These clowns do short term luggage storage as a side gig through stasher dot com, which charges reservations up front, but they don't honor their contract, and are major a**holes about it (the hotel owner/manager acts as though giving them 50euro for a couple of hours of bag storage - pre paid/prereserved - is some kind of imposition and you're wrong to even think that such a thing would be an acceptable ("we can't possibly fit that many... They're too big" - 7 bags, again-pre- reserved 7 of 19 available spaces, and all are medium rolling suitcases, none oversized) . Avoid them (and stasher too, who gives you a hard time about refunds and refuse an email confirmation that they processed a refund at all while they sit on your money.) Can't even imagine how bad an experience actually staying here would be if that's how they treat a prepaid piece of luggage for a few hour stay
