La posizione è il motivo per cui le persone soggiornano qui: nel quartiere chiamato ”il cuore pulsante di Parigi”, caratterizzato da strade percorribili a tutte le ore, commercianti di formaggio, macellerie, panetterie e piccoli negozi eccentrici con prodotti unici. Le camere dell'hotel sono molto piccole, con poco spazio per riporre. La doccia/vasca da bagno era molto stretta e non era facile per una persona anziana entrare e uscire. La colazione a buffet è adeguata e il servizio era rapido e cordiale, ma non offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo (28 euro). L'assistenza alla reception è varia; un signore era molto ben informato sui trasporti e pronto ad aiutare a pianificare un'escursione, mentre una signora lì il giorno successivo sembrava non sapere molto del sistema ferroviario francese e ci ha suggerito di consultare Internet.

關於這裡有幾點首先要説的:第一是位置絕對優越,拉丁區可美了,是個老式的巴黎街區,步行能到市區和各個地方,光這一點就值得來住了,先不管酒店怎麼樣。第二,酒店裡有不同的區域,基本上分為兩個單獨的4層建築,中間是個庭院。我覺得貌似這兩棟建築有好壞之分,反正我們住的是好樓。第三,白天酒店閉門,如果是冬天或者生病了的話就挺麻煩的,但是畢竟對我們來説還不成問題。 我們預訂了5晚的雙人間,帶着自己的床具。 房間:非常非常小,有洗手池。很具有巴黎特色。有個很小的落地窗俯瞰庭院,如果不是我們的行李都快要放不下了我是真沒意識到屋裡有多小。 安保問題衹能説基本,每天服務員都會來“清潔”,不管你喜不喜歡（我懷疑所謂的“清潔”可能衹是讓房間通通風而已,因為這種老式建築可能會發潮之類的?）。不太確定,不過這種時候你可能會丟一些小物件（零錢之類的）,因此一定要隨身攜帶自己的物品,或者鎖起來,因為即使閉門時也會有人進來。 床:很基本,但是挺舒服的。我們帶着自己的床具,但是幾晚之後還是花錢買了一套（錢不多）,也還可以,就是乾淨程度讓我很擔心。 浴室:一般,我不太想多説了。很基本（我標準已經很低了,我家裡的浴室是室外的）。冬天我可不敢用這裏的浴室,淋浴的水不熱（總是冰冷冰冷的）,那個小巧的落地窗貌似也關不嚴。 我們住時淋浴壞掉了（不過我們用備用水洗的,還挺足的）。廁所和浴室在不同的樓層,廁所也是很基本。要自己帶衞生紙,因為他們自己的動不動就用光了,還有帶上自己的洗手液。 如果這個酒店的檔次再降低一些,浴室的乾淨程度和安全質量就真的是致命要害了。其他方面還挺好的。 服務員:很優秀。都會説英語（其他語言也會）,淡定,文明,稱職,友好,總會坐下來和客人聊天,看上去他們大多都是當地大學生。他們絕對是酒店的亮點,很少是那種瘋狂聚會的野孩子,都傾向於談論文學政治之類的,真的很好。 另外他們還很熱心幫你預訂出租車和巴士之類的。 設施:付費電話機壞掉了。無網上網很貴（如果你法語足夠好能登陸的話就去找個能無網上網的公園吧）。有可以自己開火做飯的小巧廚房設施。所需的大部分東西（雜貨,洗衣服務等）附近區域都有。距離市區和公交系統很近。在前台寄存貴重物品能保證安全（不太確定是不是百分百,但是比放屋裡要好得多）。 其他:早餐相當好,有麥片和烤制的食物,吐司,果汁,咖啡,茶。 白天的閉門也不是什麼不便的事情（我還以為會是呢）,不過有一天我們渾身濕透了想進屋換衣服,沒有人讓我們進去就。 我要重申的是對於這裏我印象很深刻,即使有那麼多缺點我也欣然接受。還要指出的是我沒看見也和宿舍沒有任何瓜葛,即使有的話我也不會預訂（肯定不乾淨,不安全,也不時尚）。如果你想冒險的話這裡是個安全的地方,有可愛的氣息,如果比起特色來你更注重乾淨和穩定的話,還是選別處吧。

Il personale che si occupa molto piacevole a tutti. Possiamo lasciare i bagagli prima della nostra entrata. La posizione è sensazionale. Sabanti e asciugamani molto puliti e camera, bagno e zone comuni pulite. Come negativo è che è claustrofobico nella zona dei corridoi, il suolo della camera insonorizzato e rumore, il bagno è come quello di un autoaravan e il letto cattivo, si notano le mule.

