Brach Paris is a hip luxury hotel in the 16th Arr. It is in a wonderful neighborhood, away from the busyness of central Paris. We found it as a perfect place to stay to explore Paris. Just a short walk & ride on the Metro 9 line quickly got us into Paris for the Louvre, Orsay, & etc. The rooms are appointed in a hip style, the 1st floor terrace is nice for cocktails/snacks, and the restaurant on the main floor was nice for breakfast. We enjoyed the room service as well. We did struggle with the managing the temperature in the room, but that could just be because we were between seasons in Europe. Finally, we were excited to try the roof top bar because it has great views of the Eiffel Tower but were disappointed to hear that it was closed for the winter. No where was it stated when we were making our reservations that the roof top bar would be closed. We only found out at our arrival. We did not get a chance to try the spa or the pool. Overall, nice hotel to stay in when in Paris.

Abbiamo viaggiato nel mondo e abbiamo soggiornato in proprietà molto speciali. La Penisola di Parigi ha ottenuto una revisione di prima classe dalla nostra famiglia. Hanno fatto in modo che andassero oltre e sopra al loro servizio per rendere il nostro viaggio a Parigi estremamente speciale. Mio marito ha problemi di mobilità e il personale dell'hotel non poteva essere più accogliente, hanno fatto tutto il possibile per rendere il viaggio sicuro e speciale. My flight got delayed, so I arrived late to the hostel around 2 AM on the night of March the 10th ”My reservation was from the 9th, so no problem” I seemed to wake up the receptionist who suddenly got busy on phone but had done the check in procedures, I reconfirmed it's a bottom bunk bed ”due to a medical condition, I can't climb” he said Yes Yes.. My room is on the 5th floor, I was fine and asked if there's a lift, he said Yes Yes ”basically was busy on phone and didn't even listen to what I was saying” I went up ”no lift btw but it was okay” to find the bed assigned is on top, and there was only one person in the room! I went down again asking if I can take the vacant bottom bed, then he got mad!! No you can't, wait for my colleague in the morning to see if he can move you. I asked if I can stay at the reception till then, but no it's closed... So I will just stay here in front of the Reception desk I replied. I affirmed I had my request delivered for a bottom bed, there was only one person in the room, so why can't I just get any?! He got very mad; started to call me crazy, and then shifted to the ”I don't speak English” and saying Me NO ME NO ME NO... He then approached very very close waiving threatening with his finger ”saying we are not discriminating you”!!! What? Who said discrimination?!! Then, I started to film his attitude with my cell phone right away as it was that close it gets physical.. He panicked when I started to film and called the police on me and asked me to go spend the night in the kitchen!!! Unluckily for him, I can understand French pretty well but I only speak English... He asked the police to come because I was making a fuss and a scandal. The police arrived like 30 mins later, while me shaking and waiting in front of the desk as he vanished when I started to film. Very Unluckily for him, the police was very supportive to me and they spoke English... When I told them the whole story; they asked him to return my money as long as they didn't adhere to my request for bottom bed, it's a medical condition but he was so rude to them as well saying, It's not his problem! He refused to refund saying tomorrow in the afternoon I come back to his colleagues be refunded. The police stayed with me till I booked another hotel for the night and THEY SAID IT'S NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY RECEIVE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE SAME PERSON but they can't file a case against him since it didn't get physical. While booking an alternative accommodation at 3 AM outside in the street, he called me in to give my money back!! This is a story I wanted to share, a story of lying, aggressive, and rude receptionist. Ah, and to the police; he stated that there's someone taking the bottom bed... While the key of the bottom bed was actually left on the check out tray!!! If you want ur days ruined and both yours physical and psychological health abused and tortured go to this place and deal with this man in particular. I dare their management

