We stayed here for our honeymoon and it absolutely did not disappoint. This is hands down the coolest hotel in Paris. If you want to try something different than the traditional parisian vibe hotel, this is a must. The staff are very nice and accommodating and the decor is beautiful. I have never stayed in such a luxury hotel room. To start, we had a big plate of fresh fruit waiting for us in the room. They have a beautiful library, an amazing bar and snacks to choose from, and a record player that connects to speakers throughout the room, including the shower (which was the biggest one I've ever seen). The bathroom floors are heated and the toilet seat is automatic and heated as well. The signature Sinner shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were a great touch and smelled so good we took them home. The maid service left something different every day they cleaned, from eye patches to full size chocolate bars. We are sad we didn't check out the spa until the last night we were there because we would have spent a lot more time there, it is truly amazing. The only thing I would say is that the lighting can be confusing at first but we learned it quickly. I already can't wait to come back and stay here every time we come to Paris!

Bell’hotel, situato in un’ottima posizione per visitare il centro di Parigi. La metro è a pochi passi e da lì si può raggiungere qualsiasi meta in poco tempo. Noi siamo sempre partiti a piedi e abbiamo raggiunto tutti i punti più famosi senza grossi problemi. Le stanze belle, anche se la nostra emanava uno sgradevole odore, ma per il resto era pulita e ben tenuta. Fantastica la colazione. La sera, la piazza antistante è un po’ degradata, ma noi non abbiamo mai avuto problemi. Parigi è una città meravigliosa.

Il problema è che abbiamo una figlia di quattro anni con la ricetta per noi di sistemare una stanza di nuovo, perché siamo tre persone e non possiamo vivere in una stanza di due persone. Spieghiamo per molto tempo che la figlia e noi dormono 1.8, cioè non concordiamo, Più tardi, attraverso amici, ho imparato la Francia a prenotare una stanza per persona, e i bambini sono anche uno, e fatevi svegli! Non capisco quando ho prenotato. Trip.com ha scritto che i bambini potevano stare. A mezzanotte, a 23:00 Trip.com era molto responsabile. Mi ha aiutato a risolvere e a far fronte a tutti i costi aggiuntivi. Il potere di una grande marca, e dopo la vendita è meglio di **!

Hotel situato in una posizione strategica a 2 minuti a piedi dalla Gare de Lyon da dove si possono prendere un sacco di mezzi per poi spostarsi. A piedi se uno ha voglia di camminare si arriva in mezz'ora a Notre Dame, Hotel de Ville, ecc....Camere piccole ma pulite, noi eravamo in 3 (2 adulti ed un bimbo di 9 anni) e le abbiamo utilizzate solo per dormire quando tornavamo la sera. Bagno comodo e doccia spaziosa e cambio degli asciugamani giornaliero. Colazione variegata sia dolce che salata e decisamente buona ed il personale veramente cordiale e gentile. Inoltre in zona si possono trovare ristoranti di tutti i tipi (etnici, francesi, bar, fast food, ecc.....). Lo utilizzerò sicuramente per un altro viaggio a Parigi.

Hotel Madison è un magnifico hotel boutique in una posizione conveniente.Abbiamo trovato la nostra camera comoda e deliziosa decorata. La parte migliore è il nostro balcone con vista sulla chiesa in tutta la strada. Questa visita è stata una speciale che celebra il 16° anniversario di mia figlia, che è stato anche il suo dorato compleanno. Sanjay, il concierge dell’hotel, è la ragione principale per cui il nostro viaggio è stato così meraviglioso. Gli ho scritto in anticipo per posta elettronica e ha potuto creare prenotazioni e tour di ristorante popolari in anticipo alla nostra visita. Questo livello di servizio è incongruo nella mia esperienza e ha fatto molto per alleviare qualsiasi stress possibile legato al coordinamento dei viaggi internazionali. Sanjay era responsabile, gentile, conosciuto e solo una persona meravigliosa. Ci aspettiamo già la prossima visita e saremo sicuri di riferire Hotel Madison e Sanjay a tutti i nostri amici e familiari.

