Questo hotel si trova in una zona centrale incredibile con molte cose da mangiare e visibilità. La stanza è confortevole e pulita, non c’era un tovagliolo o un kit di rasoio, ma c’era un kit di saldatura, che mi sembrava strano. Oltre a questo, la stanza era perfetta. Il personale era molto amichevole e accogliente, consiglio questo hotel se si cerca un bel soggiorno nel cuore di Parigi.

I travel a LOT and find that boutique hotels in Paris tend to have issues with the quality of rooms & furnishings or spotty service (since they have fewer staff than large 5* hotels). However, this is an exceptional 5* boutique hotel. The rooms are quiet, beautifully appointed and immaculate (service 2x per day). The front desk service is highly attentive and capable. The left bank location is absolutely perfect, walkable to many many restaurants, the metro (1 block), shopping and Musee D'Orsay. Most Americans will find the beds a little firmer than usual and won't favor the espresso in the room. But those are individual preferences. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Pasamos unos días maravillosos en este hotel , las habitaciones de primera , servicio de hotel boutique, inmejorable ubicación. Sumado a esto resaltar que a los días de haber salido recibimos un email de Sophie gerente del hotel alertando de que habíamos dejado un reloj en la caja que al momento no habíamos notado , la verdad no tenemos como agradecerlo porque lo más valioso es que tenía 32 años con nosotros lo cual le daba un valor sentimental adicional. L'Hotel Bel Ami mi ha stupito positivamente! Partendo inizialmente dalla sua posizione, che è veramente ottima, essendo al centro di tutti i più importanti luoghi da visitare oltre ché l'ottima zona in cui risiede: lussuosa e ben servita. La reception ed il concierge a completa disposizione del cliente, sono disponibilissimi e parlano tutte le lingue, rendendo il soggiorno piacevole. Le camere, pur essendo non molto grandi, sono confortevoli, pulitissime e ben climatizzate. Le governanti, inoltre, sono sempre a disposizione e ci hanno lasciato anche due pensierini all'interno della stanza (cioccolato ed acqua). La colazione a Buffet in quantità e di qualità ottima. Alla fine dei conti, ne è valsa assolutamente la pena e consiglio a tutti il Bel Amì! Gianluca Bot.

Il Lutetia è un hotel a dir poco bellissimo. La cura dei dettagli, l'accoglienza, il servizio, la cortesia del personale e le attenzioni personalizzate, rendono il soggiorno a Parigi indimenticabile. La posizione è strategica per visitare la città, vicino all'hotel ci sono moltissimi ristorantini deliziosi oltre alla fermata della metro davanti all'ingresso del Lutetia. La nostra camera era molto comoda per 3 persone (due adulti e una bimba di 11 anni), pulitissima, curata, con cabine armadio e un bagno molto confortevole. Anche il nostro piccolo barboncino è stato benissimo, gli è stato riservato un super trattamento (cuccia morbidissima e due bellissime ciotole). La colazione eccellente, da provare assolutamente, merita!!!! Super consigliato, ci torneremo sicuramente nelle prossime sortite parigine.....

La parte migliore è il nostro balcone con vista sulla chiesa in tutta la strada. Questa visita è stata una speciale che celebra il 16° anniversario di mia figlia, che è stato anche il suo dorato compleanno. Sanjay, il concierge dell’hotel, è la ragione principale per cui il nostro viaggio è stato così meraviglioso. Gli ho scritto in anticipo per posta elettronica e ha potuto creare prenotazioni e tour di ristorante popolari in anticipo alla nostra visita. Questo livello di servizio è incongruo nella mia esperienza e ha fatto molto per alleviare qualsiasi stress possibile legato al coordinamento dei viaggi internazionali. Sanjay era responsabile, gentile, conosciuto e solo una persona meravigliosa. Siamo appena rientrati da Parigi e non avremmo potuto essere più soddisfatti della scelta di questo hotel! Posizione centrale, 10 min a piedi dal Louvre e dall’Opera, vicino al quartiere orientale quindi circondato da tanti ristorantini cool di cucina asiatica. Le camere non sono molto grandi ma molto pulite ed eleganti, diciamo che vanno bene per una formula weekend. Il personale gentilissimo e sempre con il sorriso. Davvero accogliente. Lo consiglio vivamente.

We had the most charming room, one of our favorites during our European trip. The lobby is pretty, almost Victorian in a way, and the breakfast room was beautifully decorated. The staff were so friendly and helpful, kudos to them! We really liked the area, as it was calm, but also walkable to many great landmarks. The room was clean, spacious, and really well decorated. The bathroom was a decent size, the hallways were smaller but clean, and the door was heavy to help with soundproofing. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet during our 3-night stay. It was really delicious and never busy. We did order room service from a restaurant nearby, it was really good and a great way to enjoy a meal without having to go out again after a long day. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Paris!

In generale, ho goduto il mio soggiorno, le camere super belle e piccole in stile francese tradizionale. Charming decor e camere molto funzionali con molte possibilità di stoccaggio. Ho avuto una bella vista sugli alberi e era molto tranquillo durante la notte. La posizione è eccellente, se ti piace la banca sinistra e a 10 minuti a piedi dal Louvre. L'hotel è usato per gli americani e il personale è amichevole, ma non ha alcun contatto personale. Dopo 10 giorni, non si ricordano ancora il mio numero di camera né il mio nome. Non mi sono mai salutato dal mio nome. Il colazione nel seminterrato ha tutti gli elementi essenziali, ma la qualità è mancata. Le uova schiacciate sono riempite una volta e rapidamente essiccate. I mini croissants sono molto secchi, che è vergognoso di essere a Parigi. La pulizia è buona.C'era una tintura sul lato della mia vasca da bagno nella stanza, che era pulita dopo aver dovuto chiederla di fare la custodia.I venti d'aria sopra il letto erano molto polverosi e anche al colazione c'era polvere sulle casse di pietra. Le foto sono allegate, avrei voluto anche un piatto di lana, non solo un cappello di lana, ma non mi piaceva il cappello dove era la cassaforte, e il cappello era così caldo perché era la cassaforte, quindi preferivo non metterci nulla. Questo hotel ha un grande potenziale, se alcune cose sono state migliorate.

Il direttore, Marco Duarte, e Alec, Jessica, Mikayel, Nathan hanno aiutato con le direzioni, i taxi, tutto. La posizione è eccellente per tutti i Paesi Bassi-quasi tutto su liste da vedere è a 18 minuti a piedi e due stazioni di metro vicino. Abbiamo avuto una camera Deluxe con vista sul giardino. Le letti sono eccellenti e grandi piatti in basso. Le camere sono dotate di buoni controlli termostatici, un grande cassetto con un buon spazio di trattori, una tavola e sedie, e calda calda acqua e grandi caffè non tazze espresso.
