Abbiamo fatto una stagione di pioggia a metà giugno, quindi era una stagione bassa. Il prezzo che abbiamo pagato per la villa a 2 camere da letto, che includeva la colazione (al secondo hotel) ingresso al parco océano, la Cinque Paesi Hot Spring City, e il servizio di autobus personale all'interno dell'isola. Il servizio era rapido e cortese, anche se la comunicazione era tutto attraverso WeChat e in cinese. Siamo rimasti nella villa di stile giapponese, ed è stata deliziosamente decorata, spaziosa e confortevole. Ci piaceva soprattutto avere la nostra sauna secca e vapore, e il nostro bagno privato caldo! acqua minerale calda primavera vera! Raccomando questo posto soprattutto per coloro che amano i bagni caldi di primavera e vogliono evitare gli hotel turistici occupati. Purezza: in generale abbastanza pulita. Posizione: passeggiata a piedi dal parco océano e città calda di primavera, così conveniente. 5-10 minuti di navetta per la maggior parte dei luoghi all'interno dell'isola. Servizio: è stato bello conoscere qualcuno disponibile 24 ore. Erano disposti ad aiutare con ciò che avevamo bisogno. Il concierge principale durante il giorno era più amichevole, competente e esperto. Affitti: tutto quello che ci serviva è stato fornito. Ci era un asciugacapelli Dyson, un frigo, ecc. Had a wonderful stay here at Forest Inn, Hainan University! My cousin is starting university nearby and we came to drop her off. Since we had stayed in the downtown before, we wanted to find a place close to campus to experience. This hotel is the best option! It’s right within the campus entrance and easy to navigate to. The front desk concierge’s were very friendly and kind - two of them even took us around on the tour bus to familiarize us with the campus and surrounding area. They even went out of their way and offered to help us unload luggage. Since there was no parking space on move-in day, having the option to drop off saved us a lot of hassle. In addition to campus, the hotel is also located close to a botanical garden, about 15 minutes to the downtown area, and close to shops, stores, etc. Some suggestions: - Wish the pool was accessible as advertised on Trip but it’s now only a kiddie pool. - For longer stays, room amenities should be replenished daily based on number of guests. - I received a rather expensive delivery during my stay and asked the courier to leave it with the front desk as I was out during that time. There was someone at the front desk with a poor attitude who denied that any deliveries arrived and suggested it had been delivered to another location. Luckily, another staff member helped me check and found my delivery. I suggest besides giving guests misleading information, to ensure it’s accurate first.

My room #13015 was in building 390 into a residential area in the China Ocean Flower island 3 Haodao. All was clean and well equipped, including the bathroom and all products and accessories needed. The service was kind and quickly reactive to the minor problem. I enjoyed a lot my sejour there and I strongly recommend the place.

this was an amazing island for relaxation. many north easterners come here over the winter period, hence a lot of north east cuisine available even till late night. sea views are also great as our block was nearest to the shoreline. toilet is slightly small but is ok. the island shuttle bus does not arrive, best to pay the locals for a quick shuttle.

I would like to have given this place a better rating because the assistance was quick whenever I needed it and the apartment was really nicely decorated. However, it was not clean, the washing machine was not in a good condition, the fridge smelt really bad at first, and the shower head was broken (they did replace the shower head though). I was also not given a key card or code to open the main entrance to the building and the security person in charge of letting key-less guests in usually took too long to open the door. One time I had to ring 6 times before the door was opened. Hainan is an amazing place and I'd definitely go there again. But honestly, I probably wouldn't stay in this apartment again. I also didn't realise it was more like an Airbnb situation rather than a hotel. I only found out after I'd booked the apartment that I would have to pay a deposit and only be able to communicate with somebody through WeChat because there is no front desk.
