Hotel con parcheggio a Yerevan

I’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much. Check in process: 2 stars This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached). Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests. When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all. Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s). Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me. I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down. Room and amenities: 5 stars In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

Это был прекрасный опыт. Из-за задержки рейса мы прибыли в отель уже в 6:00 и нам разрешили поздний выезд в 14:00. Мы успели очень вкусно позавтракатть. Завтраки сытные и хорошее качество продуктов. До нашего следующего рейса было несколько часов и мы оставили свой багаж в камере хранения отеля и пошли гулять. Отель находится  в паре минут пешком от Площади Республики, где мы побывали и также прогулялись по паркам рядом.  Затем вернулись в отель и в отличной обстановке  в уютном внутреннем дворике отеля вкусно поужинали в ресторане Jivan. Вообщем, отель закрыл нам все наши потребности. При этом хочу отметить особенно внимательный и отзывчивый персонал. Самое приятное впечатление от отеля. Благодарю всех.

The room is clean, the bed is good BUT the shower head is leaking, the bidet head is also broken, both are broken. Apparently the hotel has problems with quality and repair staff Stayed in room 407.

L'hotel mi è piaciuto molto. Il personale è stato accogliente e disponibile, e la camera era pulita e spaziosa. C'erano tutti i comfort: pantofole, shampoo, bagnoschiuma e sapone. C'erano anche un bollitore, acqua e tè/caffè. La posizione era perfetta! A 25 minuti dall'aeroporto. A cinque minuti c'è un grande supermercato con un ufficio di cambio valuta. Il centro città e Cascade sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi. La colazione era in stile europeo (uova strapazzate, grano saraceno con verdure, pancake e salsicce) ed era deliziosa. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Grazie!

Прекрасный отель! Красивый, чистый, прекрасное обслуживание, замечательные завтраки. Расположение идеальное, за углом направо большой супермаркет, и метров через 100 от супермаркета рынок Вернисаж с сувенирами. А от него метров 150 площадь республики с поющими по вечерам фонтанами. Налево пешеходная улица, близко до оперного театра, а оттуда до Каскада. В отеле есть сауна и крытый бассейн. Окна в номере панорамные, вид на город. В следующий раз обязательно остановимся в этом отеле.

Non fatevi ingannare dall'alto punteggio di questo posto. L'unica cosa che merita un 10 su 10 è il personale. Ci hanno aiutato a raggiungere il terzo piano con i bagagli. E sì, l'hotel è al terzo piano e ci si arriva solo con le scale! Il letto non è un letto da hotel professionale, il materasso è morbido e ondulato, quindi bisogna trovare la posizione giusta per appoggiare la parte dritta. I cuscini sono molto economici ed estremamente morbidi, non sostengono affatto la testa. Si sente l'odore di sudore mischiato al profumo di altre persone attraverso la federa. È disgustoso. L'intero edificio e la stanza in particolare hanno un fortissimo odore di fumo. Presumo che la gente abbia fumato lì per molti anni e abbia smesso di recente, quindi l'odore è davvero forte. Nel mio paese è vietato fumare nei luoghi pubblici da molti anni e mi ero completamente dimenticato di quell'odore sgradevole. E il rumore, è così forte, è come dormire in strada. Macchine, moto, musica, risate, tutto a volume altissimo. In definitiva, è un posto dove fermarsi quando si guida a lungo e ci si ferma in un motel economico lungo la strada se non si è più in grado di proseguire. Non è adatto per soggiornare in città, nemmeno per una sola notte. A meno che non vi vadano bene tutte le cose sopra elencate.

La stanza era enorme e sembrava grande. Il mobilio era comodo. Internet era eccellente. E 'vicina al circo e al Monumento della Madre Armenia, ma non camminabile verso altri siti turistici. Un problema che avevo era l'isolamento del rumore. La porta è molto alta e c’è una grande lacuna sotto la porta, che credo possa portare più suoni dalla sala, e ho sentito anche le pesanti passi degli altri ospiti qualche notte. Se non sei un sonno leggero e non ti dispiace guidare o prendere un taxi, direi che è davvero buono.

Questo hotel è un po' distante dal centro, circa 30 minuti a piedi. La zona è piuttosto desolata e per raggiungerlo bisogna attraversare un ponte; nelle vicinanze non ci sono praticamente servizi. C'è comunque un bar all'interno dell'hotel. Le camere sono pulite, con arredamento nuovo, biancheria da letto e materasso di buona qualità, e il prezzo è accessibile. Il deposito bagagli è a pagamento. Nel complesso, sono rimasta soddisfatta del soggiorno.

Отель соответствует заявленной цене проживания, но не соответствует заявленному количеству звезд. Впечатление хорошее, но отсутствие чайных ложек на завтраке создает некоторое неудобство.
