00, quindi non potevamo usarlo.
Accettatevi così velocemente professionale.
Non abbiamo usato la colazione perché si può fare colazione in giro all'angolo francese nel bar stradale.
Purtroppo non c'è un parcheggio utile per noi perché siamo arrivati. Ma la ricezione dell'hotel ci ha reso possibile trovare un altro. In generale abbiamo dormito molto bene l'aria condizionata era anche ben regolata.