A very nice hotel, just outside the Île-de-Paris but very close to a Metro station which means you can be in Paris within 10-15 mins. There is a supermarket just around the corner and a dreadful McDonalds almost next door. The area was multiracial and offered a number of takeaways etc as a result. The area was well kept there were no issues even at night. There was barely any graffiti etc. Very pleased with the area. You expect a capital city hotel room to be both expensive and small. The room was absolutely fine, small but not tiny and it was well cleaned and not at all jaded. It wasn't cheap either but it was very affordable in comparison to other hotel accommodation nearer the Île-de-Paris. The aircon was timed and would go off during the night, it was also off while you were out as it needed a card in the electric slot near the door. The shower door was a bit hit and miss and the bathroom was very wet as a result but it didn't really matter. Staff were good about tidying the room and replacing towels. I did not eat breakfast so can't comment on that. The staff, especially the front desk staff were brilliant. I had a go at greeting in French which is only polite but thereafter they all spoke good English. In fact, I did not have one difficult encounter with a Parisian, without fail every one was polite and helpful. This made the short trip a real pleasure and I would definitely recommend this hotel if I had the good fortune of visiting the lovely Paris again. Thank you Capanile Paris Clichy Centre for a lovely few days.

Durante il mese di settembre abbiamo trascorso 3 notti qui in gruppo di 6 (3 camere) e l'hotel è stato fantastico, molto pulito e moderno, accogliente personale e bellissimo colazione. Credo che sia stato recentemente rinnovato, poiché le camere non erano affatto date come indicato nelle precedenti recensioni, e la nostra camera del terzo piano aveva anche una vista sulla torre Eiffel. Proprio intorno alla stazione ferroviaria e alle negozi locali, oltre ad un eccellente ristorante italiano raccomandato dal personale dell'hotel. L'unico problema è stato che dovremmo chiedere di più articoli per colazione ogni giorno, ma credo che questo sia preferibile a un sacco di spreco/pane secco. Sicuramente consiglierei se non si sente a fare un corto treno fuori dal centro della città.

First things first, there effectively is no Lennon Hotel. There is no reception there and no breakfast room. Everything from the administration on is done through the Avalon Hotel next door so, make the assumption that you are going to the Avalon and you will not get lost or confused. The decor is both dated and modern at the same time. I would say, typically French so I am glad they didn't go all chain hotel and boring. The Bedroom - The choice of furniture I would question. In some pictures you can see what looks like a coat rack. This is the 'wardrobe' in the room. There are 6 hooks which may or may not have 6 hangers. Beneath that could well be a full size laptop safe (free to use) and under that, what I would have used as the shoe shelf. There really isn't anywhere for smaller items at all, they likely will stay in your luggage. With the lighting it's either bright or very bright so, there wasn't really an option to have it dimly lit though there are a selection of ceiling light, wall lamps and table lamps, they are all bright. Our room (100) was not a king size bed, I feel 4' 6” as it was certainly smaller than we are used to. In many pictures it shows the white bed pillows supplemented by small blue (green) ones. This is certainly not the case with every room. The Bathroom - I can but speak for our room as I understand other rooms have different configurations. We had a walk in shower with a rain shower head and a hand held spray adjusted using ornate handles. The toilet was on the wall. I personally don't like those, I feel incredibly unsafe especially when they creak like this one did when sat on. To make it worse, we're only 5' 3” and it's just too high, we felt like 5 year olds in need of a step stall. I wondered if this might not be aimed at wheelchair users as I am disabled but I do not use a chair but a mobility scooter (which there was plenty of room for). Then I consider the sink which is high up, too high for a wheelchair user. Of course, there is no chair in the shower either so, if it is meant to be an accessible room, it kind of isn't. The walls are done in tiles. Very mismatched tiles, not sure whether that was intentional or just years of different repairs and replacements. I feel that the light blue small square tiles were original but that when the shower, toilet and sink were last done they were not replicable so got replaced with blue rectangle tiles. The floor tiles are probably original but very worn and though they may have been, I never felt they were clean. Being a walk in shower the water got everywhere and the floor remained wet all night so we kept a towel on the floor by the door. Us British might find it weird to see a hairdryer in the bathroom right next to the sink, I think a plug socket too! The large round mirror was supposed to light up with a touch switch but, we never got it to work. Tout d’abord, tout le monde à l’hôtel a fait de son mieux pour résoudre et répondre à nos besoins.
l'hôtel était plutôt complet et ils nous ont surclassés dans une chambre avec plus d'espace.
les chambres disponibles étaient assez intérieures, sans les fenêtres que l'on voit sur le site du Marriot. La salle de bain avait une baignoire et une douche et était très grande avec certaines pièces montrant de nombreux signes d'utilisation. La pression de l'eau était faible et l'eau coulait jusqu'au sol à cause d'une mauvaise conception. Malgré beaucoup d'espace, il y avait peu d'endroits pour placer nos articles d'hygiène et un accès peu pratique. Ma fille s'est plainte du miroir qui rendait difficile le maquillage.
La salle du petit-déjeuner sent beaucoup de graisse et de nourriture et l'odeur persiste sur les vêtements, le petit-déjeuner ressemble plus à un hôtel 4* à Paris.
Le lit était très confortable et nous avons bien dormi, il manquait des choses comme choisir des oreillers, faire le lit ou prendre du chocolat au coucher. Notre chambre était bordée de bois et disposait de nombreux espaces de rangement, de matériel de repassage, d'un canapé et d'une table. Il y avait une télévision qu'on ne pouvait regarder que depuis le lit et c'était très envahissant. Malgré sa grande taille, il occupait un espace pour le moins discutable.
Cela ressemble vraiment plus à un 4* qu'à un 5*.
Nous avions réservé 3 nuits mais n'y sommes restés qu'une, et le personnel a compris et nous a beaucoup aidé pour que nous puissions repartir sans pertes majeures.

