Hotel in zona WIL STILES, Palm Springs

La stanza è buona per i viaggiatori familiari e le strutture della piscina sono buone. La posizione è anche vicino al centro di Palm Springs, quindi è conveniente in molti modi.

La posizione è buona, le condizioni sono migliori del motel generale.Saliazione pulita e riscaldamento.Non c'è problema da scegliere, non c'è bisogno di una bicicletta a questo prezzo.Spero che in futuro possa tornare.

The RItz Carlton Rancho MIrage was perfect for our time in the Palm Springs area. We were upgraded to a fire pit room with a desert view and loved it. After a night swim we would return to a lit fire and view of a full moon. It was a beautiful way to start the day as well. The view was gorgeous. We had a child with us so we could only use the large family pool. There were always chairs available and the staff was so helpful. They would open umbrellas, pass out ice water, frozen berries, and small smoothies. We ate at the restaurant a few times and it was always good ( I usually hate hotel food). We were 6 miles away from downtown Palm Springs, but it was a quick drive to grab lunch, wander around and check out the art museum. If you enjoy nature, this is the right hotel for you.

Ho scritto un recensione per questo posto nel 2016 e ho rasato. Questo posto è andato a pezzi in servizio e nelle strutture e è davvero troppo cattivo. Il problema più grande è che le villa hanno avuto accesso a piedi percorso all'hotel, che ha avuto un ulteriore 3 piscine, un ristorante completo, e arcade per i bambini. In qualche tipo di controversia tra Marriott e i nuovi proprietari dell'hotel, c'è ora una porta metallica tra le proprietà. Il flusso d'acqua è stato chiuso durante la nostra stanza di Break Spring, e apparentemente sarà chiuso fino al mese di luglio. Non c'è più cocktail e servizio alimentare nella piscina. Mi eccitava tanto quando ho visto che c'erano segni ”scan per ordinare” sulle ombrelle intorno alla piscina. Ho messo un ordine mobile e mi sono informato di poter prendere il mio ordine al ristorante in 40 minuti. Quando sono andato a prendere, hanno detto che non avevano ancora iniziato il mio ordine perché dovevano assicurarsi che avessi 21 anni, perché ho ordinato dei cocktail. Perché ho aspettato 40 minuti per essere detto??? Finalmente, La camera era molto bella e la cucina e la camera sono molto bella per una vacanza familiare. Ciò detto, se avessi pagato i 300-500 dollari per le tariffe di camera normali, mi sarei sentito rimproverato. ”Fortunatamente”, abbiamo avuto un viaggio ridicolo, praticamente gratuito in cambio di un 90 minuti di tempo condiviso, Mi dispiace, presentazione ”Vacation Club”. Era tutto a suonare prezioso ma potenzialmente un buon affare con tutti gli sconti fino a quando non abbiamo lasciato e leggere le recensioni su Trustpilot e il BBB dove migliaia di proprietari hanno collettivamente dato al Marriott Vacation Club un ~ 1.5 su 5 stelle. I proprietari sostengono che non si possono ottenere prenotazioni nelle villa che vogliono nonostante le prenotazioni anni prima, le spese di manutenzione sono aumentate ogni anno, e il servizio clienti è terribile. Se vuoi soggiornare in una bella villa con una cucina e una bella piscina, questa è una buona opzione. Se stai cercando un ristorante in alto livello con un servizio sorprendente, questo non è il posto per te.

E'solo per l'esportazione dell'autostrada.Ci sono molti negozi di catena qui.Il rapporto di prezzo è relativamente alto.Deserto Otles, guidare per mezz'ora.L'appartamento è ancora relativamente nuovo.Il letto è molto comodo.Il colazione ha piatti caldi.

