Hotel in zona Living Room - for Creative souls, Palma Di Maiorca

Molto buon hotel con deliziosi buffet. Ha avuto mezza pensione e il cibo era molto delizioso. L'hotel dispone anche di una bella piccola struttura polacca. Anche alla spiaggia e al re della birra non è lontano. La posizione è dunque top

Abbiamo visitato questo hotel in coppia verso la fine degli anni '20, nell'aprile 2022. La nostra prima volta all'estero dalla pandemia, quindi non vedevamo l'ora. L'hotel era molto pulito. Gli addetti alle pulizie erano super cordiali e salutavano sempre. L'area della piscina era così tranquilla, ce l'avevamo spesso per noi stessi. L'arredamento era abbastanza moderno, standard per un hotel economico. Un grande supermercato a pochi minuti a piedi, attraverso un parco in fondo alla strada. La spiaggia era a dieci minuti a piedi (anche se è in salita tornando). Posizione perfetta per la fermata dell'autobus per visitare Palma. Su questa base, è stato un ottimo hotel economico per una vacanza. Tuttavia, il rumore era quasi insopportabile. El Arenal è un luogo popolare per feste, con grandi bar/discoteche rivolti ai turisti tedeschi. Il che ovviamente significa un sacco di gente ubriaca. Non c'era assolutamente insonorizzazione nella camera d'albergo. Si sentiva ogni parola nelle stanze circostanti. Si poteva anche sentire il forte rumore dell'ascensore, che era costantemente in uso tutto il giorno. Un pomeriggio c'è stata una rissa nella stanza accanto e sembrava che avessero lanciato mobili contro le pareti! Ho dormito solo tra le 3 e le 5 ore a notte, a causa delle persone rumorose / ubriache che se ne andavano, arrivavano e passavano il tempo nei corridoi e nelle loro stanze a tutti i tipi di ore. Ho soggiornato in molti hotel economici in Europa e ostelli ma non ho mai sentito rumori del genere. Ho visto le recensioni ma ho pensato che sarebbe andato bene, ma è davvero rumoroso come dicono tutti. La prima notte, stavo scorrendo i siti Web degli hotel alle 3 del mattino per cercare di trovare un altro posto perché era troppo rumoroso per dormire, anche se a causa dei costi abbiamo deciso di sopportarlo. Questo hotel è probabilmente perfetto se vuoi stare in un posto a basso costo e vuoi festeggiare / stare sveglio fino a tardi ogni notte o hai il sonno molto profondo! Era pulito, aveva letti e cuscini semi comodi e una doccia discreta. Tuttavia, personalmente non lo consiglierei se si desidera una vacanza rilassante ora che le restrizioni sono state eliminate.

When we arrived this true Paradise, our breath was taken away by the amazing welcome! I can't imagine a more relaxing setting or location for a city getaway! Look at my attached photos and you will agree! The true reason why Posada Terra Santa is one of the very best hotels in Palma with nearly only Excellent reviews (5-stars) is the beautiful people that works there! - they made us feel so welcome and comfortable all the time. This is one of the most relaxing hotels in any city around the world we have been visited! Our room (no 201) was well appointed and spacious, equipped with everything you could want. A huge (2x2m) comfy bed and a bathroom with walk in shower. The room had a very efficient air-conditioning which is very important during the summer in Palma! We enjoyed a marvellous breakfast each morning and also a very special dinners - all with impeccable service. The service level at breakfast is on same high levels as the most luxury resorts, we have been visiting in Seychelles, Maldives, Mauritius and Hawaii! The rooftop plunge pool and deck area provide a perfect spot to unwind and relax after exploring the Town Centre. A huge congratulation to the whole team at Posada Terra Santa! Keep up the amazing job as you guys are making your clientele happy, relaxed, feel safe and special! As a person who travels a lot, I can highly recommend Posada Terra Santa. Pro: camere e ambienti comuni perfettamente puliti, personale gentile. Ambienti recentemente ristrutturati. Ibicazione struttura a soli a 15 minuti dalla spiaggia a piedi. Ottima la qualita' della frutta e dell'insalata. Contro: forte odore sgradevole nella camera al nostro arrivo, tanto da costringerci, per attenuarne l'impatto, a tenere le finestre aperte tutta la notte. Problema subito segnalato il giorno seguente e prontamente risolto, ma nei giorni a seguire, si è riposto, anche se in misura minore. La necessità di tenere aperte le doppie finestre, ci ha però esposto alle urla e gli schiamazzi di un gruppo di tedeschi che, probabilmente ubriachi, rientravano nel nostro albergo alle 3:15 di notte, svegliandoci. Colazione: molto varia, pecca nella qualità di alcuni dolci, L'offerta risulta decisamente 'orientata' verso i gusti tipici di inglesi e tedeschi. Cena: anch'essa molto varia, orientata su piatti inglesi e tedeschi. Antipasti nella norma, sono presenti due tipologie di salumi e da due a tre tipi di formaggio. Nei primi, come nei secondi, si fatica a trovare qualche proposta tipicamente spagnola. Sempre presenti invece i piatti italiani, ma con risultati spesso pessimi. Ad esempio la pasta e i tortellini vengono entrambi ' 'saltati' in padella ma l'operazione viene fatta senza il sugo di condimento quindi operazione inutile. I condimenti, almeno due, sono a disposizione dei clienti, riposti in contenitori. Il risultato è che quando si arriva a prendere il piatto, pasta o tortellini che siano, sono ormai quasi freddi. Vero che questo sistema consente di lasciare la scelta al cliente di decidere quale condimento scegliere da abbinare ad una tipologia di pasta piuttosto che ad un'altra, ma il risultato è da mensa aziendale. Secondi: carne e pesce cotti al momento ma la qualità di entrambi non raggiunge la sufficienza. Carne durissima anche se ancora al sanguee pesce inconsistente. Sui tavoli manca la classica tovaglia, e il tutto è risolto con semplici 'tovagliette all'americana' di plastica. L'ambiente stesso è decisamente sciatto. Non è richiesto un abbigliamento consono per pranzo e cena, e i risultati si vedono.

