UUtente ospiteWe (3 couples) stayed overnight on our way from Jasper to Vancouver. The rooms are big, the beds very comfortable and we had a microwave, tea/coffee facilities & a little oven. The staff are lovely & really helpful and there are a lot of options for food/drink within walking distance.

PporkyheiHo sentito recensioni di furti di auto nel parcheggio che ci ha preoccupati, ma non c'era nessuno durante il nostro soggiorno. Il parcheggio era abbastanza ben accennato. La stanza che abbiamo avuto inizialmente aveva una porta rotta che non poteva chiudere, quindi dovevamo imballarci e andare in un'altra stanza. Sono felice che l'hotel ci abbia aggiornato una suite perché non hanno trovato una stanza con lo stesso formato della nostra prenotazione.

CC. FitzAbbiamo soggiornato per 1 notte. Ci è voluto un po' di tempo per entrare alle 4:30. La persona del desk front ha preso un po' per registrare il piccolo gruppo davanti a noi.
La stanza era pulita e spaziosa, ma abbiamo trovato la nebbia, soprattutto nel bagno. La lampada laterale con i piatti non funzionava inizialmente. Ma abbiamo scoperto che il plug che era stato attaccato non funzionava, quindi abbiamo switchato il plug dell'allarme con il plug della lampada e funzionava. Possiamo finalmente caricare i nostri telefoni.
L'AC funziona bene con il termostat sul muro.
La palestra era bella, ma purtroppo non c'è piscina. I padroni dovranno usare la piscina per sempre nell'altro edificio.
Il colazione era solo così. L'area per il colazione era davvero spazzatura. Purtroppo non c'era nessuna nuova vaffle, pancake, bacon o salsa. La signora che andava a colazione non puliva affatto le tavole. Le tavole erano ancora sporche quando ci andavamo fuori dall'hotel.
Il nostro soggiorno era comodo. Possiamo ottenere un check-out più tardi gratificante. Potremmo rimanere qui di nuovo. Spero che le offerte per colazione includano waffles o pancake e bacon o salsicce in futuro. E tavoli puliti. Sarà meraviglioso!

UUtente anonimoFront desk person was welcoming and friendly. The room was mostly clean but bedsheets had small stains and didn’t seem to be washed. Train is close by and can be heard whenever it rolls by. The bed wasn’t terrible but it definitely needed replacement. I wouldn’t recommend staying here even if you’re on a budget like we are.

KK Hoffman (Canada)I felt safe taking my dog out for walks around the neighborhood. There weren't any unsavory characters hanging around the parking lot or in the neighborhood. There was a nice neighborhood a block away and you can see that the owners took pride in their gardens.
It was nice that the air conditioning was already on when I checked into the room.

UUtente ospiteRoom was big enough with AC, Microwave and refrigerator in it. Location was good as there was a shopping mall nearby. Also Tim Horton is on walking distance. Carpet of the lobby was not clean. Room carpet was a bit cleaner than the lobby one
