Ad essere onesti, la posizione è molto centrale, i servizi sono buoni, la stanza è molto grande, molto nuova, ma sembra che a questo hotel piaccia mettere sculture di quel tipo di vestiti... cioè, il tipo di sculture che avere solo vestiti e niente persone... (come il mantello del dottor Strange) C'è una scultura sulla porta della mia stanza che sembra un antico vestito da donna giapponese. È davvero spaventoso. Non oso aprire la porta ed uscire senza il mio ragazzo .

Non posso dirvi quanto mi piaceva questo hotel. Abbiamo arrivato in un pomeriggio occupato - il signore che ci ha controllato era così bello e amichevole e ci ha preso il tempo di raccontare tutto quello che dovevamo sapere sull’hotel. Una delle nostre due camere era pronta presto, che era apprezzata come siamo stati alzati da 12 notti prima, e avevano anche assegnato due camere insieme, che erano favolose mentre io viaggiavo con le mie figlie. Le camere sono pulite senza ostacoli e i letti sono comodi. Il primo giorno, che è grande, si ottiene anche il minibar libero. Tutti noi ci siamo incontrati all'hotel erano carini e amichevoli e avevano un sorriso. La signora che ci ha salutati al colazione era bella, il ristorante del colazione non è grande, ma ha assolutamente tutto ciò che serve e il cibo era tutto fresco. I ragazzi del bar che incontrammo alla fine del giorno, quando siamo tornati stanchi di esplorare Palma, erano così belli, facevano i cocktail più favolosi e si consigliavano persino quale mia figlia dovesse provare. Io mi fermerò in questo hotel di nuovo in un battito cardiaco . E 'in una posizione favolosa e è immacolatamente pulito. A favoloso 48 ore a Palma/grazie tanto 💫

Nice hotel in the city center. The staff is wonderful, everything is very good.

Questo hotel è vicino al porto centrale di Palma, ma sulla montagna, non importa che facciamo un giro da soli, ma è un po'inconveniente per gli ospiti a piedi. Our stay at Palacio Can Marques was the absolute highlight of our trip to Mallorca! Do not hesitate to book this luxe, charming, elegant, and incredibly unique property. PROS: The suites were amazing - large, spotless, incredibly comfortable. It does feel like you're staying at a (albeit) wealthy friend's mansion - not some cookie cutter hotel that you've stayed in many time before. I stayed in the Eden suite and it was heaven. The suite was so beautifully appointed. I was so inspired by the design of the space. The suite even had its own private elevator. I never wanted to leave!!!! The location - also amazing in every way! I have a minor foot injury and I didn't have to worry at all about covering the sights of Palma as everything was 5 minutes walking away - or less. It's in the heart of Old Town Palma. There are incredible restaurants of every price level, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, all within steps of the beautiful front door. You are also steps to the gorgeous cathedral and palace. What was also great about the hotel's location is that several tours that I booked picked up just a few steps away. It was so easy to meet them without going far or getting lost trying to find them. Same with the paella cooking class that I booked - the location was around the corner about a 3 minute walk away. The common areas of the hotel are gorgeous all around. Go to the rooftop for a drink and see the cathedral all lit up and the port from your bar stool. The leafy courtyard every morning for breakfast was a dream. It was a nice little respite from the hustle of the city. The same goes with the lobby. My feet needed a break from walking and I was able to find a quiet spot for tea in the afternoon -- but once I was ready to hit the city again everything was just outside the door in the gorgeous alleys of Old Town Palma. I'm saving the best PRO for last - which was the service. To the breakfast staff every morning - THANK YOU. Your friendly service each morning was a great start to each vacation day. Thank you to the chefs who put out a delicious breakfast spread each morning with all sorts of egg dishes, pastries, breads, and fresh fruit juices. To housekeeping: the entire place was spotless. The cleanliness of the hotel really stands out from other properties that I have stayed at. To the female general manager, I believe: I'm sorry I did not get your name, but you were always welcoming and gracious and made me and my husband feel warm and welcomed each time we saw you. We stayed at a different property on the island for the first part of our trip and there was a stark contrast from the general manager there to the one here. It's nice to feel welcomed and not a nuisance when you have to ask a basic question. A very special shoutout to Edi, Abde and Antonia! I saw you guys multiple times during my stay and your hospitality really stands out. Edi - thank you for helping my husband with a cup of tea that he needed when he wasn't feeling

Perfect location and perfect room and service. Never been to Mallorca and I wanted to be central to everything and with a rooftop pool. That’s exactly what I got. First the staff were all professional and super nice. We got the junior suite with a jacuzzi tub with balcony. Amazing! The room was a big and that jacuzzi was amazing. Nice comfy king size bed with a couch to just relax. We were so pleased with the room. The rooftop pool was fabulous with a great view of the cathedral and royal palace which were both like 10 minute walk mostly in the shade. We were also like a 10 minute walk to the tempura market. Again we were like 10/15 minute walking distance to almost everything. The spa was also really nice. It was not working for about a day do the staff was so nice to send up a bottle of Brut. Lastly the restaurant which had the bedder breakfast was both delicious and had a great view. We love this hotel.

We booked Nou Balares as as part of a Jet2 City Break. This hotel is absolutely superb, it is well located, and immaculately clean and tidy, but one of the best things are the staff. A special ‘thank you’ goes out to reception who went out of their way to provide us with information on everything from where to find a pharmacy on New Year’s Day, to opening the lift on New Year’s Eve, so we could all go on the roof and watch the fireworks. Breakfast, though a slightly limited menu, was delicious and freshly cooked every time. The small courtyard is a lovely sheltered place to have coffee and a snack and the food in the restaurant very tasty at reasonable cost. An excellent powerful shower and everything you need, in your room with nothing you don’t need. The hotel represents excellent value for money, particularly if you are budget conscious. 10 out of 10 !

Great base for a long weekend where exploring the city was the main aim. Particularly as the bus service to and from the hotel is so convenient,cheap and efficient. ( 47 into town, 46 return). Two euros per person. Our room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast buffet was good. Would stay here again .
