Cozy and clean, recommended!! Swimming pool just amazing!!

The room was good but the closet door couldn't be closed. The menus of dinner and breakfast taste unsatisfied and lack of variations. Cleanliness needs to improve The view of the beach was beautiful

Me and my family enjoy the stay and the food is also good.. unfortunately the weather in December is bad overall 8/10 point.

This is very nice hotel actually and has a strategic location inside the tourist destination. However, there are lots of things that this hotel should improve. First, the room facilities is kinda old and the bathroom is not flushing well. The pipe of AC is broken and the water is leakage the whole night and really annoyed. The room is not well maintained and not clean enough for the price I paid IDR 1.250.000 a night. The food is so so, everyday I have the same menus. I am so disappointed with the pavilion room 528. The facilities outside my room as swimming pools, restaurant, free bike are OK. In short, I am disappointed with the room I had this time. The trip.com should be responsible as well since you are just sucking the money without knowing what your customers really feels.

Cakep sekali hotelnya karena ada private beach yg kalau pagi ada pantainya (ombak sampai ke pasir putih) tapi kalau sore airnya surut sehingga banyk koralnya. Sunsetnya juga cantik sekali. Kekirangannya hanya saat kmrn mau cekin, padahal kami sudah minta di duluxe double bed, tapi dapatnya twin bed, dan akhirnya hanya digabung saja kasurnya. Bukan dg pemindahan kamar. Air panas di kamar juga sempat tidak bisa nyala. Meski begitu staffnya san*** responsif dan ramah. Untuk makanan breakfeast dan room service nya perlu ditingkatkan lagi fresh nya. Dengan harga yg ditawarkan dan yg di dapat sangat sesuai. Terimakasih

Hotelnya bersih , voewnya cakep, fasilitas lengkap, ramah . Sarapan nya enak banyak varian menu. Lokasi dekat area wisata , akses mudah,

Hotelnya enak, nyaman, tenang, Makanannya juga enak. Anak saya bisa main di pasir pantai sepuasnya, kolam renang nya pun enak, nggak terlalu bau kaporit. Cuman kasurnya aja yg kayak nya perlu ganti karna pegas nya udh agak cekung. Overall masih nyaman utk di ulang kembali. Makasih ya.

Harga sesuai dengan fasilitas yg didapat. Sangat rekomended

Pricey..waiting almost 1 hour untill 3pm i can checkin my room, and also waiting almost 1 hour i can checkout my room, bad service, toilet is old, breakfast and diner so so..the hot water very bad, waiting 10minutes. Regret staying at this tanjung kodok beach resort
