Hotel con parcheggio a Calgary

The landlords ( husband & wife) are very friendly, helpful, nice & accommodating. The wife Ms Shujie Guo waited for us patiently to arrive at the air bnb before returning to their own home which is a short distance away. (NB: we did not get the message or e-mail for the main door number access code & she know that it has happened before. So she took the initiative to wait for us which we arrived at night at about 9 pm on that day). This air bnb house provided full cooking facilities including the ingredients & spices. The common area are very clean & tidy. The bedroom & bathroom are equally clean & tidy. There is a garden at the back of the house which is beautifully layout. The landlord lady Ms Jhujie Guo even went to the extent to alert my wife that there were northern lights & informed us to go to the open space to see. With our iPhone 14 pro max handphone, we managed to see the beautiful northern lights ( aurora). Unfortunately we were unable to capture the dancing lights as we do not have the camera stand. This is a bonus as we did not expect to see Northern lights in Calgary! We felt like we were living at our own home. We would highly recommend those who are looking for accommodation in Calgary to stay at Brothers Li Homestay.

La receptionista era molto lieto e la stanza era molto pulita! È anche convenientemente situato nel centro di Calgary. Tuttavia, la temperatura della doccia può essere un po 'difficile da regolare, perché sarà troppo caldo o troppo freddo. Ma sono stato molto soddisfatto in generale e consiglierei a questo hotel di compagnia di viaggiatori soli!

Not our first time staying here -but we left with a sense of frustration today! It began when the front desk couldn’t find our reservation - twice ! (despite a phone call 2 hours prior to check in). Had to take my driver’s licence and go “somewhere to talk to someone in the back” - then he came back (after 2 or so  minutes) and “magically” the reservation had been found. Unnerving for my identification to disappear from my sight. No explanation offered. Frustrated again at check out when the desk clerk tried to charge us for something from the snack bar in our room - we had literally left our room 2 minutes before. Couldn’t tell us what item we had “consumed” (we hadn’t consumed anything - especially at those prices!) and then when asked how they could possibly know within 2 minutes (of us leaving our room) that an item had been consumed - they became very defensive and couldn’t actually answer the question of “how do you know what to charge us for” and the response was “it’s for the report at the end of the day - no one is saying you actually took anything”. Except that’s exactly what the desk clerk said the charge was going to be for - “an item from the snack bar for a total of $4.20”. After challenging the charge we were told that no charge would be put through on the credit card. Made to feel like we had “stolen” something when we asked for further clarification on the charge. “No apologies or thank you for staying with us”. Disappointing. Side note - Service in the ****** was great - including the restaurant.

Facilities are nice! The location is very close to everything you need. Check-in and check-out are also very smooth! Great place to stay. Highly recommend!

Un buon hotel considerando il prezzo e la posizione. Per una proprietà 3 stelle, soddisfa lo standard stabilito. Camere confortevoli. Lobby spazioso. Tutto funziona.

I'm not the one that leaves bad reviews but I have to do this . This isn't your typical holiday inn you're used to . Far from it . Stains on blinds, not the typical spacious room I'm used to . The heating system made constant dragging noise at intervals all night . We couldn't sleep . Not what I was expecting . Then I called to see if there was an option to get the room upgraded , the lady that picked up was too eager to shut me off . There was no professionalism . Microwave was making creaking noise and the tv wasn't working when I checked in though that was fixed promptly when I called them in . I'll give them a 5/10. I've been to other Holiday Inns in Edmonton, and they are top class with very decent people at the front desk . This is just one old hotel trying to live up to the franchise name. Not close !!!!! Never again!!!

This is my second visit this time it was perfect they renovated it since i walked in smells sooo clean and fresh the housekeeping manger sooo helpful and kind The buffet for dinner amazing Indian cuisine over all very nice experience especially at the pool

This motel is not Econo Lodge in & suites university. Which we stayed also, and was much better than this one (econo lodge motel village). The room was small and the bathroom smelled unpleasant. The smell came from the shower curtain, which touches the bath tub water. When taking a shower, the water doesn't drain as fast so your feet end up soaking in that water along with the smelly fabric shower curtain. Also, the bath was weirdly higher than the ground so be very careful when getting in. During our stay, there were several bugs that found their way into our room during the night (Mosquitos, flies). The buzzing sound prevented us to sleep so we had to kill the bugs and go back to sleep each time. We also had problems with our room key, we had them replaced several times and you have to slide the card quite a few times before it unlocks. I think it's loose and you need to get the exact right angle, which is annoying when you have your hands full. I recommend the other econolodge situated behind this one. The staffs here are very friendly. For breakfast, they offered coffee, tea but without lids. There's bread and juice served in a solocup (but u can just use the coffee cup). There were muffins. If you have allergies, I suggest you to bring your own food. The price for this motel vs the other econolodge were the same. We try to avoid staying at the same place for our whole trip in case we don't like our room but we ended regretting not booking the other econolodge for our entire trip.

Bust ha venduto la linea di notte per il check-in. Era l'ultimo minuto per prenotare tutto bene bagnato. Anche se non c'era più colazione. Ci siamo fermati qui per qualche volta. Niente di fantasia, ma quello che si ottiene quello che si ottiene e è meglio di altri hotel a prezzi ragionevoli e molti posti di parcheggio. Un nuovo tipo di front desk era bello!

Questa è la 2a volta che ho prenotato questo hotel la prima volta marzo dell'anno scorso senza prenotazione online poi ho prenotato attraverso tththrough di quest'anno gennaio 30 a febbraio 3 , ho prenotato questo hotel perché è stato un buon servizio la prima volta che ho prenotato qui e ho avuto entrambi un buon servizio. L'hotel è un buon posto, poiché ha servizio di autobus al centro e centro meridionale che si ferma al chinook #10 & 15 + la linea rossa a somerset e la Toscana con facile trasferimento all'altra linea blu lrt linea a seddletown e 69° fine ovest. Utilizzavo solo il mio hotel per rilassarmi e dormire altri, poi esplorando e visitando la famiglia e gli amici. Il personale di servizio frontale e pulizia era sorprendente 👏. La prossima volta che mi sono recata a Calgary, mi aspettavo una prenotazione da questo tizio per la terza volta.
