È molto interessante guidare a bordo. Ci sono molte attività di intrattenimento nella piscina, soprattutto nei fine settimana. Il direttore generale Nusrat ha fatto il possibile per mostrare la grande buona volontà alla nostra famiglia.Ci divertiamo molto e speriamo di poter visitare di nuovo presto.

Abbiamo Walmart vicino per comprare un colazione e mangiare nella stanza. Il posto sbagliato è che dobbiamo pagare il parcheggio, e poi siamo andati ad un'altra Westin di Palm Spring per parcheggiare gratis.Non lasciare che il checkout tardivo 😌

Continuerò a venire qui per anni. Questa è la mia prima volta che vengo in una settimana di vacanza e è stata la migliore! Era tranquillo e tranquillo e un bel cambiamento di scena. Le persone che vengono a stare a Embarc sono sempre piacevole e amichevole anche. In generale, un luogo per garantire una vacanza piacevole. Tutto quello che ti serve è nella tua stanza, e se hai bisogno di cucina extra forniture non attrezzate in cucina, è solo una chiamata lontano dal desk front ...easy! Hanno forniture memorizzate lontano per mantenere igienico a causa di covid che si può controllare sul desk front, che sono divertenti da passare il tempo. Hanno forniture da tavolo da piscina, hockey aereo, palla da pique, basket e altro ancora. Puoi anche scegliere quale film da mostrare al loro teatro (uno deve fare)! Molto consigliare questo posto!!!!

We enjoyed a spectacular, 7-night vacation at Marriott's Desert Springs Villas (Phase ONE), this month (June 2023). We received a warm, professional welcome from several staff members, upon our arrival, and the staff, throughout our stay, were warm, professional, gracious, efficient, and welcoming. Marriott's Desert Springs Villas ONE is an extremely well managed resort; at a variety of hours in the day, we'd often be in the same place, at the same time, and observe an army of Marriott Vacation Club employees, carrying out their duties with the consistency of a fine, Swiss timepiece. Marriott Desert Springs Villas is impeccably well maintained, and immaculate. In fact, I learned on this vacation at Marriott's Desert Springs Villas, that maintaining the resort to the level of perfection that Marriott Vacation Club does, is no small achievement, as I noticed some guests who seemingly made it a point to disrupt Marriott's best of intentions to keep the resort clean, well maintained, and orderly. There's always one! Our villa was a spacious, two-bedroom, two-bath villa, recently refurbished, and extremely comfortable. There is something to be said for the privilege of vacationing in a clean, well maintained, spacious villa, with a living room, dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, beautiful deck/patio, and washer and dryer. Our villa was remarkably quiet. The housekeeping and engineering staff were extremely responsive, kind, professional, and efficient. Concierge Donna and Jan are fabulous Ambassadors for the Marriott Vacation Club brand, as is their manager, a kind gentleman, whose name I’ve forgotten (I believe his name is Angel). They are kind, professional, and very knowledgeable about the Coachella Valley, and anything that you might want to do during your vacation. Little did we know that we'd be attending an ice hockey game (in June!) at the recently opened, Acrisure Arena, home to AHL hockey team, the Coachella Valley Firebirds, during our vacation. The Coachella Valley Firebirds made it to the playoffs/AHL Calder Cup Finals, during their first season (this year), and during our vacation. The arena is brand new, spacious, COLD (refreshing!), intuitive, and friendly. The (ice) hockey was great (in Palm Desert, go figure!). We used to frequent several restaurants at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort, many times during our 7 night vacation, and during our many years of vacationing at Marriott’s Desert Springs Villas (beside the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort), but, that came to an end, a few years ago, when the owners/management company of that hotel/resort, became sufficiently short-sided, and prohibited Marriott Desert Springs Villas ONE owners and guests from enjoying the hotel facilities (pools, spa, favorable rate on golf), 7 days a week (as used to be the case). Hence, we had not one meal at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort, Marriott’s loss of substantial revenue, not ours, as there are a myriad of excel

La sera siamo arrivati esauriti da un volo di otto ore. Il personale del desk front era molto utile, ma abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare la nostra stanza! La proprietà è molto grande. Quando entravamo nella stanza non ci sentivamo proprio come se fosse un piacevole soggiorno. La stanza era un po' piccola. Tuttavia, quando ci svegliamo, ci eravamo alzati dal bellissimo ambiente. I terreni erano immacolati e era così tranquillo e bello!! La stanza era un po' piccola, ma la pulizia e la zona di patio sono state fatte per questo. Il letto era estremamente comodo, e era così tranquillo là!! I miei nipoti hanno visitato e hanno avuto così tanto divertimento nella piscina riscaldata dei bambini!!! Hanno anche una palla che alimentava i cani e saliva sulla grande tartaruga, sulla strada e sull'iguana! Questo è un terribile soggiorno per coloro che desiderano rilassarsi. Siamo molto grati al personale che era così amichevole, e fare un lavoro così meraviglioso per mantenere così bene questa immensa proprietà. Se sta cercando un tempo selvaggio non sarebbe per voi. Se stai cercando un riposo pacifico da questo momento difficile della storia, questo è il posto!!

