Hotel che accettano animali domestici a Palma Di Maiorca

Abbiamo trascorso due notti presso questo albergo che pare essere un quattro stelle. Abbiamo trovato cordialità da parte del personale soprattutto dall’addetto ai fuochi presente sabato mattina, un uomo sorridente e gentilissimo con tutti! Peccato per altre cose che lasciano a desiderare. In primis una vista terribile, comprendo che sia una responsabilità relativa, ma il nostro affaccio era davvero terribile. Ho chiesto una stanza con letto matrimoniale e abbiamo trovato due letti singoli semplicemente avvicinati (quindi anche lenzuola singole). Lo scopino del WC si trova sotto al lavandino e non vicino alla tazza, per utilizzarlo abbiamo lasciato una scia d’acqua su tutto il pavimento e non è stato piacevole. Non sono presenti veri e propri accappatoi ma due salviette per le mani e due poco più grandi, è presente un set di cortesia ma manca la cuffia per i capelli. Le lenzuola presentano qualche taglio così come le sedie della zona colazione. La cosa più “grave” è sicuramente l’asciugacapelli non funzionante, abbiamo quindi avvisato la reception che purtroppo non ne aveva uno di scorta e il tecnico sarebbe arrivato solo alle 8:00 della mattina successiva. Si trattava della nostra ultima sera di vacanza, siamo rientrati in stanza appositamente per darci una sistemata e passare la serata nel centro di Palma, ma grazie a questo fastidioso inconveniente ho dovuto pazientemente attendere che i miei capelli lunghi fino metà schiena si asciugassero all’aria senza un raggio di sole. Suppongo che reperire un asciugacapelli non fosse di una complessità eccessiva, sarebbe stata una cortesia certamente apprezzata. In conclusione, non è il quattro stelle che ci si aspetta di trovare, ma per passarci la notte e fare colazione va bene se non si hanno troppe pretese.

Abbiamo alloggiato all'hotel catalonia di Maiorca io e mio marito sono stati dei giorni bellissimi dal 24 al 27 dicembre questo hotel è stato scelto da mio figlio Cosimo per noi un hotel eccellente con tutti i suoi Confort pulizia doc è tutto il necessario che si può avere in un hotel a 4 stelle la reception persone molto gradevoli Grazie per questa ospitalità tutto molto pulito e ordinato dalla Puglia Anna e Tommaso Urso.

This hotel is sold as 4 star but in my opinion is more like a 2 star motel. It is clean but it is hard to find anything else that is positive about it. Overall, I found that the building and garden are grubby and in need of attention. The pool area is very tired and unappealing. The pillows were stained and so well worn that they provided no support. When I asked for new ones the replacements were still the same. The bed had been used so much on one side that there was a constant lean on that side which gave the feeling of rolling off. There were several cracks in the bottom of the bath where it was collapsing and unhygienic. When I brought this to the attendees of the lady on reception during the day she said they would look into it but I never heard from her on it again. The hotel had turned the air-conditioning off centrally and refused to turn it on which meant that our room was too warm and stuffy. This meant that we had to keep the balcony door open resulting in constant noise from the traffic at a busy junction below through the night. On one occasion I was stopped by a member of staff and told I couldn't bring my breakfast from the dining room to my room unless I paid an additional charge. None of the staff were able to assist us with any enquiries or requests to address our issues. The night porter had no English and the lady atvthe front desk was totally indifferent to us. She said if we don't like the hotel we should checkout, so we did, never to return.

Perfect location and perfect room and service. Never been to Mallorca and I wanted to be central to everything and with a rooftop pool. That’s exactly what I got. First the staff were all professional and super nice. We got the junior suite with a jacuzzi tub with balcony. Amazing! The room was a big and that jacuzzi was amazing. Nice comfy king size bed with a couch to just relax. We were so pleased with the room. The rooftop pool was fabulous with a great view of the cathedral and royal palace which were both like 10 minute walk mostly in the shade. We were also like a 10 minute walk to the tempura market. Again we were like 10/15 minute walking distance to almost everything. The spa was also really nice. It was not working for about a day do the staff was so nice to send up a bottle of Brut. Lastly the restaurant which had the bedder breakfast was both delicious and had a great view. We love this hotel.

