Hotel a Distretto di Panama, Panama

Had an extra day to burn will meeting friends and this was a perfect spot to find. In the heart of a city, people everywhere and the street food a block away was amazing. Looked great and had good views of the city

Service: The customer service was very good! All the individuals were very warm and courteous, especially the staff at the kitchen in the mornings. Breakfast : The breakfast was very good. There were many items to choose from. They also tried to switch up the different food items/options daily. Location: The hotel is a little distant from the Tocumen airport, maybe about 20-30 minutes drive. The hotel is right beside a KFC. There are a few restaurants and a bar nearby as well. Taxis are easy to get at the hotel. Depending on your destination, fare is from 5USD up. Casco Viejo is about 15 minutes away. Amenities: I didn’t really love the amenities. They were no toothbrush/toothpaste provided and other common things that I expected as it relates to amenities. Birthday: It was my spouse’s birthday and we went out and came back and saw that the hotel left a delicious slice of cake, fruits and a letter on our table for my spouse. THANK YOU!!!!😊😊😊😊😊 The hotel was clean. The lobby area is great for photos. The check in process was smooth. The pool has a bar and restaurant with reasonable prices! We enjoyed our stay 😊😊😊

Io e mio marito andai a fare il nostro luna di miele, e, con cortesia, ci mandarono una bottiglia di champagne nella stanza, decorarono il nostro letto e ci diedero una suite complimentare. La attenzione del personale è incredibile, tutti ti fanno sentire a casa, ci hanno presentato anche al direttore generale, un uomo molto amichevole e attento. Le camere sono grandi, belle e confortevoli, hanno una bella vista. Sarei sicuramente tornato, non sono mai stato trattato così bene in un hotel 🥹

1) First 3 nights, pool was closed for renovation. Reception said ”No pool available”. Only this, I thought, the pool was completely closed. On the forth day, I saw, guests were swimming. I asked the reception. ”Yes, you can swim”. Why the reception could not inform us only 3 days closed? 2) No towel after cleaning. Also first 3 nights. I thought that the clean team forgot to leave it, but it was not forgetting, but not ready. Towels were delivered around 19:00 first 3 nights. I called the reception every night and they said ”We inform the responsible staff” and waited for hours. Why reception didn't answer ”Towels will be delivered around 19:00 today” or advised us for delay delivering in advance? Then I didn't have to call the reception every day. Anyway, I had to wait to take shower till 19:00. Outside was 30degrees, and I wanted to take a shower immediately. 3) Weak WIFI. WIFI at Reception was with 96 Mbps, however, room at the door was 14 Mbps and at bed, no signal anymore. At desk also 2 Mbps or no signal. It's impossible to watch streaming like Netflix or web meeting. Also no smart TV. 4) My room card key was invalided every day. I had to go to the reception after back to the hotel (Elevator works with valid room card key). If no guests are at the reception, it takes soon, but one day, big group was there, and I had to wait more than 10min or more. I had a take away food, and it was no more warm when I was back to the room. 5) They asked me an advance payment even flex rate booking. They need cash? 6) No refrigerator in a room.

La posizione era perfetta, il desk front era eccezionalmente veloce e amichevole per l'ingresso, l'uscita e l'aiuto con la stampa, il servizio di trasporto dall'aeroporto PTY e il ritorno era veloce, sicuro e comodo, I server dei ristoranti erano molto attenti, e ero molto grato per il modo in cui il personale del front desk mi chiamava e mi ha organizzato per ottenere quello che ho lasciato in camera mia. Mi hanno preso molto bene cura di me!!

L'hotel è molto situato. È molto conveniente andare alla Via del Mar Nero del Panama e all'antica zona urbana. Puoi chiamare Uber.La stanza può vedere il panorama urbano, la sanità è buona e il tipo di colazione è ancora ricco. C'è un grande mercato di frutta marina che si sfrutta con la piuma, pesce fritto e cibo del gusto sudamericano.Il prezzo è accettabile.

L'hotel è molto lontano dall'aeroporto, devi stare in auto per molto tempo, la stanza è più sicura intorno a lui. La stanza non è molto grande, il trasporto è molto conveniente. L'hotel esce per andare in un quartiere è un supermercato.

La mattina dopo ho trascorso solo una notte per prendere il mio volo, a circa 15 minuti dall'aeroporto, ma è stata una buona esperienza.La camera era bella, pulita e spaziosa, con vista sul giardino. La piscina, il grande tavolo di controllo e l'intero ambiente sono stati molto bellissimi, e ci sono anche dipinti e altre attività sui siti che credo siano a un costo aggiuntivo. Non mi sono mai reso felice di godermi nessuno di questi servizi, ma sarei certamente rimasto lì, se mai in Panama.

Da ospite**** in quella grotta di clept chiede una stanza con una scatola forte. Durante il sonno, il mio mini bar e scarpe di lusso scomparve. Poi, in breve assenza al mio ritorno, vedo che la mia borsa con oltre 200 dollari scomparve e al mio uscita uso il taxi dell'hotel e il suo Archibold mi fa una diligenza alla banca e mi fa prendere l'argento per il mio senza il mio permesso. La rapina inizia dal suo manager salvadoreno Kevin fino ai suoi sedili nico e colombiani. Ho i miei dubbi sul fatto che siano legittimamente in paese; io li ho già riportati a Migrazione.

Le strutture sono un po'vecchie, ma la corsa al mare è buona mattina
