Very fantastic hotel with all facilities like gym, swimming pool, hamam, masaj, etc. neat and clean. Reception very nice and helpful.

We came to this hotel today morning. The reception staff was angry. He didn’t say welcome and spoke with us very aggressively. For the first time in our lives, we see such behavior of the front desk staff in five-star hotel.Our friends recommend this hotel for us. But unfortunately we cannot recommend to anyone. I am writing this review because I would like to inform management this hotel about bad behavior of the front desk staff.

This hotel has 5 stars but I cannot understand how they got these stars. The rooms, main and a la carte restaurant is very dirty. When I checked in to the room, there was a dead bug in the shower floor, there were stains in the side tables of the bed. The room was cleaned very badly. During breakfast, I saw a waiter pouring back the waste water to the tank of the tea machine. The tables of a la carte restaurant were nearly never cleaned. I was seeing the same dirty table cloth from the day before when I go there next day. And about covid precautions, even the manager of the hotel was walking in the lobby without wearing a mask, so don't expect them to ask guests to wear a mask. So, it was my worst hotel experience and I felt uncomfortable about the cleanliness and covid every second I spent there. One last thing, please look at the photos I uploaded. I ordered the beef looking at the photo in the menu but a plate is served with 2 so small beef pieces with no sauce but with the liquid coming out of the meat and fries instead of baked potatoes. The price was also ridiculously high for these toooooo small pieces.

Oteli uygun fiyatı icin tercih ettik Kahvaltı standart açık büfe tost yada omlet imkanı yoktu kapalı otopark mevcut odalar ferah temizdi kapalı havuz ve spa bölümü ücretliydi.tek gece konaklama için ideal personel ilgiliydi yardimci oldular

Неплохой, тихий пятизвёздочный отель с бассейном и хамамом в Сакарье. Хороший номер, чисто, тихо, есть чайник, питьевая вода, гель для душа и шампунь, что соответствует уровню. Персонал говорит по-английски. Завтрак вполне себе нормальный, хороший выбор всего. Большой холл, в котором постоянный запах цветов. Конечно он немного бьёт в голову, но в целом приятно. Думаю, что если работа отправит в этот город ещё раз, ничего придумывать не буду, а остановлюсь здесь.

Yorumumum görünmesi için yüksek puan verdim bu otel aracılığı ile dolandirildik 30 aralık 2021 tarihinde yıldız tilbe konserine bilet almıştık otelin yönlendirdiği organizasyon şirketi aracılığı ile bir hafta öncesinden iptal etmek istediğimizi söyledik ve bize ödemiş olduğumuz 3. 000 tl'nin 30 aralık günü iade yapılacağını söylediler anca iade işlemi olmadı sonrasında en geç 03 ocak 2022 tarihinde ödemenin gerçekleşeceğini söylediler lakin yine ödememiz yapılmadı otel ile iletişime geçtiğimizde bizim organizasyon şirketi ile bağımız yok sorumluluk almıyoruz diye söylediler lakin şirkete otel aracılığı ile ulaştık ve haftalardır paramızı almak için uğraşıyoruz.

Odaları tertemiz, sıcak ve bahce manzarası harika. Seyahat dönüşü dinlenmek için uğradık. Eşim ve arkadaşlarımız ile kaldığımız bu otelden çok memnun ayrıldık.Sabah kahvaltısı daha önceki kaldıgım otellerden cok daha güzeldi. Kahvaltı yelpazesi çok genişti.

4.2.2022 tarihinde ailece 2 yetişkin 2 çocuk standart odada konaklama yaptık.660tl oda ücreti ödedik.Fiyat performans olarak ***et başarılı ama oda inanılmaz küçük.5 yıldızlı bir otel odası hissi vermiyor.Spa merkezinde çalışan arkadaş biraz heyecanlı :) Sizin konuşmanıza hiç fırsat vermiyor,bence biraz eğitim alması şart.Hamam,havuz,buhar odası genel olarak ıslak alanlar temizdi.Tavsiye ederim.
