Hotel con colazione a Weihai

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel environment is comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the location is excellence conveniently close to most attractions and just behind the shopping mall. However, one aspect that significantly affected my experience was the AI assistant. In today’s hospitality landscape, an in-room AI assistant is no longer just a novelty but an important part of the guest experience. Unfortunately, Huazhu AI was not responsive or intelligent enough to handle even simple voice commands consistently, which made it more frustrating than helpful. Having experienced Xiao Du in other hotels, the difference is very noticeable. Xiao Du is much smarter, more responsive, and genuinely enhances the stay. I hope the management will seriously consider improving or upgrading the AI assistant, as this is increasingly becoming a factor in my hotel choice and overall guest satisfaction.

I really like and recommend this place. It's new, clean, and comfortable. Most importantly, it's in a great location, convenient, and close to convenience stores and tourist attractions. The staff are lovely and always helpful. If I come back here again, I'll definitely stay here again.

I loved this resort! I highly recommend staying here for an amazing and relaxing time! The hotel is excellent! It was clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The front desk even had a fantastic girl that spoke perfect English. I spent most of my time soaking in the numerous hot springs, and there are at least 20 of them. There is also an indoor pool and hot tubs, and the outdoor pool will be open in May. There was this darling worker who kept the tea coming all the time. I'd ask for a lake view the next time so I could sit in the room and enjoy the view. The restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was also really well stocked. The only thing I would add is yougart. I can overstate what a wonderful experience this weekend was. If you are wanting to go into the city and see the sights, it is a little far, around 75RMB for a DiDi. And the spa, although it was really nice, was on the expensive side. I will be back! 10/10

This stay was amazing. The room was very spacious and extremely clean, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The shower was large with strong water pressure, and the beds were very comfortable. The room was also nicely warm, which was especially important for us as we stayed during winter. The absolute highlight was the huge panoramic window with a stunning view of the wrecked ship. The hotel is located right on the beach, making it easy to be among the first to take photos of the ship in the morning. Having a bathtub placed in front of the panoramic window created a truly unique and atmospheric experience. The hotel also has a lovely café in the lobby with delicious food and drinks. While the breakfast was a bit simpler than a typical European buffet and required some waiting, it was still a nice addition to the stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, this hotel offers fantastic views, comfort, and a memorable atmosphere—I would definitely recommend it.

We thought with its exciting history we would enjoy spending more time exploring Liugong Island once the day trippers leave. So we decided to overnight at the Liugong Island Hotel. Upon arrival we were picked up by a staff member, taken to register & driven to our accommodation. The service was prompt & helpful. Although the room was within walking distance of the harbour, having the van service takes the hassles & guesswork out of the check-in procedure. There are a lot of eateries to the left of the harbour but since the hotel is on the right there weren’t much choices. We were shocked to discover that most of restaurants don’t stay open after 6.00 pm or so. Liugong Island is no Gulangyu! However we did take a long walk around the island, just to see what it has to offer. If you enjoy peace, tranquility & have the time, the island is a good respite & naturally the place to stay is the Liugong Island Hotel!