La stanza è OK.L'atteggiamento della reception è generale.L'igiene non osa infilarsi.I capelli sono in tutto il mondo con i residui sulla lista.La vita più importante è il rumore della stanza.Il suono chiamato al di fuori della stanza xx la notte, la figlia ”è al di là della bambola?............ 🤪

Abbiamo soggiornato quattro notti e il soggiorno era eccellente. Camere più vecchie, ma eccezionalmente pulite. Situazione perfetta, bella piscina e aree di soggiorno, bellissimi giardini dell'hotel. Il club notturno vicino alla porta aveva musica (buona) fino alle 2 pm, ma abbiamo girato il fan della stanza e era perfetto eliminare la musica mentre dormiva. Anche se era buono, l'aggiornamento delle lettiere e l'aggiunta di qualche altro angolo di luce e bagno sarebbe utile.

Le persone sorprendenti mi fanno stare l'hotel per la mia famiglia, sono calde, amichevole, e quando si è dato la possibilità di fare il loro lavoro, portano oltre le aspettative. Il personale si rispetta molto e si gode di lavorare insieme da quello che ho visto. Ho soggiornato per una settimana con i miei figli e si sono resi come una proroga di casa. Il personale del colazione è sorprendente e merita la gratitudine quando mangia, perché mantiene le cose fluenti e sono sempre felici e disposti a partecipare alla conversazione non solo dare i saluti standardizzati. Il desk front ...1 su 5 stelle in performance e atteggiamento. Insegnando alla mia famiglia di trattare il desk come se stai soggiornando nella casa dei tuoi genitori o nonni. Le camere fanno un hotel ma il personale fa soggiorno Grazie ancora per tutto!!

We enjoyed a spectacular, 7-night vacation at Marriott's Desert Springs Villas (Phase ONE), this month (June 2023). We received a warm, professional welcome from several staff members, upon our arrival, and the staff, throughout our stay, were warm, professional, gracious, efficient, and welcoming. Marriott's Desert Springs Villas ONE is an extremely well managed resort; at a variety of hours in the day, we'd often be in the same place, at the same time, and observe an army of Marriott Vacation Club employees, carrying out their duties with the consistency of a fine, Swiss timepiece. Marriott Desert Springs Villas is impeccably well maintained, and immaculate. In fact, I learned on this vacation at Marriott's Desert Springs Villas, that maintaining the resort to the level of perfection that Marriott Vacation Club does, is no small achievement, as I noticed some guests who seemingly made it a point to disrupt Marriott's best of intentions to keep the resort clean, well maintained, and orderly. There's always one! Our villa was a spacious, two-bedroom, two-bath villa, recently refurbished, and extremely comfortable. There is something to be said for the privilege of vacationing in a clean, well maintained, spacious villa, with a living room, dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, beautiful deck/patio, and washer and dryer. Our villa was remarkably quiet. The housekeeping and engineering staff were extremely responsive, kind, professional, and efficient. Concierge Donna and Jan are fabulous Ambassadors for the Marriott Vacation Club brand, as is their manager, a kind gentleman, whose name I’ve forgotten (I believe his name is Angel). They are kind, professional, and very knowledgeable about the Coachella Valley, and anything that you might want to do during your vacation. Little did we know that we'd be attending an ice hockey game (in June!) at the recently opened, Acrisure Arena, home to AHL hockey team, the Coachella Valley Firebirds, during our vacation. The Coachella Valley Firebirds made it to the playoffs/AHL Calder Cup Finals, during their first season (this year), and during our vacation. The arena is brand new, spacious, COLD (refreshing!), intuitive, and friendly. The (ice) hockey was great (in Palm Desert, go figure!). We used to frequent several restaurants at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort, many times during our 7 night vacation, and during our many years of vacationing at Marriott’s Desert Springs Villas (beside the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort), but, that came to an end, a few years ago, when the owners/management company of that hotel/resort, became sufficiently short-sided, and prohibited Marriott Desert Springs Villas ONE owners and guests from enjoying the hotel facilities (pools, spa, favorable rate on golf), 7 days a week (as used to be the case). Hence, we had not one meal at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort, Marriott’s loss of substantial revenue, not ours, as there are a myriad of excel

Il resort è bellissimo e grande con 2 scivoli d'acqua e un fiume lazy. Le camere sono grandi e spaziose, ma il bagno è troppo piccolo. Ci sono un paio di ristoranti, golf e spa.
