日式一户建的房子，位置很偏遠，我入住的房間是日式的，開始告訴我同一寢室是男的，我還不太滿意。結果那人沒來，我一個人住一間，很好。但是隔音超級差，隔壁房間老頭**都能聽到。晚上服務員在外面打掃還是裝修房子特別吵，大半夜的。房子環境還不錯，可以做飯，有冰箱

Mi è piaciuto davvero stare qui. Ho lasciato la stazione JR di Otaru e l'hotel è, lungo la strada. La stanza era pulita e funzionale. Ero al 9° piano e la vista della finestra era un grande bonus. Ci sono un po' di merda, ma l'ho perso a causa della mancanza di tempo. L'hotel è vicino al canale e alle negozi e devo menzionare il Mercato Triangolare. , dove ho avuto uno dei miei migliori pasti - pesce grigliato. Controlla la mia vista della finestra. Questa è una buona base per esplorare i famosi negozi e mangiare buona cibo marino.

Location of the hotel was good! It was right between otaru station and the otaru canel. Plenty of dining options just a stone throw away from the hotel. Our room was very cosy and clean. The front desk staffs were always so friendly and smiley whenever we passed by them. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you!

Private room was good, bathrooms outside the room and shower rooms on 2/F. My neighbors were noisy slamming the doors every time they went in and out; talking loud so I didn’t sleep well. Ok if you’re used to sharing space otherwise regular hotel may be better.

Il giorno che abbiamo controllato è il giorno b4 del compleanno del mio hubby, ho chiesto di fare alcune decorazioni semplici o solo un messaggio di compleanno per lui. Hotel ha respinto la mia richiesta, ma alla fine hanno messo un messaggio di compleanno stampato su tavolo. Grazie.
Hanno parcheggio privato che non è gratuito e prenotato 1500 yen per auto per notte. Tuttavia, sono molto direttamente a chiedere di spostare fuori auto alle 11 il giorno dopo non nemmeno pieno spazio libero, non permettere di rimanere. Molto pietà.
La camera dell'hotel sembrava bella, ma la luce non era sufficiente per le signore per prepararsi.
Poiché non c'è camera da letto doppia, abbiamo chiesto all'hotel di mettere insieme 2 letti e l'hotel ha confermato ma non ha finalmente organizzato.
Abbiamo visto Youtuber consigliato un buon colazione, ma in realtà è solo un buon colazione, non un dovere da provare.

We love this hotel, overall everything was so good. Everything is digital and chic.
I believe Hoshino Resorts is really setting up a good standard.
The only thing I would complain is the car park, limited space right outside of the hotel only. There is a car park next door but it was very icy and during our stay so we had a rough time moving the luggage to the hotel. It would have been nice, if we know this in advance.

The staff at the reception speaks fluent English, which is good. Sth dramatic happened after I checked in. Somehow my suitcase cannot be unlocked,though I knew the key number. So I had to call reception for help, luckily they do have the tool to open the suitcase, but I was told to wait because someone else were using it and I was supposed to be called after the reception got the tool. Waited whole night long, with no phone call, and had to check out the next morning with my broken suitcase. So if you find your suitcase cannot be opened, go find reception immediately or u might not get the chance to use the tool, haha

Il personale indiano è molto brutto e irritante. Non abbiamo fatto nulla, ma sono minacciati come persone dal continente. Solo i bambini sotto i 6 CAN STAY FOR FREE!!! Abbiamo prenotato due camere con 2 piccoli letti matrimoniali ma dobbiamo pagare all'arrivo per i nostri bambini di 8 anni, come lei è considerata adulta. Qualunque sia la necessità di aggiungere letti o non devi ancora pagare ...
Dovresti dichiarare chiaramente che il bambino è considerato adulto nella tua politica. Ho prenotato più di 10 hotel e tu sei l'unico hotel problema 🤢

FFahimnazeriI chose this guesthouse for its proximity to the train station and great value for the money, and I'm so glad I did! Even though it's a bit far from Sapporo city, the short 2-minute walk to the train station made getting around a breeze. The unit had everything I needed, including a washing machine and cooking essentials, which really made my stay comfortable. I definitely plan to book this guesthouse again for my next winter trip!

