The staff ensured I had a room on the ground floor, as I can't manage the stairs. The staff was very friendly and kind! The location is easily accessible to the hospital (which is the reason I was there). My only issue was there is no accessibility ramp, but there are only a few stairs into the property

A great budget hotel, well located with friendly front desk staff. Pet friendly rooms are on the first floor and there was not an elevator so if you have mobility issues, be aware.

This hotel bears no resemblance to the photos. Old tired no elevator for guests with luggage.
Rooms furnishings were old and stale smells. In the add they are new and impressive. Really disappointed

The only problem was the cards to open the door didn't let us in half of the time, and we didn't know where the breakfast room was. Otherwise perfect.

The check in was easy and Preet gave me a set of earplugs as I forgot mine. The room is clean but dated in terms of carpet and furnishings but good for price. There were no cups or mugs in the room but Preet was able to give me a cup. I would stay again. I would recommend the flooring be changed to brighten the room as that would make a huge difference. A/c worked great. Thank you.

Not a place to enjoy a nice quiet rest. Noisy. Bed and pillows are uncomfortable to sleep on. Room smelled like cigarette when we walked in. Tub backs up. Toilet size for a 5 yr old. Rough toilet paper. Some of the usual amenities one would take for granted because they're always there, not provided.
Not terrible place, but certainly worst we've been to.

Old furniture, small room, very loud AC, bathroom is tiny without being able to close door when using toilet, bath with mold, over-all very discouraging to stay.

Visit was great, but they need to learn how to control people on slamming the doors all night and variety of pillows. I had four pillows that were so high but bed super comfy

Room service didn't exist - even though it was advertised in the room, TV did not work properly (volume fluctuated), and the AC unit would cut out about every 45 minutes with an error code!
