Our Parisian home away from home! My daughter and I stayed her for a week and I want to tell everyone about it! It is a perfect boutique hotel, very walkable to everywhere we wanted to go and easy access to the metro. The room was nicely appointed and some comfortable. They give you your preferred pillow selection before and it was the best nights sleep. The rooms are quiet, great shower, well stocked mini bar, and great lounge area to sit. The staff was so friendly. We were able to text on what’s app and they were ready with suggestions wherever we were in the city. The restaurant was actually one of my favorite meals in all of Paris. It was so good! The most magical part of the hotel is the wellness area where you get private access to a pool, cold plunge, and sauna. Perfect way to end the day after enjoy the sites of Paris. We will be back!

This was our third stay at this hotel over a period of several years and I posted a very positive review in 2014. Oh, how things have changed here! I begin with the most serious of the offenses and indignities we suffered during our 5-night stay. I was entrapped in the hotel's elevator for a period of 10-15 minutes before the staff registered any response to the emergency alarm bell or my pounding on the elevator door. When a maintenance employee finally arrived, he said that the alarm bell notified the off-premises elevator service company rather than the hotel itself. I knew this was not accurate as I could clearly hear the alarm when I repeatedly pressed it. When I was finally liberated from the elevator and spoke with the on-duty manager, he apologized and said he had been in the ”back office” and had not heard the alarm. The general manager of the hotel also stated that she regretted the ”inconvenience.” I think this event qualified substantially above the level of ”inconvenience” and the manager's proffer of a fractional portion of the substantial Marriott points I had used for my stay was wholly inadequate for the life-threatening emergency that could well have been the case. In addition to this incident, we experienced an appalling indifference and lack of basic service from the staff of the hotel, including (1) absence of a bellman to assist with our bags upon arrival at the hotel by taxi ,(2) failure to deliver an additional luggage rack to the room following request of the bellman, (3) failure of housekeeping staff to make up the room for a period of two hours and after three requests when we inadvertently left the French-language ”do not disturb” sign on our door, (4) failure to respond to three or more requests for towels that had not been left by the housekeeper, and (5) recommendation by the newest and least-experienced junior concierge of an Asian restaurant that displayed a ”closed” sign when we arrived and where no employees spoke English or could provide an English-language menu. (In fact, with regard to the restaurant, the chief concierge told us the next day that she had ”never heard of it.”) We chose this hotel because we had previously had positive experiences, notwithstanding the fact that the rooms are extremely small (even with our upgrade from a ”cubby hole” to a ”shoebox-sized” room). The hotel's common area is beautifully decorated and the rooms are well-appointed despite their size. The problem with this hotel boils down to indifferent management and that is really a shame. It could be so much more!

Trascorre un soggiorno qui è un’esperienza da sogno . Classe , charme , fascino , gentilezza , disponibilità , attenzione , il tutto si mixa per rendere la presenza qui al Paris Vendine a livelli indimenticabili. Il personale sembra uscito da licei svizzeri , gli ambienti sono molto più che puliti e ordinati . Tutto è organizzato per far sentire re anche chi non lo è. Ovviamente tutto ciò ha un costo che va oltre gli standard anche dei più blasonati 5 stelle . Oggi lasciamo lo Hyatt Paris Vendome con profonda tristezza. 110 e lode .

Siamo appena rientrati da Parigi e non avremmo potuto essere più soddisfatti della scelta di questo hotel! Posizione centrale, 10 min a piedi dal Louvre e dall’Opera, vicino al quartiere orientale quindi circondato da tanti ristorantini cool di cucina asiatica. Le camere non sono molto grandi ma molto pulite ed eleganti, diciamo che vanno bene per una formula weekend. Il personale gentilissimo e sempre con il sorriso. Davvero accogliente. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Ecco una lista per cui considero questo hotel il top a Parigi: - la posizione, il quartiere più bello ed elegante, il più centrale per raggiungere ogni parte della città (alle spalle di Place Vendôme); - la struttura bella, elegante, storica: è dove i fratelli Lumière hanno organizzato la prima proiezione cinematografica della storia. Il cinema è nato qui, in questo albergo, proprio nella sala dove si fa colazione al mattino. Non siete emozionati? - la colazione: davvero ottima, tra le migliori degli hotel 5 stelle. Qui una menzione di lode a José un cameriere che nonostante l’enorme quantità di ospiti durante le vacanze di Natale, dopo solo il primo giorno aveva memorizzato tutte le nostre preferenze e mi ha portato dei cookies senza nemmeno che li chiedessi. Veramente bravi ed attenti; - tutto il personale. Credo che grazie alla guida del GM Nicolas Pesty tutto lo staff dia il massimo per far sentire gli ospiti come a casa. Non c’è altro hotel a Parigi dove andrei se non qui.

Molto soddisfatto dell'hotel.La stanza è relativamente grande, la disposizione è ragionevole, molti vestiti sono abbigliati e scarpe, adatto per mettere i vestiti sono particolarmente convenienti.Ogni giorno l'hotel dà tutti i tipi di regali, con un piccolo culo di Macaron, vino rosso, dolci,, l'acqua al vino è gratuita ogni giorno, molto intimo.L'atteggiamento del servizio è buono. Tutti sono educati.La posizione dell'hotel è particolarmente buona, andare in compromesso con la piazza, il Luoyuan Palace, non lontano. L'hotel è circondato da Dio, Shawler, e la grande marca può essere sgombrata.L'unica insoddisfacente è la colazione, l'unica, senza verdure.

excellent location!! very close to louvre museum and those designers shops and metro stations. the security of the community is not bad. friendly and super helpful staff who helped us to call laboratories for our PCR test (as we don’t speak french) and helped us to print the test reports. there are two big jars of water provided at the reception for guests and two complimentary bottled water (one still and one sparkling) each day. free refill of toothpaste, body wash, shampoo. the bad side is that there is no curtain for the shower so the whole bathroom went wet after our shower with the high pressure shower head haha. bathrobe and slippers are also provided. also, the room is quite small for us to accommodate three big luggages and two hand carry luggages. still a good value of money given the location and services!
