Excellent stay at The Crowne. This hotel exceeded our expectation. The room was very cosy and extremely clean. The buffet was delicious with a reazonable price. We could enjoy the swimming pool and it was relaxing. The souvenirs were very nice and affordable. The staff was professional, and we had an excellent and warm welcome. Everything was perfect! Nothing to worry about! I higly recommend The Crowne Hotel Airport. There is also a free shuttle to and from the hotel! I will for sure book the Corwne again. It was my second time there.

Liked · Nothing went well, the only positive aspect which was actually the reason why I picked this property, is that the room was very large and spacious but itself was not enough to compensate the overall disaster. Disliked · Everything!!! Staff -barely speaking english and not helpful at all. The hotel was the only hotel who refused by HSBC Premium Visa and they were not able to provide any alternative solution, not even a normal bank transfer. Facilities - there was a single furniture or appliance in my room which was in DECENT conditions. I firstly was assigned to room 906 but since BOTH the kitchen since and the toilet were broken, they moved us to 908. LUCKILY was in the same florr since no one from the staff came to help us into moving 12 luggages from one room to the other. Additionally, in the ”new room” the fridge was broken so we wasted some food when we discovered that everything was warm inside. Compensation? Discount? Aplogies? a coupon for a breakfast? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FROM THE STAFF Cleanliness - all the walls, the windows, the curtains, the sheets, the floors and so one were dirty from dust, paint, different black/brown/white tracks. Sheets with dots, sofas with black stains, floor with paint, bed top covered in dust. Look at the state of the iron table or the coffe machine and tell me about cleanliness. Comfort - the bed were set as queen but were obviously full since we could barely fit in two. Value for money - the 800€ worst spent in my whole life, when I travel I specifically select only 4 stars hotel for a reason and this hotel was absolutely disgusting Bonus question - How was the view from your room? - street and lots of cigarettes under my window as you can see, despite the room was for nonn-smokers Bonus question - Kitchen facilities. First room cold water in the sink broken, I had to burn my hands to clean couple of cups. There was barely 2 forks and one mug despite the room was allocated for3-4 adults, in the first room we did not even have a coffe machine and in the second one the fridge was broken as said.

Terrible experience. 4 engineering visits, 2 room move offered in a space of 2 hours. 1st engineering visit. Upon checking into our room, we discovered that the shower wasn’t functioning properly due to low water pressure. When we tried to contact the front desk to address the issue, the phone didn’t work, so therefore had to go down from the 17th floor to report it in person. 2nd, 3rd and 4th engineering visit. The front desk suggested moving us to a different room, and we agreed. However, in the new room, the overhead shower wasn’t working either, so the engineering team had to come and adress the issue. After they left, we attempted to shower, only to find there was no hot water. They returned to resolve the issue, but after my partner showered, the shower stopped working again. The engineering team had to come back a fourth time, and though they eventually got it working, we were told that we could either use the hot shower or the sink, but not both simultaneously, as using the sink would cause the hot water to fail. Consequently, we couldn’t shower in the morning. We were offered another room, but I refused, see below as to why. Technical issues can happen in any hotel, but my primary concern was how the situation was handled. After offering us a third room, I expected the hotel staff to personally check everything before suggesting another move. However, the front desk was quick to suggest another room without providing a clear answer when I asked what would happen if the issues persisted. The response was simply, ”This is the only option I can give you” (I wish the phone call had been recorded). The front desk team needs additional training on five-star service and better communication with guests, as the way I was treated fell far below expectations. If a third room move is necessary, staff should ensure the room is thoroughly checked beforehand. There was no follow-up from the front desk after checkout, nor was any compensation, recovery or apologies offered. This is not the level of service one would expect from a five-star hotel in cities like London or New York. I truly wish the call had been recorded so this could be used as training purposes on how to not deal with situations as such. Please note that we are not difficult guest and we are fully understand the issues within hotel facilities that may arrise from time to time and often beyond control of team members on duty. But it is the responsibility of the managers on duty to ensure that guest are looked after and treated accordingly. Something that I felt was missing.

