Hotel con parcheggio a Hulunbuir

I traveled alone with my 3 year old daughter and we had a fantastic stay! The owner was very kind to upgrade us to the largest king size bed room which was very spacious for my kid to run around. Unfortunately she didn’t realize we booked 2 nights and made us move the second night but still gave us an upgraded room! She made up for it by helping me move and watch my child while I settled into the second room. She and the restaurant chef were so kind with allowing us to eat a late breakfast because my child was too tired and could not wake up in time before breakfast ended. The chef made us a delicious fried rice with some tomato/eggs and hot Mongolian milk te which was the best meal we’ve had in Inner Mongolia because we are tired of eating lamb. Everyone treated us so well and loved my outgoing daughter. We sang karaoke at night and my daughter sat on the swings and ran around in the courtyard playing. I loved that the light to the AC turns off when the room lights turn off but the AC is still working. It makes sleep so much better to not have a light shining on you. The rooms are very new and there’s lots of cabinet space. Parking is available. Bottled water, slippers, shampoos/body wash are all provided. We also got free tickets to the grassland which we unfortunately could not make it to but appreciated. Thank you to the owner and the staff for making our stay so comfortable! We will definitely come back and stay again!

I stayed here as part of my 20 day road trip across the forests of Northern Heilongjian and the white hills of Inner Mongolia. After driving north from A'ershan to New Barag Youqi to see stand on the southern bank of Hulun Hu, I drove up to Manzhouli to stand on the lakes northern bank and watch the sunset. I had no idea what to expect from Manzhouli and so I booked 3 nights. I also enjoyed the Russian ethnic minority food, milk tea and bought some gifts in town. I ended up deciding to move on up north to Erguna via the G331 a couple of days early. Though I cut the stay short, I thought the hotel was great. It's in the high rise building and is eay to find. The welcome at reception was nice and friendly. I was given everything I needed and shown a much larger room than I booked. The rooms possibly the largest I have come across since living in China. The design is nice, warm, and bright. It came across as a studio alarment that was just missing a kitchen. The Auntie gave me some magnets as I was leaving and I appreciate that a lot. I highly recommend this place if you need a quiet, apartment like stay in the city. If you enjoy Russian food, or from Europe and missing home, there are plenty of Russian restaurants serving real bread, meat, potatoes and Russian beer.

La stanza è pulita e igienica. Il capo è particolarmente entusiasta e necessario. Anche l'hotel raccomandato è molto reale. Sento l'entusiasmo della gente della montagna. È molto soddisfatto di un viaggio. La prossima volta avrai l'opportunità di andare e decidere la sua casa.

L'hotel è sulla strada Hairal, accanto a una vendita di cellulari, con parcheggio, la reception e il ristorante al secondo piano, spaziose camere d'albergo, zona di dormitorio e zona di bagno separati in suite interne e esterne, e ha un senso di design.Il caffè è una caratteristica dell'hotel, ogni stanza è gratuita per fornire due tazze di caffè in entrata. La zona della reception è piena di profumo di caffè.L'atteggiamento del servizio è buono, il cameriere è molto felice. Quando si colla la colazione, si può vedere sempre la superficie di cibo e mantenere l'igiene pulita.Buona esperienza di soggiorno.

As an american traveling through Inner Mongolia with my chinese partner and her mom, this was my first time staying in a traditional yurt and honestly it ended up being one of the most memorable parts of our trip and my first ever trip to China! The power went out on our first night because of an annual power inspection and it lasted longer than expected. After a long day of traveling i was definitely disappointed because i had been looking forward to taking a shower and relaxing for the night. Even though the outage was completely outside the hosts' control, they did everything they could to make us comfortable! They brought us lights, checked on us several times and kept us updated on the situation via WeChat. By the end of the trip, what stood out to me wasnt the outage itself, but how hard everyone there worked to take care of us. They went above and beyond to make up for the power outage inconvenience. They treated us to horseback riding, paid for lunch and paid for afternoon tea which we greatly appreciated. By the next day i wasnt even thinking about the outage anymore because we were having such a great time. Their kindness turned what could have been a frustrating start into a really great experience. It's easy to provide good service when everything goes according to plan but it's much harder when something goes wrong and in this situation, the hosts exceeded our expectations. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive. Whenever we were eating, they were always nearby in case we needed anything and they consistently made us feel taken care of throughout our stay. One of my favorite memories was feeding the young sheep! It seems like a simple activity but as someone who has never had any opportunity to experience life on the grasslands, it was an experience I'll always cherish. I loved being able to experience the beautiful scenery and slower pace of life out here. There is also a scenic spot just a couple miles down the road with a hill you can walk up for free if you are staying at the yurts as a guest. The view from the top is absolutely incredible with endless grasslands in every direction. While staying here and driving through the area, we saw hundreds if not thousands of horses, cows and sheep across the landscape which made the whole experience feel even more special!! Also, the fried beef meal was so good I had to order it twice. And the snacks with the afternoon tea were also yummy. They provide all the toiletries you need as well as several bottles of water daily. There is both air condition and heat which helped during this time of year as the room would get very hot during the day and cold at night. The way the yurts light up at night is beautiful. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for sharing this beautiful part of Inner Mongolia with us. I'm definitely not one to leave reviews but this stay was worth taking the time to write one. We left with great memories and i would gladly stay here again! highly recommended!