I wish I'd listened to the few recent bad reviews that had been written about this property and kept my reservation at our original small boutique, well-rated BW affiliated hotel. However, given we were only staying a night and that it was offered for a reasonable number of points for as a Bonvoy reward, I took the jump. Elite members used to decent Marriott-branded hotels, spend the extra points and choose one of the other Paris hotels (the Westin, the other Marriott or the Renaissance). I can confirm that: -AC or the hotel's ventilation system currently doesn't work. Windows don't open. We had the vent blowing on ”high” and it was just recirculating air. I have a travel clock that's also a thermometer. We never managed to cool the room below 24C. It was around 13 or 14C outside that night. Shouldn't have been that hard to cool down the room by 2-3 degrees to sleep well. I love the thick feather duvets Marriott uses, but not when the room can't be cooled down to 20-21C. When I called the service hotline, I was told they were having issues with the system and it was what it was. No offer to even bring up a fan. Nothing. It was a ”oh well, too bad” attitude. -We also had toilet issues. Our toilet flushed poorly. You had to hold the flush button for at least 30 seconds to properly flush anything. -Platinum/Titanium elite members, forget about receiving any value or being recognized here. I don't expect an upgrade to a suite or the top corner room every time I stay. I understand hotels do what they can with what they have available. Their inventory shows ”executive” rooms and diffetent types of suites available. We booked a standard ”Paris view” king room and received a ”Paris view, high floor” king room. The way the floors are built, the elevators are in the middle. There's around 15, maybe 18 rooms to the left or right of the elevator lobby on each floor. Our door was 4 doors away. Couldn't even be bothered to place us further away. That was my minimal expectation. No slippers or bathrobes in rooms here. Poor shower pressure. Good luck washing your hair if you have long ones. -Front desk: The coldest reception welcome I've received at a Marriott in a long time. I swear if Bill Marriott was still CEO, properties like this would get a call from HQ to review their staff training. We are French Canadians. The agent was struggling in French and answered us in English a few times even though we were clearly not English speakers. That was extremely odd in Paris. No mention of Bonvoy status, only that, and I quote ”breakfast is not included. Because of your membership, you can take the continental buffet tomorrow morning at the restaurant. Normally, it's not included, but we don't have a lounge at the moment”. Jeez louise, I felt like I was being handed a favour... -There's a ”Bonvoy Elite” line for the front desk, but it was neither manned or enforced in the evening when we arrrived, or the following day at check out, where the line was all t

Hotel ubicato in un tranquillo quartiere, ben servito dalla metro Pernety; caratterizzato dalla presenza di scuole, supermercati, bistrot, boulangerie, ecc. risulta abbastanza sicuro e ben collegato alla stazione Montparnasse, ricca di attività commerciali e ristoranti, tra cui il famoso Boullion Chartier. Camera piccola, ma completa. Colazione accettabile, prodotti dolci come croissant, marmellate, frutta secca ecc.

