MMauveMHad a wonderful stay here at Forest Inn, Hainan University! My cousin is starting university nearby and we came to drop her off. Since we had stayed in the downtown before, we wanted to find a place close to campus to experience. This hotel is the best option! It’s right within the campus entrance and easy to navigate to. The front desk concierge’s were very friendly and kind - two of them even took us around on the tour bus to familiarize us with the campus and surrounding area. They even went out of their way and offered to help us unload luggage. Since there was no parking space on move-in day, having the option to drop off saved us a lot of hassle. In addition to campus, the hotel is also located close to a botanical garden, about 15 minutes to the downtown area, and close to shops, stores, etc.
Some suggestions:
- Wish the pool was accessible as advertised on Trip but it’s now only a kiddie pool.
- For longer stays, room amenities should be replenished daily based on number of guests.
- I received a rather expensive delivery during my stay and asked the courier to leave it with the front desk as I was out during that time. There was someone at the front desk with a poor attitude who denied that any deliveries arrived and suggested it had been delivered to another location. Luckily, another staff member helped me check and found my delivery. I suggest besides giving guests misleading information, to ensure it’s accurate first.

Recentemente abbiamo avuto il piacere di rimanere in un appartamento incredibile arredato a Haikou, e non posso raccomandarlo abbastanza. La vista d'oceano di tutto l'appartamento è molto appassionante, offrendo un tranquillo background che rende davvero inoltrabile la mia permanenza.
L'appartamento è in modo impecabile e senza spot, con ogni dettaglio considerato con attenzione per garantire comfort e comodità, e si sentiva come una casa lontana da casa, con le moderne strutture e decorazioni elegante che hanno migliorato l'esperienza generale.
Il personale di gestione era davvero molto utile e attento, sempre pronto a assistere con qualsiasi richiesta. La loro dedizione alla soddisfazione degli ospiti era evidente, perché non c'era nulla che non potessero fornire.
In generale, questo appartamento ha superato le mie aspettative in ogni modo. Se stai cercando un bel posto per soggiornare a Haikou con un servizio eccezionale, non guardare più!

Comfortable stay with free bus service every hourly next to the apartment to reach Island 1. You can also hire buggy to go around the Island. Many shops like eatery, bread, cake, grocery and supermarket are nearby. A good location.

UUtente anonimo白馬井の中心部に位置しており，何かと便利な場所です。美味しいお店も比較的近いので，食べ歩きに適していると思います。高速鉄道の白馬井駅まではタクシーで15分程度見ておけば良いでしょう。室内は写真の通りでこざっぱりした感じです。必要最低限の設備は揃っています。ただ，バスマットがなかったのはやや不便でした。とはいえ，コスパからすれば，なかなかよい選択だったと振り返っています。

AARC5555The stay at the Danzhou Seaview Baili Hotel was very pleasant. The check in was convenient and all staff very friendly. The room had a quite modern appearance , was decently equipped and was quite big. Sadly we didnt get a sea/ port sided room, otherwise the view would probably have also been great.
The roomservice came every day between 8 and 9 for cleaning and reequipping the room. My only wish would be that when they knock the door twice, they actually wait a little longer for a response. They always entered very quickly and didnt give me enough time to even reach the door and open.
The breakfast selection is probably the only thing that was a little disappointing. Not that many choices and only some minor changes every day. Especially the limited fruit selection is a bit sad, given the availability on Hainan. But for the pricepoint of the hotel I dont want to complain much. The food was alright and will definitely get you full. Around the hotel are many shops, restaurants and streetvendors that provide decent choices for dinner.
Now to the big plus point, the free of charge clothes washing service (basic washing and drying). Quick and efficient, and you always have fresh clothes given the hot climate. Lastly the hotel also offers a free afternoon tea and snack service at the top floor. Again the choices are very limited, but it is still a nice thing to have.

UUtente ospiteL'esperienza è buona. Torna al centro della città è molto conveniente. Il rapporto di prezzo di viaggio è molto alto. L'ambiente circostante è molto buono. Principalmente il prezzo è anche conveniente. Ogni volta che uscite a giocare, andrò a casa sua con aria condizionata centrale, refrigerazione e calore, grande intelligenza, l'hotel ha anche un caricabatterie, molto conveniente raccomandare.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è grande, ma non c'è niente da fare su queste isole, funziona per metà. Esso ricorda l'inizio della scomparsa delle persone ”che sarebbe se le persone scomparissero ... Un anno dopo” alla data 20.10.25 (sulla principale isola) sulle isole residenziali tutte le norme, i negozi di mercato ... non è cancellata la stessa stanza, Tutto nuovo, anche nel film, è ancora. Sembra influenzare il fatto che il piano dell'isola di intrattenimento non funziona. E'sorpreso vedere grandi edifici e persone non lo fanno. Chi direbbe che sulla Cina non crederebbe.
L'hotel totale è messo, sull'isola è sufficiente un giorno ora ma due giorni, tutto non è da fare.

UUtente ospiteI would like to have given this place a better rating because the assistance was quick whenever I needed it and the apartment was really nicely decorated. However, it was not clean, the washing machine was not in a good condition, the fridge smelt really bad at first, and the shower head was broken (they did replace the shower head though). I was also not given a key card or code to open the main entrance to the building and the security person in charge of letting key-less guests in usually took too long to open the door. One time I had to ring 6 times before the door was opened. Hainan is an amazing place and I'd definitely go there again. But honestly, I probably wouldn't stay in this apartment again. I also didn't realise it was more like an Airbnb situation rather than a hotel. I only found out after I'd booked the apartment that I would have to pay a deposit and only be able to communicate with somebody through WeChat because there is no front desk.

從進門開始，前廳的服務就很周到，工作人員熱情有禮，辦理入住快速高效，讓人一到就感受到賓至如歸。
房間更是沒得説，設施嶄新，打掃得一塵不染，住着非常安心。公共區域的設施設備也維護得很好，不管是健身房還是泳池，體驗感都特別棒。而且這裏很適合帶娃出遊，小朋友玩得開心，大人也能徹底放鬆。
早餐必須重點誇一下！菜品超級豐盛，中西式選擇很多，味道也特別好。用餐期間服務員非常貼心，收盤及時，還主動詢問需求，必須點贊！
下次有機會還會選擇這裏，也強烈推薦給大家！
