Nel complesso un piccolo hotel molto carino, non molto costoso. Personale molto cordiale. Piccolo hotel, quindi relativamente calmo. Camera di dimensioni moderate, tavoli un po 'piccoli ma abbastanza buoni con tutto il necessario. Nel complesso molto pulito e nessun rumore. Anche la colazione è buona. Ho soggiornato (e pagato) per 2 giorni in quella che considerano una junior suite nel mese di maggio 2021. Signori, una suite, nell'hotelerie, è composta da 2 ambienti distinti, non di certo la mia. Prima di partire ho chiesto via mail una camera silenziosa, mi hanno risposto gentilmente che avrebbero soddisfatto la mia richiesta. Al mio arrivo scopro che la camera è sulla strada principale, di fronte allo stadio del rugby e la prima notte (ma anche la seconda) alle 3 del mattino, vengo svegliato, per circa 2 ore, da un camion frigo che stava scaricando merce per l'hotel, proprio sotto la stanza. Grazie. Capitolo 5 stelle. Far pagare per le 5 stelle, ma il ristorante, la piscina, il bar, la palestra (ecc. ecc) sono chiusi causa covid, è una schifezza. 407,50 Euro a notte, solo ed esclusivamente per la camera (e le 2 bottiglie di acqua nel frigobar) sono un'eresia. Il servizio in camera è limitatissimo, 6 appetizer, 6 secondi e 6 dessert. Se uno ha gusti limitati, praticamente mangia sempre lo stesso e spende cifre esagerate. Un piatto di pasta, 23 Euro, una bistecca di vitello 42 Euro, un dessert 15 euro....spendi un'esagerazione e nel mio caso mangi sempre lo stesso per 2 giorni. Colazione, 37 Euro, chiedo pane integrale, mi arriva pane bianco, salmone vecchio (e affogato nell'olio) e sempre le stesse cose. La pulizia? ridicola, sotto il letto sembrava il deserto del Sahara talmente era tanta la polvere. Bocciato e non consigliato.

Durante il mese di settembre abbiamo trascorso 3 notti qui in gruppo di 6 (3 camere) e l'hotel è stato fantastico, molto pulito e moderno, accogliente personale e bellissimo colazione. Credo che sia stato recentemente rinnovato, poiché le camere non erano affatto date come indicato nelle precedenti recensioni, e la nostra camera del terzo piano aveva anche una vista sulla torre Eiffel. Proprio intorno alla stazione ferroviaria e alle negozi locali, oltre ad un eccellente ristorante italiano raccomandato dal personale dell'hotel. L'unico problema è stato che dovremmo chiedere di più articoli per colazione ogni giorno, ma credo che questo sia preferibile a un sacco di spreco/pane secco. Sicuramente consiglierei se non si sente a fare un corto treno fuori dal centro della città.

This is a hotel in a residential area of Paris about half an hour walk from the Eiffel Tower. This is a good part of town to find grocers open late and banks with ATM's (surprisingly not so easy to find in Central Paris). I was only there one night so I didn't try to use the metro but I don't think there was a station very close to the hotel. Ubers were easy to get. The hotel ticks off the things you expect: my penthouse suite 600 was a beautifully decorated suite where everything was easy to use and worked well. There was a large terrace with a jacuzzi and a great view of the Eiffel Tower. There were some lemon financiers on arrival; i figured they might have put a few more treats out there considering what they charged for the room, but there was a bottle of perfume and some chocolates to take home at departure. You could walk down the hall to a stairway to reach the roof which had chickens and furniture and more rooftop views. There is a pool, large gym and restaurant. What more could you want? Well, actually it was the vibe and the people that made me give this place a review one cut below excellent. Not that people weren't friendly, but for a Western tourist from the USA, this is a place with a distinctly North African Arab feeling and few of the people here spoke English. You have these burly security guards around, the gym looks pretty tough and when you ask for stuff such as a piece of gym equipment, people don't understand what you are asking for. For instance, I asked two managers for a foam roller in the gym (and demonstrated what they were), and they said they didn't have any. Later I found a closet with 10 of them inside. In the restaurant, if you don't get up and ask for a person to take or bring your order, you might sit there a long while. I had to beg several times to get my breakfast before running out to the airport. The food was pretty good, by the way. The gym is open till 11 and the pool is open 24/7. There is a bathing suit spinner. The pool is an excellent heated lap pool and there are items such as flippers around. The elevators are a bit slow and that was bothersome. There are no real attractions nearby for a tourist to visit so this is not an ideal location for a tourist. I stayed here because i thought it would be cool to have a rooftop terrace for a night in Paris overlooking the Eiffel. I also liked having a hotel with a great health club. But I'd rather have more Western-looking tourists like myself around me at a hotel with staff that spoke English (aside from the receptionist and hotel operator), and I just didn't feel all that comfortable at this place. If you want to be in a place where you feel that you are in Paris and not in a tourist hotel, this hotel is great. But I”m not a local and don't really want to mix with them when I'm just passing through. It's really a matter of taste. Le strutture dell'hotel sono molto nuove e la maggior parte della loro manutenzione è buona.Il servizio è molto buono, la maggior parte del personale della reception è relativamente amichevole e buona atteggiamento.La varietà di colazione è generalmente, ma è relativamente delicata, ogni tipo di pasta è confezionata separatamente.Rispetto alla camera è molto grande, la piccola struttura della suite, due televisori. Se si sceglie di vivere vicino a Majoor e Kempy, qui è la prima scelta del rapporto prezzo, la stanza e il servizio sono tre minuti di distanza.