Hotel in buona posizione, struttura piuttosto moderna. In camera l'impianto di aerazione non funzionava e non è stato riparato durante il nostro soggiorno, fatto estremamente disagevole perché la finestra è sigillata quindi non si poteva aprire. Molto valida invece la colazione, da prendere all'ultimo piano con possibilità di stare in terrazza con un bel panorama. Ci tornerei

UUtente ospiteC'era un ragazzo cinese di nome Qi alla reception, visto che era un connazionale, era molto entusiasta di aiutare ad aggiustare la stanza e ad aggiornarla. L'arredamento della stanza era molto moderno, con finestre dal pavimento al soffitto e un ascensore. sulla TV. Il bagno con doccia aveva anche un grande soffione super lussuoso, che rendeva confortevole la stanza originariamente profonda. Mi sono riposato bene dopo essere rimasto bloccato nel lavoro ed ero super esausto. Anche il cibo nel ristorante è delizioso. In effetti, il prezzo è simile a quello del cibo occidentale in Cina. Sento che i prezzi in Francia sono già inferiori per molti aspetti rispetto alla Cina😂
L'hotel potrebbe essere relativamente lontano nella percezione dei francesi, ma è vicino alla stazione della metropolitana. Se sei abituato a vivere in una grande città della Cina, prendere 4-5 fermate di metropolitana per raggiungere il centro città non ti sembrerà molto lontano. Ci sono anche molti ristoranti e un supermercato accanto.

RRachel CNon posso dire abbastanza buone cose sul nostro soggiorno all'Hotel Artus. In particolare non posso dire abbastanza sul loro concierge di testa Sanjay, che è stato incredibilmente utile a noi. Prima di arrivare ci ha aiutato a organizzare riserve per pranzi e attività e era disponibile a rispondere a tutte le domande. Siamo stati colpiti da un grave incidente medico mentre la nostra figlia doveva subire un intervento chirurgico per un'infezione. Sanjay ci ha aiutato a trovare un medico e a controllare regolarmente. Se vuoi sentirti al 100% curato, questo hotel è il luogo di soggiorno!

UUtente ospiteOttimo camera. Non è grande ma è ottimo per i modelli della regione. Bagno e attrezzature di buona qualità. Il mio unico punto negativo è il tappeto, preferisco pavimenti più facili da pulire. Si trova molto bene, si può camminare a diversi punti turistici della città. Metro a 300m, molto facile. Si trova in una strada senza uscire, che dalla strada principale si vede la torre Eiffel.