Ho soggiornato sei notti in questa struttura. Sono arrivato molto tardi, verso l'una e mezza di notte e sono stato accolto calorosamente da un membro dello staff che mi ha fornito la chiave della stanza e mi ha mostrato velocemente i servizi, tenendo conto della mia particolare stanchezza. La mia stanza era una quadrupla mista, grande abbastanza da potersi sistemare comodamente e avere i propri spazi. I letti sono a castello, comodi ma tuttavia molto rumorosi e capitandomi il letto superiore e tornando sempre tardi mi dispiaceva disturbare gli altri coinquilini quando mi ritrovavo a salire i gradini della scaletta. Il corredo era comodo, di buona qualità e sopratutto ben pulito ( non è cosa da poco in ostelli economici). Il bagno è una grande pecca, molto piccolo e datato. Il water era diventato il mio incubo perché l'acqua non scendeva mai bene e del tutto quando scaricavi e avevo paura di lasciare e/o trovare quale sorpresa poco gradita. La vasca era la mia seconda nemica, mai quanto al water in quanto disagio ma altrettanto infida... la sua superficie era tutta grattata, difficile da pulire una volta fatto la doccia, ma lo scarico dell'acqua era inefficiente, leeeeentissimo e quindi dovevo aspettare che defluisse un po' prima di continuare a lavarmi onde evitare che creassi una riproduzione della Senna nel pavimento. Per la vasca spezzo, tuttavia, una lancia a favore: finalmente una tenda ottima, lunga che fa il suo lavoro cioè non fa cadere dall'altra parte l'acqua per evitare di creare ulteriore scempi in bagno. Per la questione colazione non l'ho mai fatta in struttura quindi non saprei dire in merito alla qualità. Il cucinino è ben fornito, di utensili e accessori come microonde, bollitore e toaster di buona qualità. Se avrete la necessità di usufruire degli utensili, piatti, posate ecc... quindi per lavarli, vi consiglio di avere a disposizione una piccola quantità di detersivo per i piatti perchè quello a disposizione è un liquido riciclato e dal cattivo odore e quindi sarebbe male lasciare piatti sporchi e mal igienizzati. Le zone comuni come sala relax e sala pasti sono molto semplici ma accoglienti, consiglierei di aggiungere qualche presa di corrente in più e qualche sedia un po' più comoda. L'ascensore posto all'ingresso è il mio nemico numero 3, non ha funzionato per 5 dei miei 6 giorni e quando è stato riparato era molto timido nel partire quindi andava un po' incoraggiato, un po' lento ma gli voglio bene in fin dei conti. La vicinanza con le più importanti attrazioni di Montmartre e all'ingresso della metro Anvers, è il forte della struttura. Rapporto qualità prezzo a parer mio più che giusto. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e cordiale, dal primo all'ultimo, ognuno di loro brillava di simpatia e carineria. Per finire Le Regent Montmartre è una struttura molto adatta a quelle persone che viaggiano da sole e non badano alla spartanità di alcuni aspetti, come me che nonostante questi problemi, penso che sia una struttura meritev

Ci piace molto questo hotel. Perché è in un'ottima posizione per i trasporti pubblici, la metropolitana è a soli 50 metri e l'autobus è proprio di fronte all'hotel. I receptionist sono molto cordiali e disponibili. Questa volta hanno rinnovato la nostra camera. L'hotel è stato recentemente ristrutturato, quindi tutto sembra pulito.

