Hotel con parcheggio a Brisbane

Il personale era eccezionalmente amichevole e attento, sempre disposto ad aiutare con un sorriso. La posizione era anche molto conveniente, con facile accesso alle attrazioni vicine. In generale, era una splendida esperienza, e certamente rimarrei qui.

Rooms are spacious and clean, and the location is excellent. However, the amenities are lacking. Disposable slippers and combs are not provided unless asked, and the kettle is the worst kettle designed I've ever experienced. But the weakest point of the hotel is the lack of parking, where it is first come first serve. This created a lot of stress about having to come back early to secure a parking spot and caused us to avoid using our rental car during the day.

Nice hotel and clean. Toowong shopping mall is just walking distance. The staff are helpful too

Il concierge era estremamente povero, si trasportava con i miei sedili, e il personale ignorava semplicemente la mia esistenza - non si dispiaceva nemmeno di venire a salutarci, nemmeno di offrire alcun aiuto con il bagaglio, Anche dopo avergli detto che avrei bisogno di aiuto - consapevolezza zero e servizio zero. Il trolley bagagli è semplicemente un ornamento. Mi scusi, è Marriott! Non ho mai dovuto sperimentare una simile esperienza inveniente nella mia vita. Tuttavia, il ricevitore (spettore) è stato l'unica persona che ha dato il benvenuto alla mia famiglia, così come il personale al buffet. 👍

La posizione è conveniente se si desidera stare lontano dal centro della città e evitare un parcheggio pubblico costoso. Un po 'di rumore a causa della strada principale, ma in generale va bene. Mentre l'hotel offre parcheggio sul posto, è costoso a AUD 40 per notte, e gli spazi di parcheggio sono molto stretti e limitati. La stanza non è dotata di un kit di amenità, ma un punto più importante è che comprende un frigorifero, una microonde, e alcuni utensili di base, bocche e piastre. Ho apprezzato la piscina supplementare nella stanza... mentre piccola, era meglio di niente. Il bagno è mal progettato e quasi impossibile lavare la faccia lì senza colpire la testa sulla fiamma! Il bagno è buono, ma il pavimento è bagnato facilmente perché non c'è una cortina di doccia per bloccare l'acqua dall'area igienica. Inoltre, non ci sono igiene igienica diverse da shampoo di base, gel da doccia e condizionatore. L'hotel non dispone di un servizio di lavanderia in casa, ma c'è un lavastoviglie situato nel parco aperto direttamente dall'alloggio. Per cena c'è un McDonald's e KFC vicino, a circa 5-minute passeggiata.Altrimenti, si può guidare, perché forniscono il proprio parcheggio. Il colazione è estremamente basilare, composto solo da pane, tostapane, frutta, latte, caffè e tè.Le staff sono molto amichevole e ti fa sentire come a casa

La piazza Mercure Brisbane King George è una base perfettamente fine e funzionale, ma non ha colpito il marchio ”eccellente” che mi aspettavo. La posizione centrale del CBD dell'hotel è un'enorme attenzione, rendendo incredibilmente facile andare al pubblico trasporto, shopping e cena. Tuttavia, la proprietà e le camere iniziano a sentirsi piuttosto datato e stanco, mancando il moderno, premium tocca che realmente elevare un soggiorno alberghiero. In ultima analisi, è un posto pulito e conveniente per riposare la testa, ma è meglio adatta per i viaggiatori che preferiscono la posizione rispetto ad un'esperienza di lusso.

This accommodation was in a spectacularly convenient location for a GIG that I was attending this week. The Team on-site were incredibly helpful. I had a small issue when I got there with the fridge not working and it had tripped the breaker; the maintenance guy came and sorted it out and then replaced the mini fridge thing for me as well. All within 30 minutes. Amazing. He also offered tips to assist with making the most out of the aircon and the double-glazing which was also super helpful so I could get a good nights sleep afterward. The place was nice & clean and tidy with an exceptionally large sized bed. It was surprisingly quiet being right beside an active pub as well. Unless I was in the hallway, I couldn't hear a thing. I could hear my neighbours though...! Beautiful artwork through the building, and the hallways didn't smell awful either. They had cool little work nooks in the stairwells you could use if you wish and I think I saw some business suites on the 1st floor you could use for meetings. Not so amazing parts: There was clearly mould in some areas in bathroom areas.. they oddly have glass doors on the toilets?? that's strange. No ventilation in the bathroom to prevent the mould too. The air-conditioning was genuinely effective but it was clearly not well maintained as there was dust & mould forming around the vent and the roof section where the duct was, had starting bowing. Booking process via Trip.com - not great. The information provided by the website indicated they'd hold the amount of the booking but we had to pay the amount AT the hotel plus a deposit fee for incidentals...(on top of the amount they already took). That was actually not the case... I didn't have to give them anything at all except ID and verify my general details. When I got there, the nice man at reception told me I was all good to go and no extra fees or holds were required. All in all, a good stay. The place could use some extra love and attention to detail but for the price I paid? I'm not bothered.

