We traveled with our teen daughter recently to Paris and stayed for a week to introduce her to one of our favorite European destinations. The most memorable has got to be the service! From the doorman, front desk staff, concierge team to breakfast room staff... we couldn't say enough great things about how friendly and helpful they all are. We were always greeted with a great smile and ”how can I help you today” attitude. During the planning stage, I corresponded with the concierge team about ticket reservations and some planning tips. They were always very responsive within 1~2 days and also had good insights into what worked best for our schedule. Throughout out stay, the concierge staff also helped with last minute changes and helped communicate with restaurants or boutiques for any adjustments or questions. They made it so easy for us to just enjoy the vacation with minimal stress. We had a minor issue with our room due to weather and the front desk team jumped quickly to find alternative solution for us and was also very apologetic throughout the process. They continued to check up and to make sure that things were made right in the end and we appreciated how concerned they were that our holiday was not soured in any way. Lastly, the property is just the right size and in the right location that we're not overwhelmed by crowds when we ”returned home” after a long day of Parisian adventures. The central location also allowed us to hop over to the right bank or to the closest metro stations to venture out. Nothing was every too far to walk, at least for us. We've been so spoiled by this location, property and staff that we will be back again for sure!

La posizione è buona, le strutture sono moderne ed è un hotel a 5 stelle, ma il prezzo è caro rispetto al servizio. Le dimensioni della camera sono ok, ma ci sono dei lavori proprio accanto e, come previsto, il personale è stupido. Mi hanno detto di inviare un'e-mail il giorno prima, quindi l'ho inviata. Non hanno nemmeno controllato l'e-mail e hanno mentito dicendo di non averla ricevuta.Ho chiesto una macchina per bollire l'acqua, ma non è arrivata per più di 30 minuti. Più tardi porta una tazza di caffè. L'ho riportato indietro un'ora dopo, ma era così sporco che non potevo usarlo. Il personale delle pulizie è entrato nella stanza e ha utilizzato il telefono nella stanza. Comportamento insolito. Il frutto di benvenuto è marcio.

Hotel Madison è un magnifico hotel boutique in una posizione conveniente.Abbiamo trovato la nostra camera comoda e deliziosa decorata. La parte migliore è il nostro balcone con vista sulla chiesa in tutta la strada. Questa visita è stata una speciale che celebra il 16° anniversario di mia figlia, che è stato anche il suo dorato compleanno. Sanjay, il concierge dell’hotel, è la ragione principale per cui il nostro viaggio è stato così meraviglioso. Gli ho scritto in anticipo per posta elettronica e ha potuto creare prenotazioni e tour di ristorante popolari in anticipo alla nostra visita. Questo livello di servizio è incongruo nella mia esperienza e ha fatto molto per alleviare qualsiasi stress possibile legato al coordinamento dei viaggi internazionali. Sanjay era responsabile, gentile, conosciuto e solo una persona meravigliosa. Ci aspettiamo già la prossima visita e saremo sicuri di riferire Hotel Madison e Sanjay a tutti i nostri amici e familiari.

Siamo appena rientrati da Parigi e non avremmo potuto essere più soddisfatti della scelta di questo hotel! Posizione centrale, 10 min a piedi dal Louvre e dall’Opera, vicino al quartiere orientale quindi circondato da tanti ristorantini cool di cucina asiatica. Le camere non sono molto grandi ma molto pulite ed eleganti, diciamo che vanno bene per una formula weekend. Il personale gentilissimo e sempre con il sorriso. Davvero accogliente. Lo consiglio vivamente.

The whole experience was superb. Everything was perfect. The location, the room was veryyy big, everything was very clean and tidy. The location is central, you can go on foot to Lafayette or take the metro which is literally outside the hotel. MUST: Go for breakfast or late night desert at La creme which is on the right side of the hotel!!! Dont take hotel breakfast you will not need it!

Ecco una lista per cui considero questo hotel il top a Parigi: - la posizione, il quartiere più bello ed elegante, il più centrale per raggiungere ogni parte della città (alle spalle di Place Vendôme); - la struttura bella, elegante, storica: è dove i fratelli Lumière hanno organizzato la prima proiezione cinematografica della storia. Il cinema è nato qui, in questo albergo, proprio nella sala dove si fa colazione al mattino. Non siete emozionati? - la colazione: davvero ottima, tra le migliori degli hotel 5 stelle. Qui una menzione di lode a José un cameriere che nonostante l’enorme quantità di ospiti durante le vacanze di Natale, dopo solo il primo giorno aveva memorizzato tutte le nostre preferenze e mi ha portato dei cookies senza nemmeno che li chiedessi. Veramente bravi ed attenti; - tutto il personale. Credo che grazie alla guida del GM Nicolas Pesty tutto lo staff dia il massimo per far sentire gli ospiti come a casa. Non c’è altro hotel a Parigi dove andrei se non qui.

