Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt für Touren nach und rund um Lübeck. Es ist ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Haus. Aber gerade das macht den Charme dieser Unterkunft aus. Das Mobiliar muss nicht immer vom Edelsten und Feinsten sein. Aber sauber soll es sein. Auf jeden Fall sollte im Bereich Sauberkeit einiges getan werden. Es ist nicht so, wie in vielen Bewertungen zu lesen, ein total verschmutztes Haus. Dies entspricht absolut nicht der Wahrheit. Die Reinigungscrew, die ich im Haus erlebt habe, scheint nicht besonders geschult zu sein, das Equipment (z.B. Reinigungswagen) lässt jede Professionalität vermissen. Mein Tipp: mit der Hausreinigung in Eigenleistung gehen…. Es wird sich langfristig durch Zufriedenheit der Gäste bezahlt machen. Und all den Nörglern…. sagt nicht beim Check-out, dass alles gut war, um dann die miesesten Bewertungen zu schreiben, redet mit dem Personal…ihr werdet überrascht sein….

Amazing location. Yea view rooms have incredible views. Staff especially at breakfast amazing. Check in person was totally stressed and a little difficult. Rest of staff great. Unfortunately hotel in dire need of love and attention. Way overdue for updates. Overpriced despite prime location. Company seems to be saving money in all the wrong places. Yea corona but a 6 day trip and only one room cleaning??? How does this fit into any hygiene plan??? Sorry but I change may towels at home more often than every 4 days and don’t charge almost 200€ a Night. Breakfast very good. This Hotels issues aren’t on the local level they are clearly corporate and up. Local staff tries their best.

Abbiamo prenotato 2 notti in questo hotel e erano molto soddisfatti. Le camere sono molto grandi e dotate di balcone per rilassarsi la sera. Il buffet per colazione è stato molto delizioso e ampio. In ogni caso, si dovrebbe prenotare un parcheggio in anticipo, perché dopo un certo periodo non avrebbero più bisogno di parcheggio. Tuttavia, l'uomo può trovare un posto intorno (a pagamento) per parcheggiare. L'hotel è molto centrale e la spiaggia è a circa 2 minuti di cammino. Il personale è stato molto amichevole e sempre incontrabile. Molto consigliabile!

Con un gruppo di 48 persone abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni in questa casa. Ci siamo mangiati molto bene. La colazione non lascia aperti desideri e il nostro 3-Gang cena è sempre stata super fresca e deliziosa. Tutti gli ingredienti erano freschi e nessun ingrediente di dosaggio! Il personale è molto gentile e attento. E un errore di cena, quando il cameriere si spaventava all'inferno (egli aveva dimenticato di me al corridoio principale, cosa ho notato solo quando ho pulito) abbiamo risolto senza problemi e con umorismo. I viaggiatori hanno detto: ”Ma avrei avuto ...!” Perché? Siamo tutti persone e non robot! Avrei potuto segnalarmi prima. La posizione della casa è ideale e è anche molto pulito.

Era il secondo soggiorno all'hotel e era molto bello, anche se molto più pieno di quello del novembre 2022. Solo il ristorante non soddisfa le mie aspettative con i pasti, nonostante un cambiamento della linea di cucina. Questo è, e vorrei sottolinearlo, il mio parere. Altri ospiti potrebbero averlo percepito completamente diversamente. Per me il cibo era semplicemente disgustoso, quasi senza gusto. Le offerte di bellezza/benessere sono buone, le camere sono abbastanza grandi e pulite. Il buffet per colazione è più che semplicemente ricca. La pizzeria in casa è anche consigliabile e la posizione dell'hotel è ben definita.