It was a bit painful from the get go checking in. You have to go to a different hotel a block over. There is nowhere to park to check in. I called the number to be put through to a call centre that isn’t on site. Call 1: yes you can park in the visitor parking just buzz and they’ll let you in. Call 2: while blocking the driveway I’m unable to find a buzzer that reaches reception. Operator sounds confused, I hang up and someone is coming out so I sneak in. Call 3: I’m parked in visitor parks, go up the lift and come out at another building. She again sounds confused. If I go out the door I won’t be able to get back in without a fob, so I’m asking which way I should go. There are no signs to tell me how to get to Ivy and Eve apartments. I eventually find a worker who takes me around to reception. Sorted. Or so I think. I check in with reception. The girl was really lovely and informative. So I think, until I reach the carpark of the next building I’m staying at. The sheet of paper she gave me says “your allocated car space is 131 and is located on 55. I drive in looking for level 55, car space 131. Neither of these exist. Call 4: Where is my carpark? Am I missing something. Keep in mind every time I call I’m asked to give all my details so they can verify my booking so by now I’m pretty tired of it all. She finds my booking and says oh yes you’re in park 55 on level B1. (See photo for why I was confused!) I drive around the carpark looking for a 55. It doesn’t exist. All carparks are labelled with a sign saying Art house and 4 numbers. Ok maybe it’s the last 2? Nope doesn’t exist. After driving around for a bit I realise there are numbers on the ground of the carpark that are completely different to the signs (I didn’t look at the ground because the signs said art house) So finally I work out that this is my park. Another confused guest stops to ask me where his park might be and I explain it’s the floor ones not the art house signs. So I wasn’t the only one. Ok so park the car, go upstairs to room 1106 which of course is on floor 10. Makes sense lol. As soon as I open the door I’m hit with a wet musty kind of smell. Like the place had been flooded and not allowed to dry out properly maybe? I opened all the windows and when that didn’t work I went and bought some air freshener to hide the smell a bit. We left all the doors open all night and next day and the smell improved. The lounge chairs are not comfy if you’re looking for a stay in watch Netflix type staycay, but the beds are really comfy. The place was pretty immaculately clean so that was nice. And washer dryer were great to have. If I had have known I’d need to go through all that checkin at another building I would not have booked. Maybe I missed the part that mentioned this? Ahh well we enjoyed our stay in general, it just didn’t get off to a good start.

Il soggiorno era molto bello tutto era molto tranquillo mio coppia e ho avuto un volo molto tardi siamo riusciti a fare il check-in tardi possibili passi sono facili solo lasciarli sapere quando arrivate e vi forniscono le passi da andare. alcune cereali, latte, caffè, succhi ecc, la posizione è grande vicino centro commerciale e Macca's se stai cercando un luogo rilassante dove dopo un lungo giorno per la città o intorno a e solo vuoi rilassarsi e dormire consiglio questo posto. Niente. Se possibile, un giorno di nuovo probabilmente rimarrò con loro. e il suo da centro città (stazione centrale o King George Square) solo 35 minuti a bus numero 330 o 340... lavoratori front desk molto amici.

Fornire solo 1 tovagliola/persona, nessun tovagliolo a mano. La camera da bagno si immerge in modo incomfortabile, anche per una persona alta. La partizione di vetro da doccia inadeguata, il pavimento diventa bagnato, una cortina da doccia sarebbe utile. Rispetto agli stabilimenti asiatici comparabili, l'Australia è generalmente lasciata in polvere!!!
