For Paris standard, this hotel is great value for money! I got a room at the top floor and it is very quiet, have air conditioning and a small elevator that stops at the floor below. The room has quite decent size (for Paris) and have most things you need neatly arranged inside. The lobby is very modern and stylish, the staff are friendly especially the lady who greeted me. The location is excellent if you like staying somewhere a bit chill without a lot of shopping and crowds, but have plenty of restaurants and easy metro access (just 1 min walk).

Best location ever in Paris. The hotel is surrounded with so many terrasse. The only problem is that the rooms are very small. Wouldn’t recommend for couples but that’s not new in Paris.

設施就不用説 房間太舊了

酒店位置方便，但是房間超級小了，早餐還行吧。最重要就是旁邊能做核算。。還有樓下旁邊餐廳的牛人漢堡太棒了！

Hotel a tre stelle molto carino, comodissima la posizione proprio di fronte alla fermata della metro Pasteur. Le camera è piccola (come tutte quelle a Parigi) ma c’è tutto ciò che serve, il letto matrimoniale è alla francese ma è molto comodo, altrimenti c’è anche l’opzione con i due letti separati. La zona è tranquilla quindi si dorme molto bene, ma è al tempo stesso ricca di localini, bar e ristoranti. Il bagno è piccolo (ovviamente senza bidet) ma con una bella doccia spaziosa, phon e prodotti per il bagno. La colazione se prenoti dal loro sito ufficiale è gratis (cosa che non fa nessuno) ed è buona. Il personale è molto gentile e la reception è aperta 24 h su 24, cosa a cui io do molta importanza perché se c’è bisogno di qualcosa c’è sempre un punto di riferimento. In camera c’è anche un angolo thè molto carino! All’arrivo la camera era molto pulita, se proprio devo dire una pecca: Durante il soggiorno poi la camera viene pulita abbastanza superficialmente ad esempio io che ho i capelli molto lunghi, rientrati in stanza la sera dopo le pulizie i capelli per terra c’erano ancora, niente di grave perché so che è roba mia, però anche gli asciugamani e lenzuola non vengono mai cambiati durante il soggiorno e i prodotti una volta terminati non vengono rimpiazzati. Lo promuovo perché siamo stati molto bene e ci tornerei!!! Ho chiesto anche una stanza ad un piano alto con il terrazzino e mi hanno accontentato!!! Grazie!!! Tornerò!!!

Abbiamo solo pernottato due notti, senza colazione. Camera piccola ed accogliente, con letti molto comodi. L'ascensore si ferma tra un piano e l'altro, per arrivare alla camera occorre fare qualche gradino con i bagagli, anche se non comodissimo, per noi non è stato un grosso problema. La signora alla reception parla benissimo l'italiano ed è molto disponibile a fornire spiegazioni sugli spostamenti ecc. hotel situato in ottima posizione, vicinissimo alla fermata della metropolitana Pasteur alla boulangerie e vari ristoranti.

Stanza carina, piccola e abbastanza pulita ma poco insonorizzata. Personale gentile ma quando ho avuto bisogno di un taxi non sono stati in grado di chiamarlo pur avendo detto il contrario.

Easily accessible - 1 min walk to Metro station. It takes 15-20 minutes to famous Eiffel Tower by Metro. Restaurants around the hotel are good. The room is little too old. Soundproofing needs to be improved. I can hear baby crying and guests talking from the other room. The shower is semi-open. Water can easily spill onto the floor. The kettle are not clean. I don't use it anyway.

- Found Hotel Avia Saphir Montparnasse a great value and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Check in is easy and hassle free. And the breakfast each morning was just awesome. All you could ever need for an American style breakfast or a "continental breakfast.” And the Pasteur Métro is less than a 1 minute walk from the front door of the hotel. Pasteur has two very convenient lines. Line 6 and Line 12. Also shopping about a five minute walk. A big Monoprix just across from Gare Montparnasse. Other small shopping options much closer. And the stop for a RATP bus line is steps from the front door. Now the rooms are not huge. But you are in Paris to see and do things. Not spend time at a hotel. Also a small mini fridge in each room and a coffe maker and coffee and tea. So if you want to shop for food at Monoprix you're all set. Not a fancy neighborhood, more of a working class area and I did not feel unsafe here at all. So I would not hesitate to stay here again.

room was clean, no noise from the street, so close to metro. Perfect. Will come back for sure!

They gave me the least desirable room with least desirable view on 1st floor under my windows there was street excavation going on with no consideration to my complaint and I requested to change room they said there is no availability.

I stayed here for 2 nights and felt very comfortable during my stay. The price is very good value - the 24 hour concierge was always very friendly and helpful. They let me store my luggage for a few hours before check in. There is an elevator which was good and the restaurant next to it on the corner is really good and open til very late. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe in this area as it was mostly families, or workers - always people around having meals in the restaurants.