Ottimo hotel. Buona posizione. Belle le camere ampie luminose e pulite. In reception ti accolgono con molta gentilezza e professionalità. Ottimo il servizio di noleggio bici. Con una cauzione e' possibile noleggiare i teli mare. Bella la piscina con idromassaggio all'ultimo piano con bellissima vista su Playa de Palma. Qui si può anche gustare un ottimo aperitivo. Colazione e cena molto varia e buonissima, ottimi i piatti sia di carne che pesce, varietà di frutta e verdura. Buoni anche i dolci.

Ottimo. Un bel hotel ben situato Varie fermate di autobus a disposizione, molti ristoranti e bar, possibilità di estendere la costa del mare è proprio davanti. Colazione inclusa nella formula. Diffusa scelta ogni giorno non c'è niente da ridare. Il skybar è magnifico e tranquillo. È lo stesso per lobby di accoglienza/spazio rilassante. La stanza è molto pulita, quella riservata aveva un balcone e vista sul mare. Perfetto niente da ridire. Un piccolo bemol a volte si sentono i suoi vicini di camera, ma non c'è niente di male da parte mia. - Si', lo consiglio.

We have just spent an absolutely wonderful week at this beautiful hotel. It was everything we were hoping for. The hotel is in a lovely quiet area (if you want lots of restaurants & bars, this is not the place for you). There are a few mini-markets and a handful of restaurants dotted about, but other than that, it is just other hotels. You can hop on a bus to Palma from right outside the hotel. The number 4 bus goes into Palma every 15 minutes or so for €2 per person and takes about 20 minutes. Palma is a beautiful city, so I recommend you do this at least once. The hotel is kept very clean by a team of hard-working staff. We were in a garden bungalow (2 adults & 1 teenager) and it was just the right size for us, with a good sized bathroom and a beautiful view out to the bay. The rooms are cleaned every day. The swimming pools are lovely – the upper one is by the pool bar (which isn’t too badly priced and the food we had (toasties, nachos, pizzas) were very good) and the lower one has a little pool attached to the main one for little people, or just to sit in. There isn’t a huge amount to do for children (no organised entertainment – so again, if this is what you are looking for, you need to stay elsewhere). The hotel also has mini-golf, tennis courts, pool table, if you want a little activity to do whilst you are there. The staff were all very knowledgeable and very helpful. There are a couple of little beaches nearby, but they were completely packed (we were there in the first week of the summer holidays) and most of the beach is taken up with sunbeds which you have to pay to use. It was too busy for my liking, but we did go down later one afternoon (it was still packed) to have a quick dip in the sea and a cocktail from the beach bar (€10 for a porn star martini and it was packed with alcohol!) Food: we stayed on a half-board basis (and I thoroughly recommend doing this). Breakfast was from 7.30 to 10.30 and is a help-yourself buffet. There is so much to choose from and the drinks are all included (they even have Prosecco out on Saturdays & Sundays). You can eat inside or outside on the terrace. The staff work very hard to keep everything topped up and to keep your table clean. We loved the breakfast! The evening meal is in the sister hotel over the road and we found this to be absolutely brilliant. Again, it is a help-yourself buffet and there is so much food to choose from. The pudding selection was absolute heaven! We felt the choice was very good (different options each evening throughout the week) and we found the food to always be served hot. The views of the bay from the window tables are absolutely beautiful and you can watch the cruise ships make their way back out of Palma. The drinks are not included, so they are billed to your room and you pay at the end of your stay, when you check out. We tended to get a bottle of water (€3 each).
