Un buon punto. L'intero posto è un po' date, ma questo non l'ha fermato da essere una buona scelta. Il bar era buono Il desk front era eccellente I bagni erano A livello tennis, pizza, ginnastica tutto bene Parcheggio A+ Il posto è enorme, e buon valore. Congratulazioni con la mia scelta. Tutti dovrebbero scegliere la villa.

I am an event planner and I just sent the following email to the GM of Mountain Shadows that I also wanted to post here. I just wanted to drop you a note to tell you that my team had an unbelievable experience working with your team last week for my client event. We are the event planners and this is the 2nd event we've done at your hotel. We coordinated over 20 events this year and it hasn't been easy working with people in the hotel industry so that's why it's extremely important to acknowledge an exemplary team such as yours. Every single touchpoint I had from the sales process to banquets was top notch. I would definitely like to call out the people I worked with most, but every person that I talked to at your hotel was extremely helpful and kind. Leading up to the event, I worked with Nicole, Eileen and Alicia and during the event, I also worked with Scott, Bradley and Aiden. Montana at the bar was also wonderful. You should be extremely proud of the team that you have assembled at Mountain Shadows because they are right up there with the top teams we worked with this year.  Thanks for an incredible experience and we will definitely be back.

Il primo di tutti i servizi era sorprendente. Il personale è così attento e bello! La stanza dell'hotel che mi è stata data era pulita e aveva una bella vista. Sorride a Kalyn G e Virginia V per essere così gentile durante il mio soggiorno! Sono arrivato all'hotel un po' presto, quindi Kalyn mi ha controllato le tasche per il mio primo viaggio in giro in città. Mi ha detto di un autobus che vi offrono, che vi porta a circa 5 miglia di raggio. Questa è una grande percata!

BEEARE OF BED BUGS here. Check the beds have been changed properly and inspect before sleeping here. I’m devastated to leave this type of review since the location of this resort was gorgeous. The management on the other hand is leaving me no choice or relief from being chewed up by bedbugs from my stay there. I was there for a work conference. Landed and checked in Thursday, checked out Sunday. After being in full conference mode, Sunday I woke up in bed super itchy. My first thought was: mosquitoes must have enjoyed me last night since I walked the hotel grounds after exhibiting hours. Since I was checking out that day, I packed up and didn’t think anything of it. Monday I woke up at home with a trail of bites all over my back, stomach, chest, neck, and scalp. I looked up what this could be and all signs pointed to bed bugs bites. When contacting the hotel to notify them, they immediately said “why didn’t I let them know when I was still on the grounds? We’ll send someone out to inspect the room.” Almost a week later I receive an update. “No bed bugs found in the room.” I’ve requested the report and crickets, hence my review. Good luck staying here and check your beds!
