Hotel con colazione a Nantou

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Sun Moon Lake! It is right next to the Ita Thao old street with great food, the scenic walk along the lake, and the Cable car ropeway station. The hotel is super clean and luxurious. The room is spacious and bright with private hot spring tub. You wake up to see sun moon lake at the window. The breakfast is amazing too. It also offers free shuttle bus from the hotel to Taichung high speed train station (1 hour). Anyone with kids and big families, this is definitely the go-to hotel. Highly recommended!

Pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The room is a tatami room with comfortable futon beds. The highlight is the lovely view of the lake on two sides of the room. The layout is similar to what one finds in a typical Japanese onsen hotel with wc that is separate from the bathroom. Pajamas are provided. So nice to be able to soak in our private onsen bath after a day of activities in SML. The breakfast is amazing in terms of quantity and quality; it is however geared towards Asian food. Bagels are delicious. The hotel is opposite one of the entrances to the walkway around the lake so it’s convenient for strolls around the lake. Wish we could stay for a few more days.

L'hotel è situato a 3 minuti a piedi da Ita Thao Ferry Pier. Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti nella sala alta vista sul lago e godevamo la fantastica e tranquilla vista dal nostro balcone. La stanza è spaziosa, pulita e con letti confortevoli. Il mercato notturno e i negozi sono solo in basso con un sacco di mangiare e negozi. Se ti piace stare calmo, tranquillo e rilassato, dovresti stare in questo bel hotel.

This place is beautiful! Our room offers a lovely garden view, and the restaurant provides a stunning view of the mountain lake. There is an open common balcony with chairs and tables, along with a hot and cold water dispenser for guests to enjoy. While there is no air conditioning in the room, Nantou County's cooler mountain climate makes it comfortable. The bed is equipped with an electric warmer to ensure our comfort. The owner and staff were very helpful in assisting us with our luggage to our room. There is also a Filipino staff member who made our stay even more enjoyable. They offer unlimited hot coffee and hot chocolate, which is a wonderful perk. The owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating; he even drove us to our next hotel. Thank you, Sir.🥰 Keep in mind that the hotel is situated uphill. If you don't have a car or any form of transportation, it's manageable to walk the 15 minutes downhill to the bus station, although it can be challenging with luggage. The return journey uphill can be tiring, making it less suitable for seniors. However, young people who enjoy hiking and don’t mind walking will likely appreciate the location. Buses are available to Cingjing Farm, the Swiss Garden, and other nearby tourist spots, but access is limited without your own car. If you do have one, you will truly enjoy this beautiful place! ❤️

The hotel is in a very good location, making it convenient to get around and explore the area. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful, which made the stay pleasant and welcoming. The bathroom appears to have been renovated recently and is clean and modern. However, the carpet in the room and in the common areas are quite dated and does not meet current standards. An update would significantly improve the overall comfort and impression of the room. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay thanks to the location and service, but some room upgrades—particularly the carpet—would make a noticeable difference.

My parents liked the room at this hotel. Quite spacious and really clean. The price was reasonable.

Bella camera vista lago un po quotata ma fornita di tutto il necessario e spaziosa, servizio un po scadente partendo dal ascensore che sono solamente due molto lenti e spesso se hai da salire un piano ti portano prima al ultimo piano poi si fermano in poche parole ci metti 10 minuti per salire un piano, la cosa PEGGIORE è stata la ristorazione appena arrivati affamati dal lungo viaggio ci dirigiamo verso il buffet appena entrati ci dicono il prezzo abbastanza slavato ma non era un problema il problema è sorto una volta entrati e c’erano verdure vecchie e quasi finite e frutta quasi marcia noi con educazione chiediamo di cambiarcela e rifornirla essendo aperto da solo 30 minuti, viene il capo sala con area di superiorità e arroganza e ci dice che non c’erano più e che se non ci andavano bene di andare via al che noi ci siamo alzati e siamo usciti. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO POCO CIBO E DI BASSA QUALITÀ

La posizione è ottima, ma la camera è un po' vecchia. Il bagno ha una vasca, ma è angusto. Bisogna stare in piedi nella vasca per fare la doccia, altrimenti lo spazio accanto è angusto. Non c'è l'aria condizionata. L'illuminazione è data da due piccoli faretti, il che rende il bagno molto buio. È luminoso di giorno, ma troppo buio per fare la doccia di notte. La camera ha vista mare, ma poiché si trova a un piano basso, c'è un cartello davanti. La colazione è molto semplice con poche opzioni. Non mi sono trovato molto bene.

L'hotel era bello e pulito. L'abbiamo prenotato perché ha tubi caldi di primavera all'interno delle camere. Ci è piaciuto molto. Ci è piaciuto anche il pranzo e il colazione a buffet. Abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno di una notte per visitare il lago di Sun Moon, come è vicino al lato pier dove inizia la pista di bicicletta. Ci siamo rimasti solo per una notte, quindi non abbiamo potuto utilizzare le loro altre strutture.

Una camera molto grande per la mia famiglia. Anche il bagno è piuttosto grande. Ma l'ascensore arriva solo all'ottavo piano, e dobbiamo portare bagagli pesanti per altri due piani, che corrispondono al decimo. La camera quadrupla è al decimo piano e non ha ascensore. Non è adatta a famiglie con bambini piccoli. La colazione è servita da un altro hotel, l'Harbour Hotel (di fronte a questo). Offre una varietà di piatti e il ristorante ha una bella vista.