Io e la mia famiglia sono in camera di tre persone, e la stanza è grande, dotata di attrezzature, molto pulita e comoda!Anche se la difesa fuori dalla finestra è stata soffiata dal vento a un suono di colpo e un suono molto orribile quella notte, non possiamo dormire! Quindi ho chiamato il servizio clienti di stanza circa le 2:30 di mattina, il personale ha detto che non è riuscito a cambiare la stanza, ma cerca di organizzarlo di nuovo domani! Ma  Poiché il suono è troppo forte per dormire, chiama il servizio clienti.  Il personale è appena arrivato al nostro servizio e ha scoperto che la comunicazione protettiva fuori dalla finestra  è danneggiata, che porta a un suono di abbattimento quando viene soffiato dal vento, quindi mi ha aiutato a lavorare immediatamente. Così possiamo dormire tranquillamente! Ha un comportamento molto professionale, mentre  Ha un senso educato e molto comprensivo della situazione in cui non possiamo dormire!Siamo molto grati e grati!

Camere piccole (nella media di Parigi) ma accoglienti e con un letto di dimensioni ”regolamentari” estremamente confortevole. Personale gentilissimo, cordiale, disponibile. Simona (siciliana trasferita a Parigi) ti accoglie con un sorriso ed un ottimo caffè espresso. Purtroppo, a causa di un improvviso sciopero siamo stati costretti a rientrare con un giorno di anticipo e in reception si sono prodigati offrendoci un buono pari all'importo della notte di cui non abbiamo potuto usufruire. Veramente da tornarci, a prescindere dal buono ricevuto!

The staff patiently indulged me as I attempted some conversational French. Despite my limited, emerging capacity for their native language, they were helpful and encouraging. After mistakenly saying (in French) that ”I am looking for it” when I could only have meant ”I have found it,” I am happy not to have been ridiculed, but to have been surrounded by supportive people. I found the French people--from servers in restaurants and people on the streets to staffers in museums and shops--to be accepting and kind. The hotel staff reflect the wonderful people of France. Thank you, Hotel Prince de Conti staff.

Location, Location, Location. If you are trying to see Paris in four days (impossible) and on a budget, this is a wise choice. This hotel is a century old in a building built in 1562 so the rooms are odd shapes and some bathrooms are complete but shoehorned in. Definitely not handicapped accessible and the three person elevator is tight. If your image of a hotel room is a double at the Hilton, you will not be happy. Arrived late at night and the streets looked horrible. Next morning, found out that one block in each direction were fancy shops and college gathering places. Clean, acceptable breakfast, staff pleasant, rooms a bit too warm (just open a window a bit). Location - walk to Louvre, Notre Dame, walk along the Seine, catch the C train across the Seine to Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Versailles, etc. A three star hotel worth the money.

Questo è un ottimo hotel. I servizi forniti alla reception e alla custodia erano eccellenti. l'ascensore è molto carino. Anche se la camera è piccola, è mantenuta molto bene e molto pulita. La posizione è convenientemente situata vicino al museo del Louvre E nei pressi di un bel ristorante. abbiamo ordinato il colazione per una persona, la parte era abbastanza condivisa da due persone. Se avete la possibilità di visitare di nuovo Parigi, continuerò a considerare l'hotel Relais du Louvre.

Un hotel vicino alla stazione! L'accesso è molto buono in quanto c'è l'ingresso della stazione proprio di fronte all'hotel. È un po' rumoroso, ma fa caldo e il letto è morbido, così mi sono addormentato. Le camere sono un po' vecchie, ma i bagni sono molto puliti in quanto sono stati rinnovati di recente. Contrariamente alle miniature, le lenzuola sono molto pulite, quindi non esitate. L'unico inconveniente è che l'ascensore è troppo piccolo per salire con una valigia grande? La TV è un po' piccola, ma è stato bello poter guardare YouTube perché era una Smart TV Samsung.
