Finalmente in Grecia abbiamo trovato una struttura che si prende cura del cliente e gli fa provare un'esperienza eccellente, e addirittura oltre le aspettative. 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 Partiamo dall'accoglienza: due bei sorrisoni ad accoglierci e prendere con attenzione le valigie per poi presentarci al nostro referente della reception che, senza fretta, prima di prendere i documenti e farci fare il check in, ci ha fatti accomodare con amore, dato il benvenuto senza stress . Ci ha dato ogni informazione possibile, non in piedi, ma in un bellissimo salottino a bordo piscina; ha portato lui i documenti per registrarli al desk senza farci aspettare in piedi , e poi uno dei due sorrisoni incontrati all'arrivo ci ha accompagnati in camera con garbo e gentilezza. 𝐏𝐈𝐒𝐂𝐈𝐍𝐀 𝐌𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐕𝐈𝐆𝐋𝐈𝐎𝐒𝐀 𝐄𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐨 𝐖𝐎𝐖 Entriamo in camera: climatizzazione perfetta, luce, pulizia, frutta fresca, formaggi e qualche stuzzichino di benvenuto, acqua e vino oltre un ottimo prosecco e una buonissima torta per augurarci una buona luna di miele 𝐈 𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐥𝐢 La camera era provvista di ogni cosa necessaria dalla macchinetta Nespresso, al bollitore d'acqua, ad un frigo bar degno di essere chiamato tale, alla dotazione di un super ferro con asse da stiro e phon professionale , all'ombrello in caso di pioggia, e altre cose solite ( ciabattine, pulisci scarpe, cassaforte, vanity kit, ecc), una bilancia pesa persone e per finire una bellissima scatola contenente altre cose come block notes ecc. Una nuvola.. quello più comodo di tutta la mia vita con tanto di cartoncino con la spiegazione sulla tipologia di materasso e cuscini, ec Tutto lo staff sorridente, gentile, preparato mai invadenti ma sempre presenti. Tutto pulito e in ordine. 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐳𝐢 Colazione super, la migliore di sempre: mi hanno conquistata con il porridge e con ogni cosa uno potesse desiderare per colazione. Su ogni cibo era scritta l'indicazione, gli ingredienti, gli allergeni, vegan, ecc ecc.( cosa che dovrebbero fare tutti gli alberghi). Musica dal vivo scelta con cura e attenzione in base al target e all'orario. Sdraio della piscina e della spiaggia super comodi e attrezzati per chiamare il cameriere con un tap... App o Qr code su ogni tavolino dove poter monitorare ogni cosa , dai menù dei beach bar alla SPA, tutto... e ogni costo specificato in trasparenza. Istruttore di yoga, pilates e fitness che personalizzava l'allenamento in base a come vedeva il livello di preparazione. Ogni cosa super pensata, curata, messa al posto giusto. Sorrisi l'ho già detto ma una cosa che pur dovendo essere scontata purtroppo non si trova più facilmente.. Beautiful 5 star resort 1,5h from Thessaloniki Airport. Went there in off season, so it was a bit more quiet :-) big rooms, cozy beds, all kinds of soft or supporting pillows. Amazing buffet mornings and evenings with breathtaking variety and absolutely delicious dishes in perfect cleanliness and style. Super soft towels. Amazing pools, super clean beach. Friendly and helpful staff. It’s surely helpful to have a car if you want to explore the surroundings, if not there’s a free transfer included from the airport. Beautiful, big resort, top cleanliness and service. Own app for better overview (sports, entertainment, etc). You can even place your extra wishes (e.g. house keeping) over WhatsApp. Very modern design, rooms in soft beach’s colours. If anything was disturbing, then it has been the majority of the guests wasting this delicious food disrespectful without a thought in big style. What a shame. No minus point for the resort though :-)))

The location of the hotel is great, as you walk out of th rear of the hotel straight onto the shingle beach. There were plenty of sunbeds available still at noon and should they all be used/reserved, then there were plentry stacked up on the sides, so you could grab one and plop it on the beach somehere. You could etiher pop up to the pool bar to get drinks or there were staff wondering through the beds and you could order them straight to your bed. The sea was crystal clear, but beach/sea shoes are advised due to the pebbles/rocks underfoot. There was a watersports hut next door on the beach, where you could hire boats, paddleboards, donots, jet ski's etc. We cannot comment on the pool as we did ot use it, as looked a tad shady for us and we would prefer the sea. The hotel is a 10 min walk (slightly longer for us as I walk very slow) to the village. We were expecting a small village judging previous reviews, but IMO it was a small town rather than village. It had plenty of shops, places to eat and drink and really came alive after 6pm. The staff at the hotel are amazing and so hard working and go out of their way to to help. The pool/beach towel hire service was great and saved on additional luggage. Just a 10 euro deposit per towel and returned upon leaving. YOu could change the towels as often as you liked. The grounds of the hotel were lovely as was the Reception area. Ok, now the not so good bits.......... It is NOT 5 star! We wanted location (which we got) and luxury (which we did not get). I have stayed in Greece before and it was on par with a 3 star hotel, definately not a 4 or above. The reasons I state this is that the hotel website boasts it has a spa, nightclub and is ultra all inclusive. Neither of these is correct. There is no spa or nightclub and definately not ultra all inclusive. The mini bar in room was only filled with alcohlic drinks one (which I had to ask twice for on arrival), the snacks were only cake/bread, not good if you are gluten and sugar intolerant like myself, there was no frut on offer as snacks, only at main meal times and the hotel make it clear that you are NOT allowed to remove ANY food from the restaurant. The food in general was mediocre, with al the protien ( plain meat and fish well over cooked and dry) and of 3 star quality and rather repetative. We made it our decision to eat out towards the end of the week. The boiled eggs at breakfast were a lifesaver though. Tui state it has a bar and cafe, but the only one availabe is the pool bar. They also state they have bicycle hire, which they do not. There is no TV lounge either as stated. In additin to this, the rooms (we had 323) were tired, with furniture scratched/worn. The fixed shower head was full of limescale/rust. I don;t even want to think about the bedspread, as these clearly weren't changed/laundered inbetween guest stays. Based on our stay, if we had paid for 3 star, we would have been pleased as that is what it is. To pay what we paid
