Hotel con parcheggio a Brisbane

La camera e le strutture sono ben mantenute, e non troppo lontano dal centro della città. Tuttavia, non c'è molto intorno per cibo e bevande mentre sono rimasto in vacanza pubblica.

Il nostro secondo soggiorno a Adina su George. La posizione e il livello di comfort erano ancora eccellenti. Inizialmente ci era stato assegnato una stanza troppo gioia per noi senza luce naturale, ma il personale della ricezione aveva ben assegnato una stanza più adatta. Qualcosa da considerare se stai per qualche notte - scegliere una stanza che ti risponda alle vostre esigenze.

Posizione e attrezzature:  La posizione è la più grande attivita' di questo bel hotel indipendente. È vicino al centro commerciale Toowong e ai negozi e ristoranti che lo circondano, che comprendono chimisti e un negozio di comodità 24 ore 7-11. L'hotel stesso è il luogo di casa del ristorante giapponese Katsuco sul suo piano terra - famoso per il suo buon cibo giapponese. Il parcheggio è gratuito per gli ospiti, ma il numero di posti è limitato (circa 25 posti). Design hotel, ambiente, servizio:  Il lobby dell'hotel è accogliente e compatto, con una piccola zona di seggiolo davanti al tavolo della ricezione. C'è un ascensore per portarti nelle vostre stanze sopra i tre piani che si estende. Design della camera, comfort, acustica: (deluxe King) Le camere sono ben dimensionate, con spazio per bagagli e punti sufficienti per il carico. Le camere sono ben progettate con un amico vetro intelligente/switchable/ dinamico che guarda nel dormitorio. La testa del doccia è un tipo di doccia piovosa - sicuramente dando credibilità. La materassi e le mutandine sono molto comodi - in realtà - stand & notevole. Ci sono cortine di blackout che funzionano bene. Per quanto riguarda l'akustica- in generale, decentemente tranquillo, data la posizione all'angolo di una strada di crociera occupata. Il rumore dal corridoio si insapone a seconda dei vostri vicini. Ci sono anche il solito umore leggero e rumore dal frigo bar e il whisky dal condizionatore d'aria. La cacofonia occasionale della strada può essere sentita durante il giorno, ma in generale è tranquilla a notte. Quindi il sonno di buona notte è per lo più raggiungibile. In generale: A rischio di renderla più popolare di quanto non sia già, questa è una proprietà altamente raccomandata fuori dalla città, con parcheggio gratuito.

The jacuzzi and sauna at the Marriott were truly excellent! However, the phone in the room didn’t work, the bathroom drain was prone to clogging, and the drain in the washbasin was stuck closed. Also, there was a connecting door to the next room, so the noise from the neighboring guests was extremely loud and made the stay difficult.

La posizione è conveniente se si desidera stare lontano dal centro della città e evitare un parcheggio pubblico costoso. Un po 'di rumore a causa della strada principale, ma in generale va bene. Mentre l'hotel offre parcheggio sul posto, è costoso a AUD 40 per notte, e gli spazi di parcheggio sono molto stretti e limitati. La stanza non è dotata di un kit di amenità, ma un punto più importante è che comprende un frigorifero, una microonde, e alcuni utensili di base, bocche e piastre. Ho apprezzato la piscina supplementare nella stanza... mentre piccola, era meglio di niente. Il bagno è mal progettato e quasi impossibile lavare la faccia lì senza colpire la testa sulla fiamma! Il bagno è buono, ma il pavimento è bagnato facilmente perché non c'è una cortina di doccia per bloccare l'acqua dall'area igienica. Inoltre, non ci sono igiene igienica diverse da shampoo di base, gel da doccia e condizionatore. L'hotel non dispone di un servizio di lavanderia in casa, ma c'è un lavastoviglie situato nel parco aperto direttamente dall'alloggio. Per cena c'è un McDonald's e KFC vicino, a circa 5-minute passeggiata.Altrimenti, si può guidare, perché forniscono il proprio parcheggio. Il colazione è estremamente basilare, composto solo da pane, tostapane, frutta, latte, caffè e tè.Le staff sono molto amichevole e ti fa sentire come a casa

