這是一家温暖、温馨的民宿。才剛到恆祥山莊，老闆娘已經迎上來幫助拿行李，更讓我們感動的是，老闆娘看到我們是外牌車，立馬將我們訂的房間升級，讓我們長途跋涉能得到很好的休息。另外，早餐品種也較多，非常適合我們南方人的口味，這種細節讓旅客有一種回家的體會，非常值得入住。

This is a new and modern, business-oriented hotel in the center of the city. There are shopping centers and local restaurants within walking distance. Easy to arrange tours into the grassland. Well-maintained rooms and spacious. Sheets are clean and rooms are equipped with modern amenities. Try talking to the AI control in the room( Chinese) it was interesting and does a few actions with voice control

La stanza è pulita e igienica. Il capo è particolarmente entusiasta e necessario. Anche l'hotel raccomandato è molto reale. Sento l'entusiasmo della gente della montagna. È molto soddisfatto di un viaggio. La prossima volta avrai l'opportunità di andare e decidere la sua casa.

L'hotel è sulla strada Hairal, accanto a una vendita di cellulari, con parcheggio, la reception e il ristorante al secondo piano, spaziose camere d'albergo, zona di dormitorio e zona di bagno separati in suite interne e esterne, e ha un senso di design.Il caffè è una caratteristica dell'hotel, ogni stanza è gratuita per fornire due tazze di caffè in entrata. La zona della reception è piena di profumo di caffè.L'atteggiamento del servizio è buono, il cameriere è molto felice. Quando si colla la colazione, si può vedere sempre la superficie di cibo e mantenere l'igiene pulita.Buona esperienza di soggiorno.

Il nostro soggiorno nel cortile era assolutamente fantastico, tutto era pulito senza spot e i letti erano incredibilmente confortevoli, rendendo una esperienza molto tranquilla. Il servizio era eccezionale, con un servizio di butler attento che ci ha fatto sentire molto bene curati. Informazioni sulle attività erano chiare e ben organizzate, e abbiamo apprezzato davvero quanto facilmente si potesse organizzare attività immediate. La colazione era deliziosa, con una grande varietà di opzioni per iniziare il giorno. La posizione è anche eccellente e molto conveniente. In generale, era un soggiorno davvero memorabile, e lo consigliamo molto.

It’s located right next to the border on a sketchy looking road so there’s a lot of truckers. It’s across from the scenic area which is convenient if you want to go there but I wouldn’t recommend going there because they have cruel animal performances such as lions and a bear. It was so awful to watch. They hit the lions who weren’t obedient. So sad. The hotel is too far from all the restaurants and the main downtown area so that was inconvenient. The owner was very kind though. He gave us these Russian candies that were delicious and impossible to buy. :( There is one washer on every floor but no dryer so you need to hang dry your clothes which is a bit inconvenient. There isn’t any breakfast option - it’s the same every day and it is delivered to your room which made me feel like quarantine again but at least the timing is flexible as you could sleep in and have it delivered whenever you want.

However, the cleanliness of the bathroom was not satisfactory. The hotel did not provide enough bottled drinking water according to the number of guests staying in the room. I believe it is important to provide clean bottled water based on the number of guests and beds in the room. This does not cost much for the hotel, but for tired travelers who have been on a long journey, it is a small but valuable comfort. There were also no porcelain cups available for drinking tea in the room. In addition, some foreign guests were talking loudly, coming in and out of the hotel, and making a lot of noise until around 2 a.m. This made our stay uncomfortable and disturbed our rest. We had traveled a long distance and were extremely tired, so we decided to overlook these issues and requested to extend our stay for one more night at the same hotel to get some rest. However, the hotel increased the room price, which was disappointing. Furthermore, although the agreed check-out time was 2:00 p.m., we were asked to leave after 12:30 p.m. As a result, we could not finish our lunch and had to check out at around 1:30 p.m. We hope the hotel can pay more attention to respecting the agreed check-out time and providing better service for guests in the future.
