衞生和服務都非常滿意，衹是房間有點小，但是考慮到這個地理位置和價格，總體來説也是很滿意的。另外，因為我們是聖誕結期間入住的，所以酒店還貼心地為我們準備了有儀式感的卡片。

We stayed here for 3 days and the rooms were clean, colourful and pleasant. Bottles of water supplied in the rooms, all day pastries, coffee, fruit and water in the lobby, which was a lovely touch. Early check in which was great and we left luggage on the last day. super brand of toiletries supplied in the rooms.
7 minute walk to metro's, Westfields shopping centre (extensive place) was nearby and lots of restaurants. Super location and near The Louvre.
Cons - shower leaked badly and poor lighting in the room.
Super Pro's - the front desk team were very friendly, helpful and kind. Makes a huge difference to your stay - thank you!

Very good central location.
Check-in was very slow and less professional. The staff is nice though.
We've got a cramped, small and dark room with a window against a wall with other windows and we had to have the curtains drawn all the time. Poor lighting in the room.
Poor soundproofing, every step was heard.
Good cleaning, good towels, good beds and pillows.
Perfectly OK if you just want to sleep there and be out during the day.

Very poor experience as there was no air conditioning or fans available. Opening the windows was also not possible because of scaffolding’s around. Horrible experience for the night I had to spend (not slept).
Staff was not able to arrange a fan whilst the aircon was not working

I had read one or two reviews saying it was a squash but thought OK, but the location is ideal. However, the nice receptionist put us (husband & me) in the single room and our friend (solo) in the double room. We only discovered this next morning! So we stayed with it, even though it was difficult to find space to store a suitcase. Our friend's room was furnished with a bent metal chest of drawers - unusable. Also, when I booked, I was not warned that a major overhaul of the heating system is in progress, with bits hanging out of trapdoors and columns in the corridors. The receptionist explained this when we arrived and each room had a heater (more floor space denied!) which fortunately we didn't need. The dinky shower rooms were super and worked well and the ground floor area was delightful and fun. PS My name is not Kathleen.

The location was very convenient and the room was tiny but comfortable. Overall a decent stay but it didn't blow our minds. Very good value.

Had a fantastic time here because of the amazing personal service of Santiago and Louise on the front desk who went out of their way to be helpful. Incredibly convenient location.
