UUtente ospiteGreat hotel and we rented a small villa in Italian style with a nice private yard behind with a hot water pool/tub which you could operate yourself. The villa was spacious with lots of room for a couple and as we are from the Nordics , we specifically liked the sauna ( one dry and one wet) and the spacious bathroom and relax part with another large bathtub. The service was impressive from the staff which communicated with through WeChat, very convenient, and they responded very accurate to our needs. The service with the foot massage coming to your room was another plus. The impressive garden with many hot spring tubs , swimming pool and icecream and dinks service was amazing. Unfortunately, they don’t really market this and you need to access behind the reception, very “secret”. We will definitely return for a relaxing time.

UUtente ospiteIl servizio era fantastico e il personale era molto accogliente. Un enorme bonus che il ricevitore parlava inglese in un luogo così lontano e rendeva tutto così più facile e senza stress. L'hotel è nuovo e le camere sono grandi e spaziali.
Vorrei dire che la stanza era molto pulita, ma ci sono stati tinture sul letto dopo aver tirato indietro il cuscino, ma il personale è stato veloce a rispondere e a curare la situazione. Il custode ha accidentalmente comprato il letto sbagliato, e poi ha dovuto tornare e ottenere la dimensione corretta; era un po' tardi, quindi era un po' frustrante, ma si sono occupati rapidamente della situazione.
Il soggiorno era grande, e anche inviarono le mutandine alla camera di mia figlia con una spazzola dentale via robot, che inizialmente avevano detto di non avere, che era bello di loro.
In generale, una buona esperienza.Controlla sempre le tue schede di letto quando viaggia. 😜

UUtente ospitethis was an amazing island for relaxation. many north easterners come here over the winter period, hence a lot of north east cuisine available even till late night. sea views are also great as our block was nearest to the shoreline. toilet is slightly small but is ok. the island shuttle bus does not arrive, best to pay the locals for a quick shuttle.

NNicholeI have a wonderful time with my mom at castle hotel 欧宝酒店 and for the first time I am purchasing clothing from a hotel and the quality is great and price is reasonable. I bought a lot of t shirts and beach pants for my 2 kids. I also bought a lovely dress for myself and scarf for my mom. The breakfast have variety of choices and is very delicious. The noodles is a must try items. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The island is easy access and is very suitable for family with young kids. There are a lots of activities available for them that can keep them occupied, within the hotel and island too. The ocean park is a must go place to see dolphin’s show, apart from that, there are many other marine species in the park and activities that may excite the kids. Please spare a day here to finished off all the shows. The light show at 婚礼庄园is also a must go place. There are 2shows available daily at 8pm and 9:30pm . Just took a train at CNY30, you can have unlimited rides to travel within the island 1.
I personally love 海花岛and will definitely come back again in near future.

UUtente ospiteVorrei avere dato un migliore rating a questo posto perché l'assistenza è stata veloce ogni volta che mi è stata necessaria e l'appartamento è stato davvero ben decorato. Tuttavia, non era pulito, la lavatrice non era in buona condizione, il frigo si scioglieva davvero male all'inizio, e la testa del doccia era rotta (sostituendo la testa del doccia). Non mi è stato dato nemmeno un biglietto o un codice per aprire l'ingresso principale all'edificio e la persona di sicurezza che ha lasciato gli ospiti meno chiave in solito ci ha voluto troppo tempo per aprire la porta. Hainan è un posto fantastico e sarei certamente andato di nuovo lì. Ma, onestamente, probabilmente non sarei rimasto in questo appartamento. Non mi sono nemmeno reso conto che era più come una situazione di Airbnb che un hotel. Solo dopo aver prenotato l'appartamento ho scoperto che dovevo pagare un deposito e potrei comunicare con qualcuno attraverso WeChat perché non c'è un desk front.

CChangshaxiangdizi昨天晚上家人大小5人開車從臨高來海花島，網上搜尋到這家，很適合我、先生和親家兩口子帶着孫女一起，一個套間，上下兩間房，有客廳廚房兩個陽台帶一個衞生間，因為是晚上到的，沒有來得及看周圍的環境，第二天醒來，哇，陽台上看到的風景太漂亮啦，馬上拍照，拍視頻。衞生也搞得乾淨，床也睡着舒服，非常值得，下次來海花島，還住這裏，停車一晚上停車費也便宜，才5元錢，唯一有點點希望改進的是樓上AIFI信號🈶點點卡，坐在外面就很好。