Non lasciatevi ingannare dalla splendida hall. Le camere sono vecchie ma pulite, c'è un odore strano, probabilmente dovuto a tutta questa umidità. Il problema che ho avuto è che la corrente elettrica nella stanza in cui mi hanno dato continuava a saltare. È saltata durante la notte e alle 5 del mattino sono sceso perché non potevo chiamare nessuno, la stanza era umida e calda. Un operaio è venuto e ha fatto scattare un interruttore, a quanto pare solo nella mia stanza 1301. Tutto bene. Poi è saltata di nuovo mentre facevo la doccia, sono inciampato uscendo e sono scivolato sulle piastrelle bagnate. Il personale è stato meraviglioso e mi ha cambiato camera. Darei 5 stelle al servizio, ma penso che il servizio dovrebbe includere aria condizionata e illuminazione. Sicuramente i proprietari hanno bisogno di manutenzione e riparazioni.

Avevo un buon soggiorno in questo hotel.  La posizione era perfetta e il letto e le mutandine erano sorprendenti Sarà certamente rimasto lì

It was a bit painful from the get go checking in. You have to go to a different hotel a block over. There is nowhere to park to check in. I called the number to be put through to a call centre that isn’t on site. Call 1: yes you can park in the visitor parking just buzz and they’ll let you in. Call 2: while blocking the driveway I’m unable to find a buzzer that reaches reception. Operator sounds confused, I hang up and someone is coming out so I sneak in. Call 3: I’m parked in visitor parks, go up the lift and come out at another building. She again sounds confused. If I go out the door I won’t be able to get back in without a fob, so I’m asking which way I should go. There are no signs to tell me how to get to Ivy and Eve apartments. I eventually find a worker who takes me around to reception. Sorted. Or so I think. I check in with reception. The girl was really lovely and informative. So I think, until I reach the carpark of the next building I’m staying at. The sheet of paper she gave me says “your allocated car space is 131 and is located on 55. I drive in looking for level 55, car space 131. Neither of these exist. Call 4: Where is my carpark? Am I missing something. Keep in mind every time I call I’m asked to give all my details so they can verify my booking so by now I’m pretty tired of it all. She finds my booking and says oh yes you’re in park 55 on level B1. (See photo for why I was confused!) I drive around the carpark looking for a 55. It doesn’t exist. All carparks are labelled with a sign saying Art house and 4 numbers. Ok maybe it’s the last 2? Nope doesn’t exist. After driving around for a bit I realise there are numbers on the ground of the carpark that are completely different to the signs (I didn’t look at the ground because the signs said art house) So finally I work out that this is my park. Another confused guest stops to ask me where his park might be and I explain it’s the floor ones not the art house signs. So I wasn’t the only one. Ok so park the car, go upstairs to room 1106 which of course is on floor 10. Makes sense lol. As soon as I open the door I’m hit with a wet musty kind of smell. Like the place had been flooded and not allowed to dry out properly maybe? I opened all the windows and when that didn’t work I went and bought some air freshener to hide the smell a bit. We left all the doors open all night and next day and the smell improved. The lounge chairs are not comfy if you’re looking for a stay in watch Netflix type staycay, but the beds are really comfy. The place was pretty immaculately clean so that was nice. And washer dryer were great to have. If I had have known I’d need to go through all that checkin at another building I would not have booked. Maybe I missed the part that mentioned this? Ahh well we enjoyed our stay in general, it just didn’t get off to a good start.

The location was perfect for retail therapy with Westfield Chermside within a 5 minute walk. I also loved my room, It had a large roomy balcony to sit and enjoy a wine while looking at the twinkling lights surrounding the area. The room was very clean and fresh looking and very tastefully decorated. I was particularly impressed with the bathroom, the shower had 2 shower head options, one being a rain shower head. The bed was so comfortable, I had no problem sleeping. So in finishing I would just say the service on entry and departure was really good and I will definitely book there again.

I booked on the day we arrived as I needed accommodation close to Northshore Eat Street. Saw reviews about access issues so I called before booking and was advised access info is sent at 2pm. We had no problems with online booking and receiving access code. Room was good value for money with balcony, plenty of free parking and wifi. Would definitely book again if I need accommodation close to airport.