Yes, rooms are very small by US standards, smaller than the smallest room I saw at the College Park (Atlanta Airport) Econo Lodge. However, they are twice as big as what they call “single rooms” in London’s budget hotels, which are half way between the traditional English phone booth and a small US closet, where you sleep in a tiny 90 centimeters army cot WITHOUT AC for the price you pay at the Los Angeles LAX Sheraton! At this CHOICE COMFORT HOTEL PORTE D’IVRY at least, you will sleep in a double bed in a small but clean room WITH AC, tiny desk and phone, and a full bath with the biggest shower (3 times bigger) that I’ve ever seen in Europe, together with the one of room 823 at the Orly Best Western Plus, which is the same size. It also has a sink with a hair dryer and a private “wishing well”, the greatest invention of mankind… Those amenities such as a big refrigerator, microwave, iron and ironing board that I always see in all CHOICE HOTELS (whether Comfort Inn, Quality Inn, Clarion, etc.) in the US for around $100 with buffet breakfast included, are just a dream in Europe, so forget about it! I’ll say the same about the ice machine, which we find even in cheapest motels, and sometimes on every floor in high-end hotels like the Clarion. Forget it! The only place where I have seen an ice machine outside of the US was at the Gran Hotel Argentino in Buenos Aires, after I harassed the manager during more than seven years asking for it during every trip in the 1990s! THE MAIN ASSET of this Comfort Hotel Porte d’Ivry is its LOCATION. A short 4 blocks walk will put you at “Porte d’Ivry”, where you will see the terminal of bus 27 to go to “Quartier Latin”, “Notre-Dame”, “Opéra” and “Gare Saint-Lazare”, and also the terminal of bus 83, which will take you to “Port Royal” and “Sèvres-Babylone”. At the same “Porte d’Ivry”, you will also see the “Métro” (subway) line 7 going from “La Courneuve” in the north of Paris to “Mairie d’Ivry” in the south. If you enjoy traveling underground, this line will take you straight to “Chatelet” and “Opéra”. But I prefer to do that journey with bus 27. Last but not least, at that “Porte d’Ivry”, you will be able to take TRAM 3a, which circles Paris on the south and will take you from “Pont du Garigliano” on the west, to “Porte de Vincennes” on the east, where you will be able to take TRAM 3b, which circles Paris on the north side, and will take you to “Porte de la Chapelle”, where you will be able to take bus 350 to Roissy CDG. And if you fly to Orly, as I do with Iberia via Madrid, now that American Airlines have discontinued their nonstop flights 62 and 63 between Miami and Paris, then you can take the ORLYBUS and get off at the first stop in Paris, by my beloved Cité Universitaire, where I lived the best five years of my long life in the 1960s, then walk a block to “Montsouris” and take TRAM 3a to “Porte d’Ivy”, only six stations away. If you need to be in Ivry Sur Seine -- and I did -- this is a reasonably priced good option. But if you don't need to be in Ivry Sur Seine, you might want to think twice, because the neighbourhood is soulless and the transport links are poor, making it unsuitable for someone wanting to spend a lot of time in central Paris, for example. My room was minimal -- a bed, desk, place to hang clothes, and a bathroom with no amenities except toilet paper and body wash. But it was very clean and very quiet. The air con worked well, as did the free wifi, and so the room was fine for me. The daily breakfast was standard continental serve-yourself buffet, but without fruit on one day. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Un’esperienza drammatica non ci siamo mai trovati peggio in un hotel che canti 5 stelle. Nonostante siamo soliti prenotare i migliori hotel a 5 stelle del circuito Bonvoy, non sappiamo dire come mai questo hotel ne faccia parte. Difficoltà fin dall’arrivo, pur avendo prenotato e pagato una junior suite con terrazzo (circa di 600€ a notte per camera), ci viene assegnata una standard senza finestre ma solo con vetri, alla richiesta di cambio ci viene detto che sono desolati per l’errore ma l’hotel è al completo. Solo dopo il fine settimana ci assegnano la camera corretta. Il personale è sempre molto scortese è distratto, devi chiedere ogni cosa più di una volta, il bar all’interno è sempre chiuso se desideri ordinare uno snack, a mezzanotte non è stato possibile comprare una bottiglia per brindare al compleanno di un nostro compagno di viaggio, ti dicono sempre che non sono disponibili ! La mattina a colazione devi chiedere il caffè o il the almeno due o tre volte prima di poterlo bere, il concierge non è mai stato capace di prenotare una macchina, trovare una ristorante, biglietti per uno spettacolo o semplicemente consigliare qualcosa! Le chiavi delle camere non funzionano bene e devi tornare giu alla reception per chiedere assistenza. La camera non è stata pulita per due giorni di fila, poi al terzo giorno trovi la donna delle pulizie in camera proprio quando rientri per riposare, ma devi aspettare che finisca perché potrebbe non tornare! Ma andiamo al peggio, l’hotel mette a disposizione un solo ascensore per l’intero stabile! Sempre occupato, se sei fortunato nel riuscire a prenderlo devi fare ogni volta il giro di tutti i piani, compreso l’utilizzo di carrelli per la biancheria e per i bagagli con annessi sacchi di spazzatura male odoranti. Ho provato a fare presente ad un addetto del personale di farci arrivare fino al piano terra per non dover ripercorrere la terza volta la corsa fino all’8 piano, ma si è messo a ridere a ha proseguito dicendo che se vogliamo fare in fretta dobbiamo prendere le scale! Una cosa inaccettabile. Comunque nei giorni a seguire, abbiamo davvero utilizzato le scale scoprendo che venivano utilizzate da molti ospiti ormai arresi al disservizio! Insomma non è stato per nulla rilassante soggiornare in questo hotel, che di 5 stelle non ha proprio nulla, un servizio pessimo, camere nella media e neanche troppo pulite, moquettes vecchia e ingresso trascurato! Unica eccezione, la professionalità di Joachim e di Ibrahim, se non fosse stato per loro avrei valutato con zero tagliato. Solo l’ultimo giorno è arrivata una ragazza per le colazione un po’ più gentile e attenta (magra consolazione). Non 1 euro di sconto, nemmeno la differenza per le prime due notti passate in camera standard pur avendo pagato per una junior suite, anzi ci hanno caricato pure i costi della colazione che era inclusa nella tariffa, abbiamo fatto notare che c”e un errore, lo stesso per il minibar che doveva essere compreso nella tariffa.