The best place to go if you need to unwind, relax and be greeted with a friendly smile and service. Veronica gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve had and Marlis was attentive and was always available to answer any questions I had. The spa was clean and well maintained a beautiful place to get pampered and relax in the steam room to destress. Highly recommend. Thank you ladies! xx

La posizione della terra è molto buona, la posizione è grande, la stanza è grande, il panorama della stanza è di prima classe, la colazione di autobus è molto ricco, l'atteggiamento del cameriere è di prima classe, il ristorante dell'hotel può essere sfruttato con diversi tipi di spettacoli, e il prezzo è adeguato, è assolutamente consigliabile.

Questa non era una buona esperienza. Camera con ” vista giardino” in realtà camera con vista parcheggio. Ci sono stati dei crollo nella stanza. E le caramelle. La stanza è esaurita e obsoleti.Colazione con opzioni minime: cereali, tagli di frutta, uova scrambled (smalt done), salsaggi, Un po'di pane e un tipo di cookie per il dolce. Non mi ha risposto per posta elettronica e ha ignorato le chiamate telefoniche. Il personale è amichevole ma insufficiente. Cinque minuti dall'aeroporto, ma non sono riuscito a passare da loro per chiedere di prendere me o di ottenere il programma di trasporto.

L'hotel ha un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. La colazione è stata buona, ci sono diverse opzioni da scegliere, anche le ore in cui la sua offerta è favorevole. Basta uscite elettriche, ben posizionate. Buona posizione dell'hotel (distanza a piedi da Casco Viejo, grande stazione di autobus (5 de Mayo) vicino che serve molte località, tra cui Albrook e Panama Viejo. Personale, pulizia OK. Piscina al tetto è un buon modo di rinfrescare! Ci è anche un bar e considerando noi sono stati al piano superiore, devo dire che la musica di Sat non ci ha disturbati. Le uniche due cose che mi hanno disturbato sono una materassi in un letto regina - quando il mio amico si è svegliato - e pareti sottili. C'erano alcune persone che parlavano molto alti al mattino sulla strada, quindi ci svegliamo.

We made a reservation at this hotel in January, but upon check-in, we were surprised to find out the hotel was overbooked. There was no prior communication about this issue, despite the numerous confirmations we had received. Instead of the suite and standard room we had booked, we were sent to an alternative hotel that was clearly much older and in dire need of renovation. The hallways, decor, and overall appearance of the replacement hotel did not match what we had expected. Additionally, this hotel was located in a less desirable neighborhood, further diminishing our experience. Most frustratingly, instead of the suite and standard room, we received two standard rooms. We tried to reach a suitable solution with the front desk manager, but he was uncooperative. The only option he offered was this old hotel and possibly a drink for our wait. This attitude and the complete disregard for the hotel's responsibility, along with the poor communication, were extremely disappointing. This experience was particularly disheartening, and we would absolutely not recommend this hotel.

La colazione è ottima anche durante l'epidemia! La posizione è nel centro della città. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel, il personale è molto cordiale. L'unico svantaggio è che la serratura del balcone non è buona e l'isolamento acustico non è buono, ma non è niente in confronto ai vantaggi.

Stanza e bagno grandi, biancheria e prodotti da bagno di buona qualità. Piscina davvero molto piacevole ed è stata il punto del nostro soggiorno. Personale alla reception molto cortese e disponbile. Gradevole la colazione sia a buffet che i piatti su ordinazione. Dalla nostra stanza si godeva una spettacolare vista sulla città. Il ristorante Caliope Steakhouse offre un rapporto qualità prezzo poco favorevole. L'hotel è siatuato nel quartiere Obarrio nella zona di Bella Vista che non ci ha coplito particolarmente. E' stato comunque un soggiorno piacevole
