Location is fine. Stay is good cant say excellent because this stay doesn't has any restaurant or hotels which might me a hassle. No hot water issue, everything fine. Clean rooms and clean bathrooms.

Major issue of this hotel is related to hygeine. Fan working high speed only. Mosquito are in room. Bad also not clear.

Good location. Near from bus stand & bangalore highway. Rooms are neat & clean with 24 hours hot water. Overall good experience.

Location of property was good. But room & other amenities was very poor. Dth cable was disconnected & room was not much value for monet paid.

Good hotel with great service they have room with ac and balcony all services downstairs the waiters get things food is good

Local: on a busy street with loads of traffic noise. Food: didn't try
amenities: poor. No tolletories other than small medimix soap and towels. Service: i had to supervise the housekeeping person to ensure the room was swept and dusted. Looks like the room was not un use for quite some days. It was namesake exec room. Tv settop box missing. After installing one it didn't work properly. The phone was not working. I had to call the reception using my cellphone.

Location is bit confusing. Room was ok. However, the way to reach the reception is like zigzag puzzle. Since i was a first time traveller with family have gone by the existing reviews. Good for a overnight business stay.

Dirty bed, dirty balkany, hot water not available, third class hotel. Bad experience, please don't stray. It's only 400- 500 rs room. We pay high amount.

Rooms are clean and nit, air-conditioning was good, toilet was very well cleaned
