C'era un piccolo bell'uomo che era il servizio sulla terrazza, ma... questo è stato completamente dimenticato dopo il fantastico servizio che abbiamo ricevuto Jean-Baptiste e la sua squadra. Il mio partner è stato inseguito in ospedale il giorno finale del nostro viaggio e il servizio che abbiamo ricevuto è stato assolutamente incredibile. Hanno superato e superato a tutti i livelli. Ho soggiornato nei migliori hotel del mondo e non ho avuto il servizio a questo livello. Ho anche ricevuto un pasto da portare al mio partner in ospedale. Il nostro 6 anni ha perso il suo orso di tesoro che si è finito in lavanderia e il responsabile della casa ha cercato alto e basso e l'ha trovato. Hanno fatto un giorno estremamente difficile molto meglio. Si raccomanda molto.

The room was so comfortable, such a great space to return to after a busy day in museums. The shower worked well and was a great way to wake up. The bath tub deep enough to soak. The room worked well for my daughter and myself. We enjoyed the ”American Breakfast” every morning. The serving staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast carried us through the day, which helped us enjoy our museum visits to the fullest. The concierge team was excellent. They assisted us with restaurant reservations, walking directions, and supplied endless taxis. The only thing that I would change is the drawer space. My daughter and I could have used several more drawers as we wanted to unpack completely. A small chest would have been much more welcomed at the end of our bed, rather than the table under the television. This was my first time staying on the Left Bank. I don't know when I will return to Paris next, but Le Narcisse Blanc will definitely be my choice. (Previously I have stayed at the Park Hyatt, Sofitel Le Faubourg, and Le Meurice.) I loved the understated elegance, the kindness of the staff, and the perfect location.

Essere accolti con la frase “siamo in una fase di lancio, sperimentale”, può essere un’arma a doppio taglio. Da una parte invita l’ospite a segnalare eventuali cose che non vanno, d’altra è un modo per mettere le mani avanti. D’altra parte qualcosa da migliorare c’è. Come il sistema per segnalare il “non disturbare”. Noi lo abbiamo dimenticato acceso e al rientro in serata la camera non era ancora rifatta. Al netto di qualche piccola cosa da mettere a punto, questo hotel della catena Meliá offre una colazione ricca e molto variegata, difetta del tutto di una hall e di zone comuni, dispone di camere confortevoli (letti enormi e molto comodi) e un personale ancora da rodare. Considerando quello che costa, si può ancora migliorare. Logisticamente comodo, a 7-8 minuti a piedi dagli Champs Elyses, a 5 minuti dalla tour Eiffel e a un minuto fa una fermata della metro. Probabilmente non ci tornerei a breve, ma solo per dare modo a tutti i meccanismi di essere oleati alla perfezione.

Ottimo albergo al limite delle 5 stelle, per questo prezzo daltronde a parigi forse non si può trovare di meglio, le stanze sono spaziose e dotate di ogni comfort, colazione anche se in camera buona ed abbondante carente però per chi ama la coalzione salata, il pregio migliore è sicuramente la posizione a 50 metri dalla piazza trocadero e abbastabza vicino alla toure eiffel.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 notti con la mia famiglia (due adulti e due bimbi) e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Camera spaziosa (un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto) 3° piano, affaccio sulla via principale ma insonorizzata. Minifrigo, cassaforte, bollitore, tisane, bagno pulito. Avevamo scelto la formula con colazione e devo dire tutto buonissimo e vasta scelta (sia dolce che salato). Possibilità al piano di riempire le bottigliette con acqua naturale e/o gasata. Personale disponibile e sempre molto gentile. Meraviglioso il bar al 7 piano con terrazza vista torre Eiffel. Zona con diversi locali e servita dalla metro 12 e diversi bus. Sicuramente ottimo punto di partenza e da consigliare.

Prenotato a Febbraio 2022 un pacchetto di 4 notti con parcheggio incluso, arrivati in albergo ci è stato comunicato che non avevano il parcheggio. Contattato il portale di acquisto del pacchetto si sono scusati e ci hanno confermato che si sarebbero presi carico della spesa del parcheggio privato (Indigo) in cui avremmo messo l'autovettura. Purtroppo le sorprese non si sono limitate al parcheggio. Avevamo prenotato una Prestige Triple room (tre letti, grande) , ci hanno dato una Prestige Room (doppia, piccola per 3 persone) a cui hanno aggiunto una branda. Sul loro sito è chiaramente indicato che la Prestige Room (Doppia) è per massimo 2 persone, e non 3. Ci siamo lamentati ma il Signore alla Reception insisteva col dire che ci aveva dato una Prestige tripla. Abbiamo di nuovo chiamato il portale da cui avevamo comprato il pacchetto e spiegato la situazione e loro ci hanno assicurato che avrebbero chiamato la proprietà per farci cambiare la camera. L'addetto alla Reception ci ha detto che non poteva cambiarci la camera perchè l'albergo era FULLY BOOKED e che il giorno dopo avrebbe visto se c'era una camera più grande disponibile. Dopo tanta insistenza e rimostranze sul cambio della stanza, magicamente si è resa disponibile una PRESTIGE TRIPLE ROOM come da noi regolarmente prenotata e pagata in anticipo a tariffa non rimborsabile. Dopo il cambio della camera, il Receptionist ci ha fatto notare che questo cambio gli avrebbe comportato dei problemi con la famiglia in arrivo il giorno dopo che aveva prenotato una PRESTIGE Triple come avevamo prenotato noi... Morale: Hotel carino, ben posizionato ma poco affidabile sulla gestione delle camere prenotate.