Il personale era molto amichevole e utile. Il colazione era fresco e caldo ogni mattina. Camere da letto pulite e spaziose. I bambini godevano il tempo della piscina che era complimentato con il non caldo tempo. Bella posizione non lontano dai negozi locali. Walmart, Costco e ristoranti a poche miglia da qui, che lo hanno fatto rapidamente prendere un po' di mangiare e rilassarsi.

Hotel was very new and it was nice. Staff was professional but the hotel was a little bit pricey at 250 US Dollars after tax. I think this hotel is very new so I guess I understand the justification for such a high price point. The hotel includes a decent breakfast and also has a swimming pool and did let us check in 1 hour early. My boyfriend's mother was surprised that I picked holiday in express but she was very pleased with my decision and we got two rooms. I would return there but have to think twice about dropping $250 US dollars. Must be cheaper in the summer and perhaps not on a weekend when there was something special in town. I got the Holiday Inn Express on this wonderful website and it was literally 100 US dollars per night per room cheaper. Thank you trip.com

Il viaggio è stato solo. È stato un soggiorno in un alloggio in Florida e è stata una buona esperienza. L'arrivo è stato accolto da un amichevole ricevitore. Indirizzata alla stanza e con una mappa, mi ha spiegato tutte le comodità e anche i dettagli sulle navette del festival, ecc. La stanza era nel blocco 1 sul pavimento. Bella e grande con un letto matrimoniale e zona cucina. Il bagno era fantastico e pulito. Molto buona dimensione. Le porte del patio portano a un patio molto piccolo che ha ignorato il corso d'oro. Molti buggi d'oro guidato tutto il giorno, bussando intorno alla stanza così ci’era privacy. Letto era comodo. Camera pulita. utensili da cucina limitati. Nessuna caldaia. Piscina era bella e pulita. DJ ha iniziato alle 10 per i goers del festival che era la maggior parte degli ospiti dell'hotel. La colazione era di base ma buona. Le piastre di carta e le forbici di plastica solo. Anche la possibilità di prendere la colazione via la tua camera. La gente è davvero amichevole e saluta tutti. In generale, consiglierei pienamente questo posto per la coachella o per un soggiorno generale.

We booked three nights, stayed only two. It was a special birthday weekend for my wife. We booked Comfort Suites because we thought it was top end for Choice Hotels. It was one of our worst experiences in traveling for more than 60 years. To start with, the breakfast was terrible. There never was a complete breakfast. Eggs but out of bacon. The next day, just the opposite. Sugar free syrup for a waffle was like water. Tried cereal - no milk, just two empty containers. When I finally found someone to get the milk,it took forever for him to do it. No bread for toast, except for two pieces of stale bread in the tray. The worst part was the heating and air conditioning unit. We are both in our mid 80s and like it warmer than most. Set the AC for 75 and it kept reverting back to somewhere between 67 or 72. After the first night of getting up frequently to either turn the unit on or off ,manually to try to maintain a comfortable (their maintenance person was off that day and they had no one else to fix it) temperature, we finally decided to end our stay after two nights. Since we had used some reward points for a better room rate, the front desk person said we had to call Choice to get it changed and refunded. I called Choice and was told they would not refund the last, unused night money, but would refund the rewards. Big deal. After this experience, I wouldn’t stay in a choice hotel again if it was free. Other minor nuisances were there was only one small towel bar near the sink. None for the tub. No guide for the television, you just had to surf channels in hopes of finding something worthwhile. We tried to stick it out for the third night since we couldn’t get a refund but common sense prevailed and we went home after two nights. The clerk offered us a different room but odds were it would be the same and then there was the lousy breakfast. Home now in a comfortable temperature and looking forward to a breakfast tomorrow that won’t remind me of the bivouac meals that I had in the service. I’ve been traveling for over 60 years and can’t remember a worse experience. And $527 plus reward points for three nights of torture.