The whole experience was superb. Everything was perfect. The location, the room was veryyy big, everything was very clean and tidy. The location is central, you can go on foot to Lafayette or take the metro which is literally outside the hotel. MUST: Go for breakfast or late night desert at La creme which is on the right side of the hotel!!! Dont take hotel breakfast you will not need it!

Un hotel situato in un'ottima posizione, comoda e centrale, all'interno del quartiere Marais, carino, elegante, tranquillo. L'accoglienza è stata cortese. Le stanze sono carine, ma molto piccole e sacrificate. Il bagno della mia stanza, all'ultimo piano, era privo di finestra e, scusate ma devo scriverlo, una volta seduti sul water era impossibile tenere la porta chiusa: troppo piccolo per una persona di media altezza...non ci stavano le gambe! Il letto era comodo. Peccato non ci fosse l'aria condizionata ma solo un ventilatore. La colazione non mi è piaciuta affatto. Poca scelta e con cibo di scarsa qualità. Croissant accettabili. L'acqua bisognava richiederla, il latte era centellinato. Le marmellate di discount e il caffè della macchinetta. Peraltro, su 4 giorni, uno è mancata la corrente e niente caffè, ma solo acqua calda per il the, su richiesta alla antipaticissima cameriera (scortese, scontrosa, sembrava che ci stesse facendo un favore) , un altro giorno la macchina era semplicemente rotta. Nessuno che si sia degnato di dire alcunchè nè, per esempio, che ci abbia fornito un voucher per andare da qualche altra parte a fare colazione, che costa 12€ a testa. Peraltro i tavolini erano pochi e più volte abbiamo dovuto aspettare in piedi il turno per sederci. A tavolini sporchi che, con mala grazia, sono stati ”spazzati” con uno strofinaccio levando semplicemente le briciole dei precedenti clienti. Mi spiace, questo hotel ha potenzialità, non costa affatto poco e si spaccia per elegante e raffinato. Beh, non lo è.

Avoid this hotel at any cost! Made a reservation for my 4 nights trip via **********, a double standard room via bookings and whilst upon arriving the front desk staff hade a not so welcoming attitude. Got my room key, paid the taxes and went upstairs. It was the worst I’ve ever seen. The room they provided me with should not be called a room, it was their single standard room. Tiniest you can imagine and a modular wc/shower/basin module in 3 parts located in the hallway. A 140 bed which was the biggest area in the room and that area only fitted the bed. A window with a wall just infront of half the window, and not a view of anything more than the that part of the wall and the building infront. No air ventilation and they could not provide a fan. Went downstairs to inform them about the reservation and the rude staff said that i’ve booked the room they gave me the single standard, show. Despite the confirmation he insisted that i had the right room and that the images was only for marketing. Which is misleading. They said i could pay extra for an upgrade. Went down to ask bout the upgrade and to see the other room, which was the room ive booked. Went down to confirm that ill take that room for 13 euros extra per night, then the other night shift agent tried to make a deal by saying; i like you and give you the room for 20 dollars instead of 30euros per night! So they tried to get more money out for me for a room id already paid for. Had it there, called ********** who didnt help me what so ever despite they could see my reservation, and told them to check pics and videos of the room i got, and could prove the mistake. No actions from ********** The bed was done, but not dont think the sheets had been changed. Several medium/long blackhairs all over the places in bed and under pillows.. the pillows and sheets also smelled like someone had threw up in bed. Informed bout this and took pictures, yet with their ignorance and rudeness they said that the sheets had been changed. Some prob. Had good experience but I didnt and i do not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you dont care about hospitality and what you get for what you paid for. Fyi, i did change the hotel the day after. Did not spend more than a night, total 6 hours at the hotel..my experience was that bad! And the staff the day after could not even take my feedback regarding his attitude the day i checked in. Yet this i did not let this ruin my image of Paris, cause that hotel is not Paris.

There is complementary tea and coffee in the reception area. Which we found out from the handy information pack in the room. Staff were friendly and booked our return airport taxi. There is a lovely American style dinner next door which i can recommend. A great value stay for us. So thank you all :)

Un hotel situato in un'ottima posizione, comoda e centrale, all'interno del quartiere Marais, carino, elegante, tranquillo. L'accoglienza è stata cortese.