UUtente ospite臨時定的，本來想住在小樽站附近，但周邊酒店全部漲價超級誇張。後面看這家店價格可以，尤其房間面積有40平，和日本酒店房間面積相比超級大了，想着也就一夜，試試吧。結果物超所值！！！！
首先：地理位置，距離水族館步行800米。
其次：房間真的超級乾淨！！！佈置超級有格調，傢俱還是金絲楠木的，還贈送牛奶和麪包。
最後：老闆真的超級好，店長也超級好！！都是中國人，女主人還説衹接待攜程上的中國人同時不會出現旺季漲價的情況，想讓在異國他鄉的我們有家的感覺，還陪着我們一起過除夕。其實一開始到札幌對北海道挺失望的，但是這個民宿讓我們有了想留在小樽的感覺，真的讓我們在異國他鄉感受到了家的温暖，尤其是在除夕夜這個對於中國人來説非常獨特的日子。我一定還會再去祝津山莊！！！

UUtente ospiteWe absolutely loved this ryokan experience! Stayed for 2d1n as a couple and absolutely loved the place! We booked the room with the private onsen and it was a lovely small space on the 2nd floor we could enjoy privately. The onsen is not too big, maybe 1.5 x 1.5 meters, but it was spacious for the two of us. We also found out that you can book a 45 minute slot for a separate private onsen for about ¥2200, which we may have done instead, had we known about it before booking. The japanese-style room was comfortable and had the usual amenities provided, alongside other nice additions like lotions and creams. The staff helped us to set up our futon (japanese-style bed) after dinner, and it was overall a very comfortable experience. The staff are super friendly and service was incredible.
We got the dinner and breakfast package and the food was excellent. We had to choose both the dinner slot in advance, and it is first-come-first-serve. Dinner was served to us in the room over 1.5h and was a really amazing 12-course meal with instructions on the eating order. Breakfast was more standard, but still nice, we took it in the dining hall.
The lounge is open till 10pm and we could take drinks and refreshment freely, including some small snacks and soft drinks. But they stop serving beer at 9pm. The onsens also have mini-fridges with free popsicles. There is also an outside area you can access from 3pm - 9pm that serves hot coffee and wine, with free marshmallows you can roast on the outside firepit. It was really nice.
The garden is by far the nicest part of the hotel, it is really big and well decorated, with many nice places for photos and to enjoy a hot drink from the lounge. The space is quite large and might take about 20 minutes to fully explore.
The only downside I can think of is that the location is quite hard to access. We chose to get to and from the ryokan by taxi, but there is also a shuttle bus service, from what I understand. When we arrived, the reception told us that there would be a shuttle bus leaving at 10:45 to Otaruchikko station. We still ended up requesting a taxi from the front desk though, which they were happy to help us book (I couldn't get any taxis by cab in the location).
Overall a really amazing stay that we would absolutely recommend. The price tag might seem high for a ”3 star” hotel, but the ranking is deceptive, we absolutely had a 5 star experience. Cheers!

KKVaiIt’s around 13 minutes walk from JR Otaru Station, if you have luggage, just get a taxi to go there, only take around 5 minutes. This hotel is just too cute, a vintage vibe, lovely welcome drinks in classical lobby. My room is for single person, small but it’s fine. Japanese breakfast is amazing. You can have a canal view while you’re having breakfast. They provide free onsen or paid private onsen (2500 yen for 50 minutes). It’s a good stay.

朝食も地元の食材を活かしたメニューが特徴で、質が高いです。全て美味しかったのですが、特にクロックムッシュとスコーンが一押しです。スコーンはおかわり自由です。コーヒーや紅茶も質が高く美味。ホテルスタッフの方々の対応も素晴らしい。堅苦しすぎず、リラックスしすぎずとても居心地の良いホテルでした。ホテル周辺は小樽の主要観光スポットに近く、観光にも便利な立地です。

札幌市から車で来て、小樽市内からも近く駐車場もあり、アクセスが良かったです。
第一印象は、値段の割に高級感があり一瞬ホテルを間違えたかと思いました。
泊まった部屋は最上階の8階の部屋で清潔感があり景色も良くて最高でした。
夜ご飯は、2800円のお造り御膳を食べました。
どれも鮮度が良くて美味しかったです。
初めてみた刺身のツマ(コラーゲンのような)に感動しました。
温泉は、2種類あり特に露天風呂が良かったのですが
外中含め座る場所が2人分しかなく、サウナ後の整う場所が全くなかったのが残念でした。
結局人が多くて水風呂の後に座れなくて身体など洗うスペースでボーッとしてました。
もっと椅子を増やして欲しいです。
彼女との旅行が良い思い出になりました。

CCTCCOverall is acceptable for the price we paid. If driving, may need to use google map for more accurate location. Self check in was easy. Need about 15-17 minutes walk to Otaru canal and major attraction. The room is comfortable and clean. Plenty of free parking lots.

MMeiyu20Quando arriveremo tardi, siamo felici del prezzo e della posizione più parcheggio gratuito. Valore reale per i soldi se hai solo bisogno di un posto per dormire. Controlla senza contatto, elettronica Lady Boss è amichevole. Se la condizione di letto (qualità) può essere aggiornata sarà perfetta. (Non ha avuto la possibilità di prendere una foto di una stanza, utilizzare il posto vicino per informazioni)
