Service: The customer service was very good! All the individuals were very warm and courteous, especially the staff at the kitchen in the mornings. Breakfast : The breakfast was very good. There were many items to choose from. They also tried to switch up the different food items/options daily. Location: The hotel is a little distant from the Tocumen airport, maybe about 20-30 minutes drive. The hotel is right beside a KFC. There are a few restaurants and a bar nearby as well. Taxis are easy to get at the hotel. Depending on your destination, fare is from 5USD up. Casco Viejo is about 15 minutes away. Amenities: I didn’t really love the amenities. They were no toothbrush/toothpaste provided and other common things that I expected as it relates to amenities. Birthday: It was my spouse’s birthday and we went out and came back and saw that the hotel left a delicious slice of cake, fruits and a letter on our table for my spouse. THANK YOU!!!!😊😊😊😊😊 The hotel was clean. The lobby area is great for photos. The check in process was smooth. The pool has a bar and restaurant with reasonable prices! We enjoyed our stay 😊😊😊

The property has a great ocean view - at the bar and in the room. Staff are warm, friendly and helpful. Recognize Hilton Diamond members and provided great benefits. Great ocean view in the public areas and the room. We had a very good experience and think it provides excellent value. We are considering to spend a month there in the winter!!!!

L'atteggiamento del servizio di fronte e del concierge è molto buono. L'acqua nel doccia è molto piccola e la pressione dell'acqua è insufficiente. Il giorno in cui sono partito, è accaduto un incidente molto sgradevole. Sono al 100% sicuro che il mio passaporto fosse posto sul bastone, ma l'ho trovato improvvisamente No, pensavo che mi fosse stato screpolato, ma finalmente l'ho trovato sotto la materassi! Chi è pazzo di mettere un passaporto sotto una materassi? Non è chiaro che voglio che gli aiuti a trovarlo, e dare un consiglio se lo trovo? consiglio a tutti di essere ottimisti sul tuo passaporto, e non dargli alcuna possibilità di nascondere il tuo passaporto!

- Il servizio di ricezione dell'hotel è buono, il giovane ha preso la ricezione della carta, molto entusiasta, aiuta a prendere il bagaglio.La macchina coreana è ancora relativamente nuova, ma il condizionamento non può, il vento è grande ma non freddo. - La posizione dell'hotel è buona.Silenzio nella mente.Nella città antica, la posizione della porta dell'hotel è relativamente aperta, e non lontano dal punto di vista della nuova città panama. - Il servizio dell'hotel è relativamente umano, aiuta a chiamare l'auto, il problema della sicurezza della stanza di notte non può essere risolto. I ragazzi in servizio entrano e escono diverse volte e aiutano attivamente a risolvere. - Le strutture della stanza sono un po'vecchie, il condizionamento è aperto ininterrotto, e la stanza è ancora umida.Più tardi, ho scoperto che c'era un pavimento di legno vicino al cappello.Lavato il bagno

Stanza e bagno grandi, biancheria e prodotti da bagno di buona qualità. Piscina davvero molto piacevole ed è stata il punto del nostro soggiorno. Personale alla reception molto cortese e disponbile. Gradevole la colazione sia a buffet che i piatti su ordinazione. Dalla nostra stanza si godeva una spettacolare vista sulla città. Il ristorante Caliope Steakhouse offre un rapporto qualità prezzo poco favorevole. L'hotel è siatuato nel quartiere Obarrio nella zona di Bella Vista che non ci ha coplito particolarmente. E' stato comunque un soggiorno piacevole

Buon hotel in generale e grande posizione in Panama. Area sicura e facile accesso ai punti di vista. Solo la questione è che mi è stato detto che sarei stato migliorato a causa del mio status Marriott Gold ma al check-in non ho ricevuto un miglioramento. Mi è stato detto che era completamente prenotato, ma so che non è così.

Questo hotel è ben progettato e si sente lussuoso ma anche comodo. Le camere sono davvero belle con un interessante e molto funzionale piano piano. La piscina e il ristorante sono anche bellissimi. Il personale è molto gentile e utile e la stanza era molto pulita. Non ci siamo quasi rimasti qui, come hanno annunciato di avere due letti matrimoniali nelle camere, ma questi letti sono in realtà regina di dimensioni secondo gli standard statunitensi.

What a disaster experience ! Really a shame for a brand and image like Intercontinental. A ”i don't care” attitude all over the place, bad service, bad rooms ... Difficult to find something positive about this hotel except the location and the view. 1) forget any decent checkin : the staff don't even look at you (even if you wait at the special counter for IHG level guests ; i was told ”come here” ... Nice welcome. 2) room was not ready at the end of the day 3) area of swimming pool is just dirty (paper, dust all around) - see picture 4) room is not fresh; air conditionning leaking on the wall and floor, 1 cm space between the door and the wall ... Avoid a room close to the lift because you will hear the whole night the ding dong ... 5) don t disturb some staff member at the breakfast; they are not there to clean the table or serve a coffee (when you finally call him, he just avoids to come) Was it only us ? Are we too demanding for such an hotel ? Never again ...

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel with the warm friendly staff, especially Emma who went above and beyond to help us check in. While some of the staff may speak limited English, they make the extra effort to help communicate and understand your needs. This location was perfect for getting around the city using Uber and the fares were not that expensive (most trips were around USD 2-4). There is a grocery within walking distance, Riba Smith which has a lot of familiar brands and local items as well. The rooms were cleaned every day. The room was equipped with towels, hair dryer, toilet paper, cutlery including pots and bowls, dish washing liquid, a sponge and roll of napkins. We went to the grocery to get some food items and the kitchen was equipped with a microwave, electric stove (no need for matches!) and fridge. While the windows do not open in the room, it is still very comfortable. The washer & dryer are at the end of the hallway and they provide you with a bit of laundry detergent to get you through your first load of laundry. Only liquid detergent can be used in these machines and you will have to use quarters to operate the machine (at the time of our stay it was USD3.50 for washing and USD2.25 for the dryer). The front desk can help you with coins if you need (that’s where we got ours!). We stayed for two weeks. The room was on the 15th floor, it was quiet with a great view of the city. There were no disturbances or loud music, so it was ideal for having quick video conference calls if you have to work during your stay. It was a great stay and we will definitely look forward to staying there again.