The interior design of the hotel was a masterpiece in itself, with Raphel Navot's talent evident in every detail. The ambiance exuded elegance and sophistication, creating an atmosphere that truly enhanced the overall guest experience. Additionally, the rooftop bar provided breathtaking views of Paris, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment.
Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations.
This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service.
Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing.
On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience.
In conclusion, Hôtel Dame des Arts undoubtedly showcased a dedication to exceptional design and ambiance. However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression. I firmly believe that fostering a culture of attentive and respectful service, along with diligent billing practices, is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience. UUtente ospiteQuesto è un hotel molto pulito e comodo. Ci è piaciuto stare qui e lo consiglierei certamente. La nostra stanza era di buona dimensione e molto comoda. Ha guardato il fronte, ma non c'era nulla di rumore, perché le finestre e le pareti sono ben isolate. Il bagno era piccolo e il bagno era stretto, anche se aveva una potente testa di doccia sopra. Il pavimento vicino alla zona di accoglienza è un'area intelligente da pranzo. Qui abbiamo solo il caffè e rilassati nei divano comodi. Il personale è molto amichevole e ci ha dato consigli e consigli di visita in inglese fluente. La più importante è che si trova intorno all’angolo dall’incredibile Sacre Coeur e dalla piazza degli artisti. Abbiamo apprezzato camminare e goderci di «getting the steps in» per camminare verso le zone centrali e le principali visibilità. Il funiculare rende questo monte più facile per coloro che vogliono prendere questa opzione. Il bus è una grande opzione per arrivare e uscire dall'hotel. UUtente ospiteL'hotel si trova in una posizione eccellente a Parigi. È molto vicino alla residenza del presidente Ma. La sicurezza pubblica è buona. L'hotel era in fase di ristrutturazione quando ho fatto il check-in. La camera era pulita e ordinata, ma l'odore delle decorazioni era un po' pesante Dopo essere arrivato in hotel ogni giorno, ho aperto le finestre per la ventilazione. La colazione è buona, con molte varietà e un'ampia gamma di scelta.
L'hotel è circondato da famosi negozi monomarca. È molto vicino alle Galeries Lafayette, Paris Printemps, Place de la Concorde, i Giardini delle Tuileries, il Museo del Louvre e l'Arco di Trionfo. È molto adatto per passeggiare a Parigi. La prossima volta che andrò a Parigi, prenoterò nuovamente questo hotel.

UUtente anonimoLa reception e il concierge dell'hotel sono molto cordiali e disponibili. Anche il personale del lounge bar e del ristorante è molto cordiale e amichevole. La camera è molto grande per gli standard parigini. Il design della camera è di buon gusto, elegante ma moderno.
L'unica cosa che mi ha infastidito molto è che le governanti sono molto maleducate. Tutto il resto sembra a posto, tranne la superficie del tastierino di controllo che è un po' polverosa. Ho vissuto lì per 3 notti, ogni giorno c'era qualcuno che entrava nella mia stanza senza bussare alla porta o dirmi chi fosse. Il primo giorno sono rimasto piuttosto scioccato, ho pensato che fosse un mio problema perché non avevo acceso la luce ”Non disturbare”. Va bene.
Il secondo giorno, avevo la luce ”Non disturbare” accesa, qualcuno (la governante) ha comunque aperto la mia porta senza bussare alla porta o dirmi chi fosse. È stato molto imbarazzante. Non sento alcuna privacy nella stanza perché qualcuno potrebbe semplicemente entrare nella tua stanza senza preavviso. Questo mi ha infastidito molto. Voglio dire, a cosa serve il pulsante ”Non disturbare”??!! Più tardi ho spento la luce ”Non disturbare” e acceso quella ”Per favore rifare la stanza”. Sono uscito dalla stanza e ho visto la governante lì dentro. Le ho chiesto gentilmente se poteva rifare la stanza per me. Sembrava infelice e mi ha detto che era troppo tardi e che era già andata via. Dai, erano solo le 16:00 e resterò lì un'altra notte. Sono tornato dopo un'ora, ho visto la luce ”Per favore rifare la stanza” ancora accesa, quindi non mi aspettavo che la mia stanza fosse rifatta. Fortunatamente qualcuno ha pulito la mia stanza ma non ha spento la luce.
Poi è stato il terzo giorno, ho fatto il check-out posticipato fino alle 15:00 e avevo la luce ”Non disturbare” accesa. Sai cosa è successo? La governante ha aperto di nuovo la mia porta senza preavviso mentre ero nella stanza e ha detto NON DISTURBARE. Era un colore di luce ovvio e mi ha davvero infastidito. Se è successo una volta, ok. Ma tutti i giorni per 3 giorni consecutivi ???! Tutto il resto del personale è a posto, ma penso che manchi la formazione per le pulizie. Ha rovinato tutta la privacy e la fiducia ecc.
Se è solo per la stanza, il concierge ecc. mi piace.
Le pulizie sono terribili e deludenti.