We have recently stayed for a week in the suite, room 101. This hotel is in a quiet part of Palma but is within walking distance of all bars & restaurants. A couple of other reviews led you to believe how poor this hotel was. Do not believe them. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, particular thanks go to Carlos & Jeremy. The room was large & lovely. Breakfast in the courtyard was extremely pleasant with a wide range of foods on offer. Some nights the noise from reception when people came back carried up the atrium. Altogether a super stay.

When we arrived this true Paradise, our breath was taken away by the amazing welcome! I can't imagine a more relaxing setting or location for a city getaway! Look at my attached photos and you will agree! The true reason why Posada Terra Santa is one of the very best hotels in Palma with nearly only Excellent reviews (5-stars) is the beautiful people that works there! - they made us feel so welcome and comfortable all the time. This is one of the most relaxing hotels in any city around the world we have been visited! Our room (no 201) was well appointed and spacious, equipped with everything you could want. A huge (2x2m) comfy bed and a bathroom with walk in shower. The room had a very efficient air-conditioning which is very important during the summer in Palma! We enjoyed a marvellous breakfast each morning and also a very special dinners - all with impeccable service. The service level at breakfast is on same high levels as the most luxury resorts, we have been visiting in Seychelles, Maldives, Mauritius and Hawaii! The rooftop plunge pool and deck area provide a perfect spot to unwind and relax after exploring the Town Centre. A huge congratulation to the whole team at Posada Terra Santa! Keep up the amazing job as you guys are making your clientele happy, relaxed, feel safe and special! As a person who travels a lot, I can highly recommend Posada Terra Santa. Le prime impressioni erano che questo hotel è molto diverso da dove abbiamo soggiornato. E 'piccolo e chicco- ci piaceva. Ha una bella grande stanza al primo piano con bel balcone con vista sulla piscina. Letto confortevole, doccia grande, spazio di guardaroba e una cassaforte. Colazione grande con buona scelta. Bella cena quando mangiamo qui. Bella zona esterna, ma non vicino abbastanza letti solari. Anche stranamente, nessun cuscino messo fuori sui letti fino a 10am così tanti di attaccare! Non può andare in piscina fino a 10am, anche se questo non sembra applicare a tutti. Il personale di ricezione era grande, ma il personale del bar maschile era brutto a volte come altri hanno detto. Grande posizione e si trova a 30 minuti a piedi a Palma.

Hotel di design, reception, ristorante e camere. Pulizia eccellente. Nel ristorante Beatnik si serve la colazione, materie prime di qualità, cibo eccellente, ottima scelta sia salata che dolce, personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Inoltre nel medesimo ristorante organizzano spesso serate musicali a tema, ambiente piacevole e divertente. La camera che avevamo, la 42, molto spaziosa, letto grande con topper alto e soffice, silenziosa nonostante la musica nel locale, un bagno enorme con vasca rotonda, TV 55 pollici con Chromecast integrato, eccellente per guardare netfix, ecc, direttamente dall’iPhone alla TV! Di fronte all’hotel c’è la SPA del Puro, con Sauna, bagno turco, letto riscaldato e doccia emozionale. Spa piccolina ma carina per rilassarsi un oretta, anche perché quando si prenota viene riservata per singola camera, quindi si è da soli. Molto rilassante! Altro punto di forza dell’hotel è la posizione in pieno centro a pochi passi da Placa de La Reina, La Llotja e il Born. Se proprio devo fare un appunto, è più un suggerimento che una critica: il letto è bello e comodo ma la base in legno fuoriesce dal materasso ad altezza caviglia e più di una volta ho urtato con il collo del piede e con la caviglia (abbastanza doloroso). Anche perché il colore del letto si confonde con il parquet: suggerisco di trovare un modo per ricoprire con una imbottitura tutta la struttura. In definitiva: promosso e ci ritornerò senz’altro!
