Old musty rooms need major improvement hard bed but staff were okay

I was expecting a rather poor experience based on some of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised that the room was recently remodeled. Also everything in the room looked new expect for the shower on-off lever which was strange. Anyway, everything was good but I will note the room was very small but considering the low price I’m not complaining.

I like for Motel 6 very best that look good one too very nice to your welcome .. people's smile .that good cool. I knew . Yes I am deaf. But every my safe clean yes could call like some twos day just at dirty for maid service clean the room . Good for like weeks. Just add for five days too for just weeks . That .good . They Desk lobby. Very good who employee too good job .. I am happy it ..

This is reasonable place to stay in Palm Springs if you are on a budget. They do not provide any toiletries other than a mini bar of soap. Showers are very small and not convienent but again it is a budget hotel and Tom Bodet has left the light on

The management was rude. . Changed my room in a very high handed and abrupt manner partway through my stay for no apparent reason. Perhaps the worst hotel stay I have had in a great many years. The hotel itself wasn’t bad in terms of cleanliness, location etc, it’s a typical Motel 6.

Good price clean and good area. This is my second time staying here,and will syay here on my next visit.

I absolutely hated the fact that the showers are small cubical-sized, and absolutely no b room for a larger individual the fully bathe. And on top of that, the TV couldn't even turn on. And the people who worked in the front, are super unfriendly, and seem overworked

Rooms with connecting doors are noisy - you can easily hear TVs and talking in adjacent rooms. No hairdryers in bathrooms and none at the front desk. Shower curtains falling off. Some of the other guests are very loud - shouting outside in middle of the night. People were smoking and drinking in a non-smoking room beside ours so we asked to be moved. People loitering on grounds.

I think this motel 6 is the best motel 6 they have in this Coachella valley I've been staying here for years now and I think the staff is excellent and I do appreciate how they do make you feel like you're at home sometimes I appreciate the staff here and I hope that they continue to do good work

The property was very easy to find which was nice. But, it was extremely basic, as there was no counter space in the bathroom to put anything on and no tissues provided.

We stayed for 5 nights. Our room was not cleaned, including no refresh of towels or garbages for the entire stay. There were constantly people loitering outside of our room. There were very noisy people above us. We did not feel safe. I am glad we did not bring it kids.