BBuningÈ un po' lontano dal centro di Parigi, ma è appena tollerabile.
I dormitori sono puliti. Non c'era l'aria condizionata, quindi era molto calda e umida, ma sembra essere il caso di tutti gli hotel in Francia.
Al primo piano dell'hotel è presente un bar sportivo (?), rumoroso fino a tarda notte. Inoltre, a causa della posizione, ho sentito dei rumori nella strada di fronte all'hotel.
Personalmente non sono rimasto soddisfatto della doccia. C'è una doccia nel bagno, o meglio un bagno in comune, e l'unica cosa che separa la zona WC dal bagno privato (?) è una tenda leggermente trasparente. Mi dispiace di non avere il vocabolario per esprimermi bene, ma la persona che è venuta in bagno potrebbe vedermi sotto la doccia.
Anche se ho avuto solo lamentele, l'atteggiamento dei dipendenti era molto buono e la camera era pulita. Comoda con letti separati e prese elettriche accanto al letto. Anche i prezzi dei dormitori sono alti a Parigi, ma questo è relativamente ragionevole. Se pensi che valga il prezzo, puoi conviverci.

Tra i lati positivi, una buona posizione in una zona fantastica, personale gentile, un'a**osfera fantastica e molte attività aggiuntive. Tra i punti che potrebbero essere migliorati: non è troppo pulito, la maniglia della porta del bagno era rotta, non era specificato che gli asciugamani erano a pagamento (anche se forse non me ne sono accorto).
Una buona scelta per chi viaggia da solo e un ottimo posto per incontrare nuove persone)

LLauraRacconto la mia esperienza molto francamente in quanto prima di alloggiare in questo hotel ero molto scettica e con l’ansia di non trovarmi bene avendo letto più recensioni negative.
Io a dir la verità non mi sono trovata male, ho fatto una prenotazione per un hotel minimal e non certo un cinque stelle quindi non potevo aspettarmi chissà così, prima di tutto come posizione può andare bene perché ha la metro molto vicina e in 15/20 minuti di metro si arriva a Champs-Elysee , per quanto riguarda invece la pulizia ogni giorno ci sono state cambiate le asciugamano e ci è stata pulita la stanza, il bagno era privato in camera con doccia, chiaramente la stanza non è molto grande , a noi è servito solo per la notte mentre eravamo fuori tutto il giorno e per l’uso che ne abbiamo fatto ci siamo trovate bene! Non abbiamo usufruito del servizio colazione quindi non posso dire com’era. Il personale non parla altre lingue se non il francese, ma con l’aiuto del traduttore si fa capire, non parlano neanche inglese, ogni volta che uscite dovete lasciare la chiave alla reception che è aperta 24 ore su 24. Il lato negativo è che le mura sono molto sottili e si sente chiunque fa chiasso e per questo ci è risultato anche difficile riposare tranquillamente, ma questo credo dipenda più dall’educazione della gente.
La mia esperienza posso dire che è stata ok. Ma non aspettatevi un personale cordiale che vi consigli attrazioni , o che sia totalmente disponibile per voi come in altri hotel, prima di arrivare a Parigi avevo mandato email per chiedere un bollitore in camera e avvisare l’orario di arrivo invece nonostante il check-in si poteva fare dalle 14:30 noi siamo arrivati alle 16 è la stanza non era pronta , abbiamo dovuto attendere circa quindici minuti , però per il resto come pulizia che è la cosa più importante per me può andare bene perché ripeto la nostra stanza è stata pulita tutti i giorni . In camera c’era un armadio , tavolino con sedia, due comodini e tv.
