Young lad very helpful when checked in offered help to take luggage to room If you struggle with mobility ask lower floor as lots stairs up to top floor small corridors Woken up 1am by people in the street on way back from pubs Friday night not hotels fault but that's problem with hotel being on a side street The corridor light kept coming on shining under the bedroom door and people shutting doors make noise Bed lovely and comfortable and room lovely and clean can't complain Seagulls on the roof every night so loud The second night was even worse for noise I had about an hours sleep due to people outside street and seagulls on roof! I know the hotel can't control this but not an ideal location The staff are lovely , especially the lady at breakfast Breakfast sausages were poor but rest was ok It's more of a B&B than a hotel If I could get a full nights sleep I would stay again

Not all bad but if you're hoping to enjoy the spa I'd advise you to go elsewhere. Small. Grimy, sweaty. Not a member of staff in sight. Had to wait for a club member to let me in then when I realised there were no spa towels I had to return to reception to get one. Didn't actually use it as looking at the other spa facilities - or should I say lack of them, I didn't bother. The ridiculously over heated pool had no shower.nthere was ONE down stairs in a cubby hole next to the steam room. I didn't fancy swimming in a dirty pool any more than I fancied the cupboard sized steam room that was so chlorinated people came out crying. On the positive side, room was big enough, nice sea view, comfy bed. Room could have been cleaner though. Cobwebs in the bathroom. We booked a dinner b&b. It was an ok dinner, nothing special but restaurant staff good and a hearty well cooked breakfast. Would I go again? Maybe when I'm 90.

A modern, clean and friendly waterfront hotel chain. Amazing value, booked through ”Secret Escapes.” A very pleasant and bright dining area with a nautical theme for a buffet breakfast with impressive choices. Our seaview double bedroom was perfect for a short break with a decent en suite. Ironing board and iron provided, plenty of storage. On the negative side, the architect didn't include balconies to fully benefit from the waterfront position and you cannot open the windows for fresh air. Curiously only one armchair provided in a room for two people. Surely you would expect two for the view? A second chair was graciously provided and delivered on request but oddly came as a surprise to reception. 🇬🇧🇳🇿

Stayed as part of a coach party. Hotels catering for coach parties, 3 coaches in on my visit, sometimes fail to deliver. Whilst on arrival it took almost 40 minutes for keys to be issued and luggage delivered to my room, considering the limited number of staff available and another coach had just arrived, it was acceptable, complimentary tea and coffee on offer. My room a twin, had everthing I needed although would probably be on the small side if two people were staying. The bathroom was functional if compact but the shower was terrific, plenty of hot water. A large TV and ample storage space. The evening Meal was exceptional, no pre ordering here, everything brought to your table, Each coach party was allocated a slot,although as the week progressed this was very flexible. The restaurant manager was 5 star, never seen anybody deal with service, staff, customers like that, well done. Breakfast was equally slick, all you had to do was ask and tea coffee toast jams would appear. No cold food here. The entertainment started with Bingo followed by the nights guest, again all very good. Any niggles, lift was small and at busy times overstretched, the building is old and corridors reflect this. Overall this was a 5 star experience in a 3 star hotel.

Vengo come un viaggiatore solitario per trovare una pace. La mia camera unica è stata migliorata e immacolata. Il letto era così comodo e la dimensione della camera era eccellente. L'intera decorazione dell'hotel era così invitante e tranquillo. Mio marito si unì a me, che non era un problema che apprezzo sinceramente; il cibo era un ottimo standard e una vasta scelta era disponibile; non ho usato il servizio bar, ma l’area sembrava così rilassante come l’area del giardino. I nostri ospiti erano molto amici e si sono spinti oltre e oltre le mie aspettative. Non potevo fallire l'hotel e consiglierei ai miei amici e alla mia famiglia.

This was our first stay at this travelodge and as soon as we arrived a bright and smiling young lady greeted us. the young lady with blonde hair ( didn't get her name ) was extremely helpful and nothing seemed rushed or inconvenient. Our room had a lovely view of the beach.the room was lovely and clean,the bed was really comfortable. This hotel has a bar/cafe which we didn't use. The other members of staff that stood out was another lady with blonde hair and the two young men on the night shift. I will definitely be returning to this hotel. These members of staff are a credit to your hotel
