Hotel in zona Town Square of Casco Antiguo, Città di Panama

Terrible experience. 4 engineering visits, 2 room move offered in a space of 2 hours. 1st engineering visit. Upon checking into our room, we discovered that the shower wasn’t functioning properly due to low water pressure. When we tried to contact the front desk to address the issue, the phone didn’t work, so therefore had to go down from the 17th floor to report it in person. 2nd, 3rd and 4th engineering visit. The front desk suggested moving us to a different room, and we agreed. However, in the new room, the overhead shower wasn’t working either, so the engineering team had to come and adress the issue. After they left, we attempted to shower, only to find there was no hot water. They returned to resolve the issue, but after my partner showered, the shower stopped working again. The engineering team had to come back a fourth time, and though they eventually got it working, we were told that we could either use the hot shower or the sink, but not both simultaneously, as using the sink would cause the hot water to fail. Consequently, we couldn’t shower in the morning. We were offered another room, but I refused, see below as to why. Technical issues can happen in any hotel, but my primary concern was how the situation was handled. After offering us a third room, I expected the hotel staff to personally check everything before suggesting another move. However, the front desk was quick to suggest another room without providing a clear answer when I asked what would happen if the issues persisted. The response was simply, ”This is the only option I can give you” (I wish the phone call had been recorded). The front desk team needs additional training on five-star service and better communication with guests, as the way I was treated fell far below expectations. If a third room move is necessary, staff should ensure the room is thoroughly checked beforehand. There was no follow-up from the front desk after checkout, nor was any compensation, recovery or apologies offered. This is not the level of service one would expect from a five-star hotel in cities like London or New York. I truly wish the call had been recorded so this could be used as training purposes on how to not deal with situations as such. Please note that we are not difficult guest and we are fully understand the issues within hotel facilities that may arrise from time to time and often beyond control of team members on duty. But it is the responsibility of the managers on duty to ensure that guest are looked after and treated accordingly. Something that I felt was missing.

Una biancheria al momento dell'arrivo, mancanza di senso commerciale alla ricezione. C'è una piscina ma quasi nessuno in essa perché molto spesso all'ombra. Colazione economica. La camera aveva biancheria di luce e il clima che soffocava sulle teste dei letti. Infine, sabato sera c'è una festa musicale regolarmente, qui era una festa techno fino alle 3 del mattino e si sentono in tutto l'hotel, anche quando si dispone di una camera dall'altra parte della festa .... Ci sono sicuramente migliori rapporti qualità prezzo Il quartiere cambia il Casco Viejo e permette di vedere la vita dei Panama.

L'hotel è a pochi passi dalla stazione metropolitana El Carmen. Il centro commerciale Rey, gli shopping Saks e i fantastici ristoranti, Martin Fierro e El Trapiche, sono anche in via Argentina, per citare alcuni. Questo hotel ha tutto quello che ti serve e si trova in una posizione eccellente. La stazione di metro, la stazione di metro El Carmen, è a pochi passi. Il supermercato Re, i negozi Saks, Martin Ferro e El Trapiche sulla strada Argentina sono a pochi passi da qui. Il personale dell'hotel fa tutto il possibile per assicurarsi**** di avere una comoda soggiorno.

Beautiful lobby, very good mattress, king size. Room and hallway a little dated but overall very clean and pleasant. Breakfast could have better options such as whole wheat bread, fresh croissant. Reception held our bags for us more than once, great service attitude.

L'albergo andava bene. Il personale delle pulizie era molto cordiale, il personale della reception era piuttosto incostante e alcuni sembravano disinteressati. La camera era piccola ma confortevole e il prezzo è buono, ma onestamente ci sono hotel migliori a prezzi simili. La posizione è ottima, ma molti degli hotel precedentemente menzionati si trovano nella stessa zona. Nel complesso il mio soggiorno è stato buono, ma non sarebbe mai stata la mia prima scelta.

Stanza e bagno grandi, biancheria e prodotti da bagno di buona qualità. Piscina davvero molto piacevole ed è stata il punto del nostro soggiorno. Personale alla reception molto cortese e disponbile. Gradevole la colazione sia a buffet che i piatti su ordinazione. Dalla nostra stanza si godeva una spettacolare vista sulla città. Il ristorante Caliope Steakhouse offre un rapporto qualità prezzo poco favorevole. L'hotel è siatuato nel quartiere Obarrio nella zona di Bella Vista che non ci ha coplito particolarmente. E' stato comunque un soggiorno piacevole

Ho avuto un'esperienza molto mista qui. Quando sono arrivato lì per la prima volta sono stato spostato in 4 stanze diverse perché in ogni stanza qualcos'altro era rotto o cadeva a pezzi. È diventato quasi comico a un certo punto. Sembra che non vogliano prendersi il tempo necessario per risolvere i problemi nelle stanze. La camera era bella e spaziosa e il letto era molto comodo. Non è stata un'esperienza terribile, e il prezzo era buono, ma questa non sarebbe mai stata la mia prima scelta.

This was the 2nd time I’ve been in this hotel. It is NEVER a DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!! Best Western is in the middle of the city called El Cangrejo. I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!🥰. Around the corner is my favorite restaurant EL TRAPICHE and I go there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The service is AWESOME!!!!! Around the hotel, there are markets, bakery shop, restaurants, bars, and close to the train and bus station. I had wonderful service and the front desk clerks are AWESOME!!!!!!! I give BEST WESTERN PANAMÁ ZEN HOTEL 10+++++++++++++++

I stayed in Novotels everywhere in the world, but this one is most simple i saw before. It’s ok for night stay, because clean, quiet and comfortable. Only one thing very surprised me - for meeting guest in room they ask 65$ (I pay for room 50$). All Novotels in the world allow to have guests, this not.

La casa di Panama è esattamente quello che cercavo durante il mio 24 ore di uscita a Panama City. Ho affittato una sola camera privata, anche se erano disponibili camere da letto e più grandi camere private. La donna molto gentile (sono terribile con i nomi, o la chiamero') che gestisce il B&B con la sua famiglia mi ha aiutato molto, perché non ero ben preparata nella pianificazione o nella preparazione del mio licenziamento. Il mio volo è arrivato tardi la sera e le dogane sono andate per sempre, ma ho chiamato e la donna ha confermato che potevo arrivare in qualsiasi momento e ha assicurato che il mio check-in non sarebbe stato problematico. Non c'erano bagagli nel terminal 2 del PTY, ma la Panama House mi ha consentito di lasciare i bagagli in sicurezza nel B&B mentre andai a fare il viaggio. Mi serviva anche aiuto per decidere cosa fare nel mio breve tempo, e ero su un bilancio, quindi la donna del Panama ha fatto raccomandazioni su una visione economica e sui migliori modi per arrivarci. L'uscita è al pranzo, che è stato grande perché sono andato a camminare per il parco naturale Metropolitano e mangiare prima di dover tornare a Uber per controllare. La posizione del B&B è grande perché non è nella parte super alta di una città dove il traffico è una stronzata, e si trova centralmente dove un uber potrebbe raggiungere tutte le principali visione nella stessa quantità di tempo (Parco Metropolita, Old Panama, Spero che il mio tempo e la mia esperienza in Panama fosse più lungo, così potrei esplorare più della città e sperimentare le grandi strutture della Casa Panama, tra cui la sala di gioco, attrezzature di esercizio, sala da pranzo (coperta e non coperta), BIRDS, ecc.
