UUtente anonimo這家民宿太棒了，司機師傅帶我們到門口時候，眼前一亮，好奢華的風格，院內都是俄羅斯建築風格，牆面上的套娃，院內隨處打卡 ，孩子愛玩的鞦韆，發光的蘑菇，小松鼠，乾濕分離，馬桶是智能馬桶，連窗簾都是智能的，老闆娘看我們三個人比較擠，還給我們升級了家大床房，簡直太棒了，早餐豐富多樣，茶葉免費，咖啡免費，孩子穿蒙古袍打卡都是免費的，還有特色的礦泉水古納泉，我説好喝，臨走時老闆又送了我幾瓶，如果明年有時間我還會再來~

UUtente ospiteWe checked into the hotel fairly late, around 8–9 PM, and were pleasantly surprised when the receptionist informed us that we had been upgraded to a higher room category—something we truly appreciated. However, upon entering the room, we were immediately hit by a strong cigarette smell, which was disappointing given that this is a non-smoking room.
We informed the front desk and requested a room change, but our request was flatly denied with the explanation that the hotel was fully booked. We couldn't help but feel that this particular room had likely been complained about by previous guests and, with no other options available due to our late arrival, it was passed off to us under the guise of an ”upgrade.”
To their credit, the receptionist did offer to send a housekeeping staff member to address the issue. Shortly after, a lovely housekeeper named Zhang Li Jie arrived. She was incredibly kind and proactive—wiping down furniture and mopping the floors in an effort to remove the odour. While the cigarette smell still lingered slightly the next day, her efforts made a big difference. Speaking with her during the process was a highlight of our stay—her warmth and professionalism truly turned a negative experience into something more bearable. If not for her, our entire impression of the stay might have been ruined from the start.
On a more positive note, breakfast was delicious, and overall, it was still a decent stay—though we did joke that our lungs took a bit of a hit sleeping in that room.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed 2 nights. The host was super nice. Room was big and very clean. Location is very central and convenient. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was the best one that I have ever taken. Highly recommend this hotel. 我们在这里住了两晚，很舒服，房间很大，很干净。它的位置也不错，离步行街很近。老板人很好，热情。 它的淋浴超级好，水压大。洗澡很痛快。是我旅游洗过最舒服的淋浴，没有之一。

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel. Tutto era perfetto fin dall'inizio.
L'hotel ha organizzato un trasferimento per noi, e il conducente ci ha incontrati proprio all'aeroporto. Era molto gentile, spiegava tutto, ci ha mostrato intorno. Il personale era sempre disponibile e rispose rapidamente ogni volta che avessimo domande.
La colazione era deliziosa e varietà, e anche per noi, come viaggiatori stranieri, ci sono state molte opzioni di gusto da scegliere.
La stanza era pulita, temperata e molto comoda.Dopo un lungo viaggio, siamo riusciti a riposare e a riposare molto bene.

LLindsssAs an american traveling through Inner Mongolia with my chinese partner and her mom, this was my first time staying in a traditional yurt and honestly it ended up being one of the most memorable parts of our trip and my first ever trip to China!
The power went out on our first night because of an annual power inspection and it lasted longer than expected. After a long day of traveling i was definitely disappointed because i had been looking forward to taking a shower and relaxing for the night. Even though the outage was completely outside the hosts' control, they did everything they could to make us comfortable! They brought us lights, checked on us several times and kept us updated on the situation via WeChat. By the end of the trip, what stood out to me wasnt the outage itself, but how hard everyone there worked to take care of us.
They went above and beyond to make up for the power outage inconvenience. They treated us to horseback riding, paid for lunch and paid for afternoon tea which we greatly appreciated. By the next day i wasnt even thinking about the outage anymore because we were having such a great time. Their kindness turned what could have been a frustrating start into a really great experience. It's easy to provide good service when everything goes according to plan but it's much harder when something goes wrong and in this situation, the hosts exceeded our expectations.
Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive. Whenever we were eating, they were always nearby in case we needed anything and they consistently made us feel taken care of throughout our stay.
One of my favorite memories was feeding the young sheep! It seems like a simple activity but as someone who has never had any opportunity to experience life on the grasslands, it was an experience I'll always cherish. I loved being able to experience the beautiful scenery and slower pace of life out here.
There is also a scenic spot just a couple miles down the road with a hill you can walk up for free if you are staying at the yurts as a guest. The view from the top is absolutely incredible with endless grasslands in every direction. While staying here and driving through the area, we saw hundreds if not thousands of horses, cows and sheep across the landscape which made the whole experience feel even more special!!
Also, the fried beef meal was so good I had to order it twice. And the snacks with the afternoon tea were also yummy. They provide all the toiletries you need as well as several bottles of water daily. There is both air condition and heat which helped during this time of year as the room would get very hot during the day and cold at night. The way the yurts light up at night is beautiful. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for sharing this beautiful part of Inner Mongolia with us. I'm definitely not one to leave reviews but this stay was worth taking the time to write one. We left with great memories and i would gladly stay here again! highly recommended!

