Hotel in zona Walk of the Stars Palm Springs, Palm Springs

La posizione è ambigua e non ci sono molte strutture intorno e è un po' vecchia La stanza è buona e il servizio è buono. Il parcheggio è all'aperto. Non è buono ottenere 9 dollari per il parcheggio. Ma il prezzo è buono per una notte a un prezzo ragionevole. Volentieri di rimanere di nuovo sulla vostra prossima visita.

Mi prendo il tempo di scrivere questo recensione perché eravamo esitanti sul nostro soggiorno dato i negativi di seguito. Avevamo il miglior tempo al Ace. Le vibes a mezza settimana erano grandi, super bassi ospiti chiave. Grande tempo di piscina. Cosa c'era fuori era il cibo. Mangiamo colazione e pranzo ogni giorno e amavamo tutto quello che avevamo.Non posso raccomandare abbastanza l'Ace e non posso aspettare di tornare l'inverno prossimo.

La stanza è buona per i viaggiatori familiari e le strutture della piscina sono buone. La posizione è anche vicino al centro di Palm Springs, quindi è conveniente in molti modi.

Le persone sorprendenti mi fanno stare l'hotel per la mia famiglia, sono calde, amichevole, e quando si è dato la possibilità di fare il loro lavoro, portano oltre le aspettative. Il personale si rispetta molto e si gode di lavorare insieme da quello che ho visto. Ho soggiornato per una settimana con i miei figli e si sono resi come una proroga di casa. Il personale del colazione è sorprendente e merita la gratitudine quando mangia, perché mantiene le cose fluenti e sono sempre felici e disposti a partecipare alla conversazione non solo dare i saluti standardizzati. Il desk front ...1 su 5 stelle in performance e atteggiamento. Insegnando alla mia famiglia di trattare il desk come se stai soggiornando nella casa dei tuoi genitori o nonni. Le camere fanno un hotel ma il personale fa soggiorno Grazie ancora per tutto!!

Hotel was very new and it was nice. Staff was professional but the hotel was a little bit pricey at 250 US Dollars after tax. I think this hotel is very new so I guess I understand the justification for such a high price point. The hotel includes a decent breakfast and also has a swimming pool and did let us check in 1 hour early. My boyfriend's mother was surprised that I picked holiday in express but she was very pleased with my decision and we got two rooms. I would return there but have to think twice about dropping $250 US dollars. Must be cheaper in the summer and perhaps not on a weekend when there was something special in town. I got the Holiday Inn Express on this wonderful website and it was literally 100 US dollars per night per room cheaper. Thank you trip.com

The hotel is well situated n at the freeway but not so close you hear it. The hotel was clean and attractive lobby and dining area. The breakfast was good, options for everyone including vegetarians. The staff was very friendly and Isa at reception was a gem.

Abbiamo passato un piacevole viaggio all'hotel JW Wanhoo nel deserto.Il luogo e le camere sono grandi, sono adatto per i bambini e per tutta la famiglia a fare molte cose. È molto interessante guidare a bordo. Ci sono molte attività di intrattenimento nella piscina, soprattutto nei fine settimana. Il direttore generale Nusrat ha fatto il possibile per mostrare la grande buona volontà alla nostra famiglia.Ci divertiamo molto e speriamo di poter visitare di nuovo presto.

We enjoyed a spectacular, 7-night vacation at Marriott's Desert Springs Villas (Phase ONE), this month (June 2023). We received a warm, professional welcome from several staff members, upon our arrival, and the staff, throughout our stay, were warm, professional, gracious, efficient, and welcoming. Marriott's Desert Springs Villas ONE is an extremely well managed resort; at a variety of hours in the day, we'd often be in the same place, at the same time, and observe an army of Marriott Vacation Club employees, carrying out their duties with the consistency of a fine, Swiss timepiece. Marriott Desert Springs Villas is impeccably well maintained, and immaculate. In fact, I learned on this vacation at Marriott's Desert Springs Villas, that maintaining the resort to the level of perfection that Marriott Vacation Club does, is no small achievement, as I noticed some guests who seemingly made it a point to disrupt Marriott's best of intentions to keep the resort clean, well maintained, and orderly. There's always one! Our villa was a spacious, two-bedroom, two-bath villa, recently refurbished, and extremely comfortable. There is something to be said for the privilege of vacationing in a clean, well maintained, spacious villa, with a living room, dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, beautiful deck/patio, and washer and dryer. Our villa was remarkably quiet. The housekeeping and engineering staff were extremely responsive, kind, professional, and efficient. Concierge Donna and Jan are fabulous Ambassadors for the Marriott Vacation Club brand, as is their manager, a kind gentleman, whose name I’ve forgotten (I believe his name is Angel). They are kind, professional, and very knowledgeable about the Coachella Valley, and anything that you might want to do during your vacation. Little did we know that we'd be attending an ice hockey game (in June!) at the recently opened, Acrisure Arena, home to AHL hockey team, the Coachella Valley Firebirds, during our vacation. The Coachella Valley Firebirds made it to the playoffs/AHL Calder Cup Finals, during their first season (this year), and during our vacation. The arena is brand new, spacious, COLD (refreshing!), intuitive, and friendly. The (ice) hockey was great (in Palm Desert, go figure!). We used to frequent several restaurants at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort, many times during our 7 night vacation, and during our many years of vacationing at Marriott’s Desert Springs Villas (beside the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort), but, that came to an end, a few years ago, when the owners/management company of that hotel/resort, became sufficiently short-sided, and prohibited Marriott Desert Springs Villas ONE owners and guests from enjoying the hotel facilities (pools, spa, favorable rate on golf), 7 days a week (as used to be the case). Hence, we had not one meal at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort, Marriott’s loss of substantial revenue, not ours, as there are a myriad of excel
