Потрясающе стильный отель, достаточно уютный и камерный… неплохие завтраки, но кроусаны для Парижа слабоваты(((маленькие и суховатые…весьма чисто,но в красивой стеклянной ванной была пыль на шкафу, причем явно месячный слой((( а так…. Пожалуй один из лучших отелей по соотношению цена/ качество

Tutto super top Location, Servizi, Stanza, Ospitalità. I ristoranti poi ottima scelta. Ci tornerei di su to. Lusso ma ti fanno sentire come a casa, esperienza che io e la mia famiglia non dimenticheremo facilmente. Zona ideale per raggiungere molte attrazioni e comunque silenziosa

Ottima pulizia delle stanze, ottimo servizio in camera attivo h24. Voglio ringraziare in particolare il mio personal trainer che la mattina di Natale mi ha seguito in palestra con tanta professionalità e gentilezza. Che dire tutto perfetto ci torneremo sicurante.

Poco da dire, hotel più in voga di Parigi (troverete tantissimi VIP), servizi e livello tipico dei migliori 5 stelle. Piscina, SPA e palestra straordinarie. La colazione tra le migliori mai viste Location perfetta: metro vicinissima, arco di Trionfo e Champs Elysee a due passi

This hotel was a very interesting hotel. Very different from all the other raffles that I've been to. I've had the pleasure of staying at the original raffles in Singapore, as well as the raffles in Istanbul and recently at the KSA Raffles. This one was very different. More in tune with a Parisian style I suppose. Location of the hotel is close to Arc de Triumph and the Champs. Very central. We booked these rooms via a virtuoso agent. We were able to get room upgrades for both rooms. We had a suite connected to a room. This was enough room for 5 people. (4 adults and a 16 yo) There was plenty of room. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were huge. This is where the style got in the way. By that i mean the decor of the hotel. Extreme art deco. The room was way too cluttered with furniture. With a rollaway it becomes difficult to walk even with having so much room .. the bath rooms were very pretty but not very functional. They sacrificed functionality for style. Other than that I have no complaints. The rooms are immaculate and well maintained. Housekeeping was very efficient and thorough. The concierge staff was very helpful. We got several excellent restaurant recommendations through them. Ive had previous experiences with other concierges where I've gotten mid recommendations. These were all fire. The concierge was located in a little gift shop where they sell some great perfumes. The breakfast was excellent. Great spread. What I really appreciated was that they allow you to order room service for breakfast until noon. And both breakfasts are included in the virtuoso rates. This is not the case at other hotels like the mandarin Oriental where u have to eat in the restaurant. When we are on vacation and jet lagged we don't always like to wake up with an alarm so we can rush down stairs so we don't miss the breakfast deadline. The front desk was efficient.. it's been my experience at other virtuoso hotels that sometimes,they don't remember to not charge u for breakfast or they don't add the food and beverage credit. At this hotel, I had no complaints. Overall a great experience.

I had never stayed at this property before - typically the Park Hyatt, Crillon or Plaza Athenee for me. I absolutely loved this property. Room was spacious and well appointed, the staff was great and i love that this hotel has a Matsuhisa in it - i always crave sushi whenever I travel and this one is one of the best. I will absolutely be back for sure. Really just loved everything about it.