Un bel piccolo hotel vicino a tutto con tutte le attrazioni e le caratteristiche molto moderne (toiletto elettrico, riscaldamento, tende elettriche, diversi tipi di cuscinetti). Il colazione gratuito era un stile locale molto delizioso (intimo mongoliano e cinese con tè al latte rosato), così come il processo di check-in era facile.

UUtente ospiteAiuta la camera di mia madre e dei suoi parenti, scegliere la stanza di paesaggio di Suva. L'apertura della finestra è possibile vedere la piazza di Suva. La posizione è buona, il trasporto è OK, l'aeroporto e la stazione ferroviaria sono più conveniente.Il prezzo è economico, e il servizio dell'hotel e il personale sono molto entusiasti. È molto soddisfatto che la stanza che si può prenotare in autunno turistico sia così conveniente

UUtente ospiteL'hotel era difficile da trovare e era terribile trovare parcheggio. È anche necessario prendere un ascensore al terzo piano e poi andare ad un altro ascensore per portarlo al suo piano (siamo stati al quarto piano). I corridoi erano bui e spaventosi con molte costruzioni che continuavano. Esso si profumava anche come fumo ovunque. Uno dei due elevatori era fuori servizio. Forse sono nuovi, ma c'è solo troppo costruzioni che continuano e troppo buio. Troppo camminare e cambiare ascensore era scomodo. Il colazione è finita alle 9 e siamo arrivati alle 8:45 e erano già puliti. Non molto varietà. Tutto era spezia. Il latte si è profumato così male...come è venuto direttamente dalla fattoria. Ho quasi gettato.
NOTE DISPONIBILI SOLO. Odio le tovaglie disposibili - non puoi asciugare così. Ho chiesto un'altra e mentre usciamo a cena, il personale è entrato nella nostra stanza senza il nostro consenso per verificare se già avevamo le tovaglie. Dov'è la privacy? ! Ci sono bug ovunque.La lavanderia ha solo un lavatrice e un asciugacapelli.Molto scomodo, perché ci sono così tante camere e tutti volevano lavare. Ho aspettato fino a mezzanotte per poter fare il mio lavaggio, eppure i miei vestiti non erano nemmeno asciutti perché ero troppo stanco per aspettare più.
Il personale del front desk non era così amichevole all’arrivo, ma molto gentile quando ci siamo recati. Aiutava a guardare il mio bambino mentre mettevo il bagaglio nella mia macchina, perché non era conveniente portarlo con me in pioggia.
Il personale è brutto e inamichevole.
Non credo di restare in questo hotel la prossima volta, purtroppo, finché non puliranno la costruzione e non usino di nuovo asciugamani.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is gorgeous. I went during the winter so the amusement park was closed and there wasn't much to do around other then just seeing the hotel. The decor, paintings, and theme is spot on. However for such fancy hotel, the water pressure was really weak for the showers and they have no showerheads, only the ones screwed to the ceiling. Also it was really hot as the heat was cranked up, the thermostat on my room said 30degrees celcius the whole time. I called many times for them to lower the heat and I opened the windows to the bathroom and the room but they said heating was controlled centrally and could not be turned down. Even though the place was beautiful, the stay was quite uncomfortable, would not stay there another night. The hotel is also a little bit further from the city so it took a while to call a cab there for pick up.