It’s located right next to the border on a sketchy looking road so there’s a lot of truckers. It’s across from the scenic area which is convenient if you want to go there but I wouldn’t recommend going there because they have cruel animal performances such as lions and a bear. It was so awful to watch. They hit the lions who weren’t obedient. So sad. The hotel is too far from all the restaurants and the main downtown area so that was inconvenient. The owner was very kind though. He gave us these Russian candies that were delicious and impossible to buy. :( There is one washer on every floor but no dryer so you need to hang dry your clothes which is a bit inconvenient. There isn’t any breakfast option - it’s the same every day and it is delivered to your room which made me feel like quarantine again but at least the timing is flexible as you could sleep in and have it delivered whenever you want.

L'Hotel Matryoshka mi ha fatto una bella impressione! Gli elementi di Matryoshka sono ad ogni passo in hotel e in camera! Le bambole Matryoshka sono ovunque - sulle tazze, sui paralumi, su una stalla della doccia, su una sedia, sul ricamo su una veste. I corridoi in hotel sono molto belli, come se stessi camminando attraverso un lussuoso palazzo! C'è un ascensore di vetro turistico e un ascensore residenziale. La stanza è dotata di due bottiglie gratuite d'acqua, tè e caffè. C'è un asciugacapelli, ferro, tavola da stiro, sicuro, frigorifero, bollitore elettrico, articoli da toeletta. Tutto è pulito e in buone condizioni. La sera, tutto intorno alla strada brilla con luci intense. Colazioni in un grande bellissimo ristorante al 1 ° piano. Buffet. La scelta dei piatti è sufficiente, niente di particolarmente sorprendente. Mi è piaciuta la torta a forma di una bambola Matryoshka. È possibile arrivarci con l'autobus N8.

The hotel is really close to the Genghis Khan Square and is a close drive to the Hailar Dongshan Airport as well. Overall the room was simple but satisfactory and clean. Breakfast options consisted of simple Chinese dishes that you'd expect from offerings in any small hotel. The only complaints that I had was that the TV didn't seem to work, the bathroom door couldn't fully close as the ledge prevents it from closing all the way, and all towels are one-time use disposable towels.

The receptionist lady at the hotel was very friendly, kind, and welcoming. The hotel is located in a very convenient area in the city center, which was a great advantage. However, the cleanliness of the bathroom was not satisfactory. The hotel did not provide enough bottled drinking water according to the number of guests staying in the room. I believe it is important to provide clean bottled water based on the number of guests and beds in the room. This does not cost much for the hotel, but for tired travelers who have been on a long journey, it is a small but valuable comfort. There were also no porcelain cups available for drinking tea in the room. In addition, some foreign guests were talking loudly, coming in and out of the hotel, and making a lot of noise until around 2 a.m. This made our stay uncomfortable and disturbed our rest. We had traveled a long distance and were extremely tired, so we decided to overlook these issues and requested to extend our stay for one more night at the same hotel to get some rest. However, the hotel increased the room price, which was disappointing. Furthermore, although the agreed check-out time was 2:00 p.m., we were asked to leave after 12:30 p.m. As a result, we could not finish our lunch and had to check out at around 1:30 p.m. We hope the hotel can pay more attention to respecting the agreed check-out time and providing better service for guests in the future. I sincerely hope the hotel management will pay more attention to these issues and work on improving the quality of service for future guests. Wishing your hotel continued success.
