ZZola喬嶴村的大樂之野還是有點東西有點東西，民宿看浙江，浙江民宿看大樂，軟硬件加服務已經融入到潤物細無聲的程度了，確實無可挑剔，活動也豐富，我們玩了一下做麪包還挺好吃，晚上跑了個湯，十點就舒服得迷迷瞪瞪打瞌睡了。

KKoh22I always stay in this hotel when I visit Ningbo for a business trip. Breakfast is excellent. rooms are good size and location is very good with many food nearby for meals. Highly recommended.

LLing_sgMX Mansion has given me the best overall service experience. You can really feel that the hotel places strong emphasis on service quality.
Location:
Strategically located in the heart of Ningbo, the hotel is just a stone’s throw away from Cheng Huang Night Market, the pedestrian street, shopping malls, and many popular restaurants. Super convenient for exploring the city.
Staff:
Check-in was pleasant and smooth, with friendly and warm staff at reception. They were very helpful in giving us navigation tips around the area. The team even went the extra mile to make our wedding anniversary special. A big thank you to Ms. Lu (吕小姐) for her thoughtful service!
Amenities:
The self-laundry area and gym are tucked away in a corner, so they’re convenient to use without disturbing guests.
Room:
Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. It feels like the hotel has been newly renovated. The environment is comfortable and well-maintained.
Breakfast:
The breakfast spread is good and offers enough variety if you prefer to dine in the hotel.
Note:
During winter, the hotel uses a centralised air-conditioning system, which means the rooms are set to heating mode. There are rooms with and without windows, so do consider your preference. Since it wasn’t peak season, I was allocated a room with a window panel that could be opened, which I appreciated.

酒店位于宁波市中心，位置非常便利，步行即可到达城隍庙夜市、步行街、购物中心以及多家人气餐厅，出行十分方便。
员工服务：
办理入住过程愉快顺利，前台员工亲切热情，还贴心地为我们提供周边导航信息。更难得的是，他们特地为我们的结婚周年做了小安排，让这次入住格外难忘。特别感谢吕小姐的用心服务！
设施：
自助洗衣房和健身房位于较角落的位置，既方便使用又不会影响客房安静。
房间：
房间宽敞、干净得无可挑剔，看得出酒店应该是近期翻新过，整体环境十分舒适。
早餐：
早餐种类不错，如果喜欢在酒店用餐，这里的早餐能满足基本需求。
小提醒：
冬季是中央空调统一供暖，房间会处于暖气模式。另外，酒店有带窗和无窗房型，可根据自己的需求选择。由于我入住时并非旺季，酒店为我安排了一间带可开启窗户的房间，非常贴心。

UUtente anonimoGood,clean, but be careful when choosing the room. I chose the cheapest room and it turned out the room was at the back of the hotel and it has no elevator with old building. The good one is at the new building which has higher price.

HHOI SHANQuesto è l'ultimo punto della mia visita. L'hotel è buono e molto freddo con decorazione di stile industriale. La mia stanza era senza congelatore, ma la receptionista ha detto che se mi chiedevo durante il check-in, può organizzare per l'aggiornamento per i clienti. As our car wound along the lakeside road, the understated grey-tiled roofs and white walls of the Park Hyatt Ningbo came into view. This luxurious sanctuary, transformed from an ancient Jiangnan water village, seamlessly blends traditional architectural elegance with modern sophistication. Upon arrival, May, the Front Office Manager, greeted us with a warm smile that instantly melted away our travel fatigue. With professionalism and attention to detail, she introduced the hotel’s amenities and kindly recommended an upgrade to the Lakeside Suite—a decision that immersed us in a dreamlike Jiangnan experience far beyond our expectations.
The Lakeside Suite framed Dongqian Lake like a living ink-wash painting. Each morning, we opened the floor-to-ceiling windows to mist-kissed waters resembling a classical scroll; by dusk, the lake shimmered in amber hues under the setting sun, dotted with distant sailboats. Inside, the suite masterfully balanced traditional Chinese aesthetics with contemporary comfort—exquisitely carved screens divided the tranquil living space, embroidered cushions complemented modern art pieces, and the freestanding bathtub by the window created the illusion of floating above the lake. The smart bedside control system, allowing us to adjust lighting and curtains with a touch, harmonized technology with timeless elegance.
May’s service was nothing short of impeccable. Noticing our preference for quiet mornings, she proactively adjusted housekeeping schedules. When we expressed interest in local flavors, she not only recommended authentic Ningbo restaurants but also hand-drew a map of nearby attractions. These thoughtful, personalized touches transformed a routine stay into a heartfelt experience. At checkout, a carefully prepared gift and a handwritten note from May added the perfect sentimental farewell.
Park Hyatt Ningbo redefines luxury through details—not in opulent extravagance, but in the artful fusion of cultural heritage, intuitive service, and refined design. Here, every corner whispers a Jiangnan tale, and every gesture carries genuine warmth. As Dongqian Lake’s waves continue to ripple, the memories woven by this retreat linger, promising our return to this lakeside haven.
