Cleanliness was good but my major complaint is that they did not tell us that the air is not working so when we got into our room, it was 80° and all we had was a small window to prop open. Went down to the front desk to see about moving rooms and we weren’t able to do they have us a box fan to put in front of the window for circulation. The next day we saw so many other patrons have box fans as well so this is an entire building issue. We luckily had a colder day the next day and kept our window open to keep the room cool but I was very angry about not being informed of the air not working or the front desk people not offering to take some money off of our stay.

Staff are friendly. No cleanliness issues. Smells clean, but not offensively so. Fitness room was standard but nice and clean. Breakfast was fine as well. Had hot food and not just cereal and toast. Shower had good water pressure. Indoor pool looked nice, but never visited it.
It is an older building but maintained from what I could tell. The tile in the bathroom was cold but clean. My only complaint is that adjusting the thermostat didn't seem to make a difference as the room was very cold. I just shut it off so it wouldn't blow cold air into the room as I was barely in the room except sleeping and getting ready for a workshop.
I plan to stay here in the future if I'm ever in the area.

Plus- convenient to interstate, staff was friendly
Negative- parking very limited, older hotel toilet and tub extremely low to ground, no AC was told they couldnt run heater and AC so we had to have window open entire trip (they did offer a box fan but we declined) worst part was the smell in the hallways and elevators. It may have been cleaning supplies but it was extremely potent and sometimes smelt burnt.

We booked a two night stay. I understand Eco friendly and wanting to be green, but I also think that it is a common courtesy for them to ask if you want housekeeping or not. We had to ask for towels for night two.

This was one of my worse stays that I just had to deal with and just not cause more of an issue after switching rooms. We had a late check in and had to get up early. The room was hot and the AC didn’t work and the phone kept making a noise. Calling the front desk but they offered us a fan or try another room. We chose to try another room but the room stayed hot 75-80 degrees all night. So no sleep at this stay here….

This was a very nice place to stay. I and my granddaughters had a quiet, safe night. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Even though we didn’t eat breakfast it looked great.

The room was adequate but the bathroom and sink area were tiny and hard to maneuver around in. The bed was comfortable. However, there was no TV guide and I am really tired of trying to figure out the remote control(s) in each hotel room in which I stay. Breakfast was good but boring. Housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly. I probably would not stay here again.

The heat didn’t work the first night, staff wasn’t friendly. The pool was the best experience. The hot tub didn’t work.
