This is an awesome hotel. The most incredible thing is SERVICE! That humanity is what I called service. Our shower seem to have problem and cold water inlet isn’t working. We informed the front desk via WeChat App and they instantly replied. Although the maintenance team can’t come to service (is almost 10 p.m.) but Manager Zhao Zhi Lu’s response is so professional, she immediately gave us another room to shower. Next morning, I informed her again that we are leaving to breakfast and she could ask the maintenance to inspect our shower. Boom! After breakfast, the shower is fixed and housekeeping had cleaned our room as well! I can say that with many hotel experiences from 3 stars to 6 stars across the world, I had never seen such an incredible services before (bear in mind that this is only a “4-star hotel”). The moment you step in the hotel, the friendly front desk team, to breakfast buffet team, and laundry (the cleaner aunt even helped to fold and bring our cleaned clothes delivered at our doorstep while we were out to the beach!) all did well at their respective areas. E’ incredibilmente vicino sia alla stazione di autobus (proveniente da Yantai) che alla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità (proveniente da Qingdao). Si può facilmente camminare lì in meno di 10 minuti, che ha reso così facile il viaggio. Camera di check-in & bella La proprietà è all'interno di un edificio condominio che ospita numerosi hotel. Per questo, vai fino al dodicesimo piano per controllare. Sono arrivato presto alle 11:00 e mi hanno fatto visitare subito! La stanza stessa era molto spaziosa, pulita e completamente attrezzata con appartamenti, ha una bella finestra, e si può regolare il CA, che era grande. Grandi servizi e personale utile Il personale è stato meraviglioso e super utile attraverso WeChat, rendendo la comunicazione così facile. La posizione è anche fantasticit’s vicino alla strada Hanlefang Pedestrian. Ci sono circa 3 negozi di comodità proprio sotto l'edificio e 3 –4 ristoranti vicino, quindi trovare cibo o snack non è mai un problema. Ho avuto un fantastico soggiorno in questo bellissimo hotel dove la pulizia era veramente di alto livello. La posizione è invincibile, mettendovi nel centro di tutte le azioni. Tutti gli angoli della proprietà sono esteticamente piacevole e chiaramente molto bene curato. Offrisce la perfetta combinazione di un grande quartiere e un ambiente prigioniero.

I recently visited this hot spring, and every part of the experience was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and kindness, going above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. They gave me more than I expected, and their hospitality truly made the entire visit unforgettable. The facilities were spotless, beautifully maintained, and relaxing in every way. The water temperature was perfect, the atmosphere calm and peaceful, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged for guests to unwind. It’s clear the team takes great pride in their work and genuinely cares about their visitors. After soaking in the hot spring, I had a meal at the on-site restaurant, and the food was outstanding—the dumplings, in particular, were perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and easily some of the best I’ve ever had. I would honestly come back just for those dumplings alone. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service, delicious food, and a truly welcoming environment, this hot spring is the perfect choice. 不愧是星級酒店，服務非常專業，帶一歲多萌娃出門，貼心裝了床圍欄，第二天中午退房寶寶沒睡醒，給我們延遲了退房時間，太感動了🥹走的時候還送了零食和水，還有小朋友玩的貼紙書，雖然都是些很小的東西，但是能看到真的很用心。洗漱用品啥的都很好，空調也很給力，可惜早餐普通了點，還有就是設備舊了些

This stay was amazing. The room was very spacious and extremely clean, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The shower was large with strong water pressure, and the beds were very comfortable. The room was also nicely warm, which was especially important for us as we stayed during winter. The absolute highlight was the huge panoramic window with a stunning view of the wrecked ship. The hotel is located right on the beach, making it easy to be among the first to take photos of the ship in the morning. Having a bathtub placed in front of the panoramic window created a truly unique and atmospheric experience. The hotel also has a lovely café in the lobby with delicious food and drinks. While the breakfast was a bit simpler than a typical European buffet and required some waiting, it was still a nice addition to the stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, this hotel offers fantastic views, comfort, and a memorable atmosphere—I would definitely recommend it.