Questo hotel è molto nuovo, l'hardware è buono, ma le camere sono piccole. C'è Wal-Mart sul lato, a tempo pieno. Due grandi supermercati. Ci sono molti piccoli ristoranti come Pizza Hut, ecc. Hotel was very new and it was nice. Staff was professional but the hotel was a little bit pricey at 250 US Dollars after tax. I think this hotel is very new so I guess I understand the justification for such a high price point. The hotel includes a decent breakfast and also has a swimming pool and did let us check in 1 hour early. My boyfriend's mother was surprised that I picked holiday in express but she was very pleased with my decision and we got two rooms. I would return there but have to think twice about dropping $250 US dollars. Must be cheaper in the summer and perhaps not on a weekend when there was something special in town. I got the Holiday Inn Express on this wonderful website and it was literally 100 US dollars per night per room cheaper. Thank you trip.com

Inoltre l'illuminazione della stanza in sé non è molto buona. Solo un po' a disagio. La pressione dell'acqua nell'altra stanza era molto bassa e il bagno era molto scomodo. La colazione in questo hotel è molto buona. Anche durante l'epidemia. I tipi di cibo senza contatto forniti sono molto più di quelli dei normali hotel.

Continuerò a venire qui per anni. Questa è la mia prima volta che vengo in una settimana di vacanza e è stata la migliore! Era tranquillo e tranquillo e un bel cambiamento di scena. Le persone che vengono a stare a Embarc sono sempre piacevole e amichevole anche. In generale, un luogo per garantire una vacanza piacevole. Tutto quello che ti serve è nella tua stanza, e se hai bisogno di cucina extra forniture non attrezzate in cucina, è solo una chiamata lontano dal desk front ...easy! Hanno forniture memorizzate lontano per mantenere igienico a causa di covid che si può controllare sul desk front, che sono divertenti da passare il tempo. Hanno forniture da tavolo da piscina, hockey aereo, palla da pique, basket e altro ancora. Puoi anche scegliere quale film da mostrare al loro teatro (uno deve fare)! Molto consigliare questo posto!!!!

We enjoyed a spectacular, 7-night vacation at Marriott's Desert Springs Villas (Phase ONE), this month (June 2023). We received a warm, professional welcome from several staff members, upon our arrival, and the staff, throughout our stay, were warm, professional, gracious, efficient, and welcoming. Marriott's Desert Springs Villas ONE is an extremely well managed resort; at a variety of hours in the day, we'd often be in the same place, at the same time, and observe an army of Marriott Vacation Club employees, carrying out their duties with the consistency of a fine, Swiss timepiece. Marriott Desert Springs Villas is impeccably well maintained, and immaculate. In fact, I learned on this vacation at Marriott's Desert Springs Villas, that maintaining the resort to the level of perfection that Marriott Vacation Club does, is no small achievement, as I noticed some guests who seemingly made it a point to disrupt Marriott's best of intentions to keep the resort clean, well maintained, and orderly. There's always one! Our villa was a spacious, two-bedroom, two-bath villa, recently refurbished, and extremely comfortable. There is something to be said for the privilege of vacationing in a clean, well maintained, spacious villa, with a living room, dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, beautiful deck/patio, and washer and dryer. Our villa was remarkably quiet. The housekeeping and engineering staff were extremely responsive, kind, professional, and efficient. Concierge Donna and Jan are fabulous Ambassadors for the Marriott Vacation Club brand, as is their manager, a kind gentleman, whose name I’ve forgotten (I believe his name is Angel). They are kind, professional, and very knowledgeable about the Coachella Valley, and anything that you might want to do during your vacation. Little did we know that we'd be attending an ice hockey game (in June!) at the recently opened, Acrisure Arena, home to AHL hockey team, the Coachella Valley Firebirds, during our vacation. The Coachella Valley Firebirds made it to the playoffs/AHL Calder Cup Finals, during their first season (this year), and during our vacation. The arena is brand new, spacious, COLD (refreshing!), intuitive, and friendly. The (ice) hockey was great (in Palm Desert, go figure!). We used to frequent several restaurants at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort, many times during our 7 night vacation, and during our many years of vacationing at Marriott’s Desert Springs Villas (beside the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort), but, that came to an end, a few years ago, when the owners/management company of that hotel/resort, became sufficiently short-sided, and prohibited Marriott Desert Springs Villas ONE owners and guests from enjoying the hotel facilities (pools, spa, favorable rate on golf), 7 days a week (as used to be the case). Hence, we had not one meal at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort, Marriott’s loss of substantial revenue, not ours, as there are a myriad of excel

Il personale era molto amichevole e utile. Il colazione era fresco e caldo ogni mattina. Camere da letto pulite e spaziose. I bambini godevano il tempo della piscina che era complimentato con il non caldo tempo. Bella posizione non lontano dai negozi locali. Walmart, Costco e ristoranti a poche miglia da qui, che lo hanno fatto rapidamente prendere un po' di mangiare e rilassarsi.
