Stay was Excellent. Room is nice and furnished with kettle, iron, etc. only missing was hair dryer. Hotel facilities were great. They got a small pool and gym. Location is next to Sharjah Expo Centre and for shopping, it is closer to Nesto. Staff were excellent- during our check-in process, Ms. Sharon was supportive in sorting the procedures and get it done smoothly. Breakfast Restaurant was Orient, well supplied to meet different cuisine. Its value for money stay and extremely happy with the stay.

our stay was great, the hotel is clean and well maintained. we planned to stay for 1 day, but then extended our stay for another day. Upon check-in, we made an ungrade of our room, for which we thank you very much. The breakfasts are good, there are a lot of birds that steal food from you on the street. In general, this is the best hotel in Shardja. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmad and Mr. Essam for their excellent service and help in resolving the issue. see you!

Co located in a shopping and office building there is plenty on hand to assist a stay. The Carrefour Market on the ground floor opposite the hotel lobby is extremely handy. Unfortunately, it does add to the time spent in lifts as they traverse the shopping and office levels. The hotel is not flash and is a little tired in decor, but the staff are pleasant and helpful even though they may be short of numbers for the busy times. Breakfast in the Tulip Restaurant is a good spread with many varieties of food available including a live omelette station. It’s also a pleasant view over the lagoon. The 11th floor rooms are a good size but the view can be a little drab when faced with the empty office block. The decor tiredness reveals itself in the lingering smoke smell even though the floor is a designated non-smoking zone. As to overall value, I can’t really give any pointers as I didn’t pick up the tab for my seven night stay.

L'hotel era molto buono per il viaggio d'affari. Il bonus era la stanza a vapore. Potrebbero aprire la piscina prima, anche se preferisco la mia prima nuoto mattina. I cuochi/alimenti erano un piacere. Sono certa che tornerò qui.

We had a fantastic stay at the Chedi. The hotel kindly upgraded us to a Heritage Suite room. We were travelling with our 12 month old and they had everything prepared for us without even asking - including a cot, bottle warmer, bottle sanitiser and nappy bin. The room was wonderful - clean with lots of space and little touches such as dates and soft drinks on arrival. The facilities at the hotel were also great, including a clean and quiet outdoor pool and a well maintained gym. We enjoyed the food so much that we ate in the hotel restaurant three times (two dinners and one breakfast). However, the best thing was the wonderful team at Chedi. Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to help us. The valet service, the reception staff, the restaurant team (in particular Shokry) and everyone else around the hotel. Thank you also for greeting us with complimentary mocktails and a special light meal in the hotel cafe. We are also grateful for the hotel's flexibility for allowing us to re-schedule our visit (at very short notice) because our son was ill. Thank you again and we look forward to visiting again soon! Located in Sharjah Close to the Lagun. Upon arrival we where met by Mr Bassam and Hefny who took great care of us. Mr Hefny should be promoted to Supervisor in my opinion. He is kind, respectful and well spoken. Great person. Mr Shahin the bell boy, who is kind, well spoken and holds the hospitality to a next level. The breakfast is good. At the FB area there isr Emed who runs a round with passion and a smile. Before you ask him, it is already taken care of. L'hotel è stato bello di avere qualche punto da menzionare, si prega di notare che sono rimasto all'hotel per 3 notti 1. il personale è amichevole, solo uno dei membri del personale del front desk che era duro e cercava di rendere tutto difficile per voi o farvi pagare per le cose extra richieste, come il letto extra, o checkout tardivo. 2. l'isolamento sonoro tra il corridoio, le camere e il bagno è molto cattivo, si sentirà chiunque parlare fuori dalla tua camera, o la tua prossima stanza di chi è esattamente il tema di cui parlano, o anche nella stanza di bagno. 3. il CA era estremamente freddo (anche se sono molto caldo e non si sente freddo a meno che il tempo fosse inferiore a 16), dal momento che avevo 2 camere, una delle camere aveva fissato il tempo AC a 23c e il tempo camera indicava a 11c, l'altra stanza ci ha dato un mal di testa e il ventilatore AC era sempre alto (anche se lo mettessi a basso). 4. Durante la nostra notte scorsa ho notato un insetto (è stato molto piccolo) ma dovrebbero ancora mantenere il controllo della peste su base regolare. 5. Il secchiere per capelli non funzionava bene. 6. c'è uno specchio magnifico con la luce, ma la luce non è collegata all'elettricità e l'illuminazione nel bagno non è così luminosa. superiore ai punti sono i punti con e sotto i punti Pro; 1. tutti gli altri membri del personale sono stati carini e utili 2. ci sono molti supermercati e ristoranti nella zona, anche si può attraversare la strada e camminare sulla cornice Buhairah 3. stranamente il ristorante dell'hotel

Keep in mind several of these issues are related to the fact that the hotel is understaffed. 1st, they don't always answer the phone (Both when you're staying at the hotel or just considering it) Here are a number of issues we faced during our stay, within the character limit. They increase the AC temp during night time in the summer ”to save power” although it's very hot (＞35 degrees celsius at night) We booked a presidential suite. We were told that the difference between it & an executive suite was that the presidential suite had a jacuzzi, so we figured why not. We were told on the phone that there was valet parking. This was not the case when we arrived. There was no valet parking. There was basement parking, which was a bit narrow/uncomfortable in certain spots but overall fine. Upon arrival, there was only 1 receptionist available. I suggest they hire 1-2 more to deal with customers checking in & out and with those who have questions & to pick up the phone. This poor single receptionist was printing papers, checking ID's, talking with 2 groups of customers checking in as well as a group checking out, answering phone calls, & opening/closing parking gates. The one good thing about our stay was his assistance - Leonardo, so I would like to thank him & I hope he gets a raise. After checking in, we went to our presidential suite. 1st impressions were positive at the beginning - it looked nice & I liked the blue carpet's colour & the paint was bright. However, after that, cracks started to appear in our view. The flat TV screen was small & ancient. It was also bolted in such a way that concealed the ports behind the TV. This led to our 1st negative interaction with maintenance & IT. The person who responded said they were in the process of getting new TVs & that only 2 in the entire hotel had an HDMI cable port. I knew that was false. He insisted. When I kept questioning him about it, he said he'd send someone to check it out. Leonardo the receptionist showed up along with the maintenance guy, & they both unscrewed a screw behind the TV to allow us to check behind it, where we saw there was indeed an HDMI cable & it worked. The bed's mattress was as hard as the floor. The pillows were meh. But the worst thing about the bedroom was this wind chime that was right in front of the A/C vents. I'm not sure what decor genius thought this was a good idea, because it was terrible. Every time we closed our eyes to sleep they would jingle & wake us up. Next, the bathrooms. There were 2, which was good, but one of them had a clogged up sink so the water rose quickly. The other bathroom with the jacuzzi & the shower had a broken heater. The false ceiling had markings of mould/humidity/leaking water & so on. The water coming from the jacuzzi was only lukewarm. It rendered the jacuzzi unusable. The water also had a funny green colour which made it seem unhealthy to use. We complained & after an adventure with the help of a security guy, the rec

Il personale era molto buono, dalla reception al ristorante. La stanza era molto bella. La posizione era eccellente. Il sous chef della colazione, Raj, ha fatto di tutto per offrire a mia moglie degli ottimi waffle e pancake senza glutine: gli saremo per sempre grati. Ritornerei e ci tornerei sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente.