Molto bel hotel a circa 3 isolati dall'Arc de Triomphe. Ci siamo camminati a tutto. Molto pulito e sembra essere stato recentemente ristrutturato con bagni moderni e elettronica. Il ristorante era solo un po' minimalista. E la nostra esperienza di acquistare auto, eccetera, era così. Tuttavia, lo sceglierebbe di nuovo come una proprietà ragionevolmente prezzita (per Parigi!) 5-star.

2023. 9. 20 ~ 9.21 ~ Superior 3 camere da letto per 2 notti, la nostra famiglia coreana di 5 ha avuto un buon soggiorno. Sapevo quanto fosse felice di sdraiarsi sul divano della sala da soggiorno e guardare di fronte ai miei occhi e vedere la famosa Torre Eiffel in un occhio. E dormire in un appartamento lussuoso, costruito 100 anni fa nel XIX secolo, dal XXI secolo, è stato davvero un'impressione come il cinema. .^^ La posizione è fantastica vicino a Metro/RER (5 minuti a piedi), negozi di pasticceria e liquori (2 minuti a piedi). La vista della Torre Eiffel è incredibile. E' su una strada tranquilla. Le camere sono spaziose e molto pulite. Avendo un frigorifero, lavatrice/siccato, caffè e tazza di tè ci hanno risparmiato un sacco di soldi. Il letto e le lenzuola sono di alta qualità. Le persone del desk front sono molto amichevole e utile.

From CDG Airport we purchased tickets for the Navigo easy pass (suitable for the metro) and tickets for the RER b. We took the airport shuttle bus then the RER b and two métros and got out at the metro stop called École militaire which is very close to the Hotel (If you know where you are going) we asked several people and we got there in the end!!!! I think I would advise instead getting the airport bus to Opéra and then the métro from there to école militaire as this is easier If using public transport. Anyway the obvious positive about this hotel is it's close location to the Eiffel tower. It is literally within walking distance! If shopping is your thing take the metro à few stops to Commerce(I think the direction of the metro is Balard) and you have Sephora and some lovely clothes shops here. If you take the metro the other direction (i think Créteil is the direction)you will be in more central Paris. We took the Tootbus sightseeing bus from here and saw lovely views of the city. Back to my review of the hotel itself now. The room was compact but has everything you would need for a pleasant stay. Toiletries, Shower, hairdryer, tv, tea coffee making facilités etc... breakfast was delicious and plenty of things to choose from including chocolate croissants, pancakes, eggs,toast,french bread yoghurts etc. It would be nice If there was some fruit too to choose from. Other than that I can't complain. The coffee machine was broken both days we were there but the lady there made lovely coffee in a pot. Soo nice!!! So now the négatives the first night I woke at 3am and heard a beeping noise. I was concerned and so I contacted the night porter. He said it was normal. However It was not noising the next night so I don't know what it was. The room I found could get very hot( our visit was mid April and it was very hot in the room) there are windows to an Inner courtyard but I would not leave them open all night like I do at home. There was air conditioning in the room also if you find it gets too hot. After checkout at 11am we asked the man at réception If we could store our bags there for a little while as we had an evening flight. Luckily we were allowed to store our bags there after checkout which gave us à chance to explore à little bit more and buy any last souvenirs for friends (there are lots of souvenir shops nearby by the way).

I am still in my stay at this hotel and it’s one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. I was concerned a bit by reviews on room size and the air conditioning but upon arrival my mind was eased. Are the rooms small? Yes, welcome to Paris! But it is functional and so so clean! It’s also very comfortable. 3 of us shared a room and we did fine and all slept great! A wonderful home to come to after long days of sightseeing. The air conditioner worked great and we also enjoyed having the windows open which faced a block of other flats and we could hear and sounds and even cooking smells of their lives. An authentic experience. The bathroom is small but I really liked the layout and also experienced no problems. The shower felt luxurious. The staff was wonderful and again they were always cleaning. This hotel was spotless!!! They have a wonderful breakfast room with a large variety of anything you’d expect to have at Parisian breakfast. The location is prime. I will stay here again someday.

This was my 5th visit and I will book there again, I love the area, love the view from my room. like the sleep quality, The shower room is more than adequate bearing in mind that this is not a luxury hotel. E dormire in un appartamento lussuoso, costruito 100 anni fa nel XIX secolo, dal XXI secolo, è stato davvero un'impressione come il cinema. .^^ La posizione è fantastica vicino a Metro/RER (5 minuti a piedi), negozi di pasticceria e liquori (2 minuti a piedi). La vista della Torre Eiffel è incredibile. E' su una strada tranquilla. Le camere sono spaziose e molto pulite. Avendo un frigorifero, lavatrice/siccato, caffè e tazza di tè ci hanno risparmiato un sacco di soldi. Il letto e le lenzuola sono di alta qualità. Le persone del desk front sono molto amichevole e utile.

C'è un forte odore di profumo nella hall e nella stanza, e il bagno odora di tubature dell'acqua, il che è un po' puzzolente. Tuttavia, l'hotel è in una buona posizione.
