Service: The customer service was very good! All the individuals were very warm and courteous, especially the staff at the kitchen in the mornings. Breakfast : The breakfast was very good. There were many items to choose from. They also tried to switch up the different food items/options daily. Location: The hotel is a little distant from the Tocumen airport, maybe about 20-30 minutes drive. The hotel is right beside a KFC. There are a few restaurants and a bar nearby as well. Taxis are easy to get at the hotel. Depending on your destination, fare is from 5USD up. Casco Viejo is about 15 minutes away. Amenities: I didn’t really love the amenities. They were no toothbrush/toothpaste provided and other common things that I expected as it relates to amenities. Birthday: It was my spouse’s birthday and we went out and came back and saw that the hotel left a delicious slice of cake, fruits and a letter on our table for my spouse. THANK YOU!!!!😊😊😊😊😊 The hotel was clean. The lobby area is great for photos. The check in process was smooth. The pool has a bar and restaurant with reasonable prices! We enjoyed our stay 😊😊😊

Durante l'epidemia, la loro colazione a buffet è cambiata in un menu. Se la colazione è inclusa nella tariffa della camera, ci dovrebbero essere tre opzioni. Il cibo americano che abbiamo mangiato all'epoca era molto buono, ma il problema era che la porzione era un po' piccola. Se hai un grande appetito, non dovresti essere sazi, ma puoi anche spendere soldi per acquistare una bilancia da hotel extra, che è una struttura alberghiera a tre stelle molto soddisfacente. A quel tempo, non ho sperimentato la loro piscina all'aperto e non sono stato attento. Sapendo se è dovuto all'epidemia o ad altri motivi, il loro hotel non fornisce pantofole usa e getta. E aria condizionata

Stanze grandi, letto e cuscini meravigliosi. Dormo benissimo. Bagno grande e comodo. Piscina e palestra aperte dalle 6.30 am fino alle 10 di sera.Ottima colazione e servizio eccellente, puliscono subito tavoli lasciati liberi. Due grandi ascensori sincronizzati in maniera da non dover aspettare troppo anche quando l'albergo è pieno. Personale molto gentile, disponibile e professionale, dalla recepcion al ristorante. Eileen, Natalie, Rafael, Carlos e Eduardo, Rosa, Yaitsury, Alexis, Yoneirys e Yorleny. Bravi anche i ragazzi del parcheggio. Consiglierei di variare il menù del ristorante e magari della colazione per meglio soddisfare persone come me che vanno spesso per lavoro.

I fully enjoyed my stay at the Novotel Panama. There isn't really a lot to do at the hotel, but that was perfectly fine with me. The staff was kind courteous and helpful. The wifi was good. Clean room, and the location of the hotel made me feel like I lived there. Great place to immerse yourself in the city and get a good feel of the town. I definitely would recommend this hotel for a crash pad where you can mind your business and get a good night's sleep while visiting the beautiful country of Panama

Very nice & clean. Staff super friendly, made us feel right at home. We stayed 3 nights at this hotel, and 3 nights at Sortis. Very disappointed at Sorties bc the lady who attended us made us feel like we’re being watched all the time. My daughter lives near by both hotels, and could not even come by our room. But Global treated us like we’re part of the family.

Molto buone camere con grandi spazi e eccellenti cosmetici, ristorante con delizioso pasto

Buona colazione, buona igiene, buona posizione, camere di scena del mare, decine di varietà di colazione al giorno, uova di salsa sono molto deliziose, frutta ricche. Vivo qui per 40 giorni e continuero'a vivere qui la prossima volta.

The property has a great ocean view - at the bar and in the room. Staff are warm, friendly and helpful. Recognize Hilton Diamond members and provided great benefits. Great ocean view in the public areas and the room. We had a very good experience and think it provides excellent value. We are considering to spend a month there in the winter!!!!
